Breath Meditation Body Light The Process
This breath meditation process is to be done at least once a day because that
is the only way it will work! It will take 10-15 minutes or longer if you choose. It may be done as many as two or three times a day and no more than three times a day. Remember this is about expanding compassion for yourself
and others. Be gentle with yourself. This is not a race. You have plenty of time.
It is imperative that you take the time to gradually build with this first breath/meditation. You want to love your Light Body, being
gentle with it and with yourself. If you wish to take more time with The Cleansing, more than nine days, it is recommended that you not read the second procedure - the Violet Flame of Forgiveness Breath/ meditation until you
are ready to do it in order to avoid confusion.
The Bursting the Body Light breath/meditation is not a replacement for your current pathwork or tools. It is an enhancement to your over all process. Incorporate it into
your present discipline. You will definitely be aware of an increase of potency or capability in your tools and yourself, especially if you are doing this three times a day. Please put space of at least an hour between each
Bursting the Body Light breath/meditation.
You may want to keep a journal to pen your experiences, you may not. Know that God-Goddess are loving you and are closer than each breath you take.
