The Bursting the Body Light - Violet Flame of Forgiveness consists of two separate breath meditations. The first one, The Cleanse will begin thawing
your Light Body from its frozen state and will initiate the expansion process. It will prepare you for the second breath meditation where the Violet Flame of Forgiveness will exponentially increase your Light Body as you are
willing to use it daily. The process will take about 10-15 minutes a day and may be done 1-3 times per day, but no more.
This is a developmental process - a gradual process. Most of all this is to be gentle. Everyone’s
experience will vary according to their Karma, life style, life urge, pathwork, connection to Source and willingness to breathe and Be. Our breath is sacred. It is divinely inspired. It is Mother/Father God inhaling and
exhaling within our temple. It is the bridge between Heaven and Earth. Our breath, our heartbeat, our energy --all that we are has impact on Mother Earth and vice versa, because we are One.

Living in bodies where our light has been controlled through habit is a consequence of living a lifestyle similar to being on “automatic pilot”. We think we are awake, doing our
thing, but we aren’t mindful. We breathe with mouse breaths, sometimes even holding our breath, not being aware that that is what we’re doing and not being aware of much else. What working with these breath meditations will do
for us is awaken us to mindfulness. We will become more alert, more awake, more conscious.
Part I of the Bursting Breath - The Cleanse activates the Light Body, begins the expansion process and prepares us for Part II -
the Violet Flame of Forgiveness.
