Gratitude to Mother Earth, sailing through
night and day-
and to her soil; rich, rare and
sweet
in our minds, so be it.
Gratitude to Plants, the sun-facing light-
changing leaf and fine root hairs;
standing still through wind and
rain; their dance is in the
flowering spiral grain
in our minds, so be it.
Gratitude to Air, bearing the soaring Swift and
silent Owl at dawn. Breath of
our song
clear spirit breeze
in our minds, so be it.
Gratitude to Wild Beings, our brothers,
teaching secrets, freedoms and
ways; who share with us their
milk; self-complete, brave and
aware
in our minds, so be it.
Gratitude to Water: clouds, lakes, rivers
glaciers; holding or releasing;
streaming through all our bodies
salty seas

Do you realize that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when
we're kids? If you're less than 10 years old, you're so excited about aging that
you think in fractions.
"How old are you?" "I'm four and a half!" You're never thirty-six and a half.
You're four and a half, going on five! That's the key.
You get into your teens, now they can't hold you back. You jump to the next
number, or even a few ahead.
"How old are you?" "I'm gonna be 16!" You could be 13, but hey, you're gonna be
16! And then the greatest day of your life . you become 21. Even the words sound
like a ceremony . YOU BECOME 21. YESSSS!!!
But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk!
He TURNED; we had to throw him out. There's no fun now, you're Just a sour-dumpling.
What's wrong? What's changed?
You BECOME 21, you TURN 30, then you're PUSHING 40. Whoa! Put on the brakes, it's
all slipping away. Before you know it, you REACH 50 and your dreams are gone.
But wait!!! You MAKE it to 60. You didn't think you would!
So you BECOME 21, TURN 30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 and MAKE it to 60.
You've built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it's a day-by-day thing;
you HIT Wednesday!
You get into your 80's and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you TURN
4:30; you REA CH bedtime. And it doesn't end there. Into the 90s, you start going
backwards; "I Was JUST 92."
Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again.
"I 'm 100 and a half!"
May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!!

After the initial uncertainty of where I want to live now, and what to do after
my uncles death, in Brazil, the US or Germany, it is now clear, after all the
construction work that my center in Klaswipper--Germany is a wonderful place of
meditation, peace, healing and spiritual purification for everyone who comes here,
as well as for myself. The house has 4 bathtubs, 5 fireplaces inside, 3 Dhunis
outside and many fireplaces. All the energy is now bearing fruits.
Our tour through Europe with Leonard took us to Poland, Sweden, Germany, Spain
and England. He is now planning the tour for next year. Who knows me, knows my
workaholic tendencies, every month a plane ride, sometimes short sometimes long
distance. Now I am in Brazil. The times between seminars I spend in a comfortable
house on the beach above Porto Alegre, working on my book and my prosperity, and
this news. My energy body often does not get to rest. When I return home on the
18th of December I will go into my 3 week retreat, in which I am not going to talk,
nor give sessions or spend time with people. I will only do what I enjoy, reading,
writing and painting and cleaning my house, which I love doing.
Who loves their body will take care of it and do spiritual purification. Our body
gives us objective signs in which condition we are; emotional energy pollution is
measurable in inches and weight. We only have to look into the mirror, measure our
belly or go on the scales. A vision quest, that is time with a fire, alone while
fasting, rejuvenates and heals the body. My center is for everyone for this
purpose available...

I was born at the end of the 70ies as the first son of my parents. I had quite
a few diseases in my childhood, so I went to school one year late. Some of the
diseases were Infections of the ear. My ability to hear was from childhood on
never very good, but I could hear with out a hearing aid. When I was in my mid
twenties, it became so bad, that I first used a hearing aid on the left side,
then later on the right side. The Doctors confirmed that I would have to have
an operation which had risks as they told me, and as I found out by my own research.
Well, I took this as a given fact and used my hearing aid as a good patient would do.
A few years went by, I turned 30, and in that year general changes started to happen
in my life. I learned about Reiki, and when I did my second degree, I also learned
Rebirthing in the breath and Life center in Klaswipper, Wipperfόrth with Heike.
The breathing sessions were all very different, but all emotionally very intence.
A lot of old
conflicts showed themself, like cleaning an old rag. In every session, which
lasted about 3 hours, I also received affirmations, I like to give some examples
of them here:
*I hear everything very well that is good for me.
*I can hear well with both ears
*I have a great hearing ability
*I am grateful for all my healings
*I am living in trust
*I am lovable
*I am safe and protected
This way old conflict could be dissolved and I was reprogramming my unconsciousness
with new positive principles. Energy treatments through my health practitioner,
and earlier kinesiology work for sure helped as well. The most important personal
understanding was that my emotions and my hearing were very strongly connected.
Due to the unkind, hurting and quarreling words and conflicts that I often heard,
I could not listen to them anymore, and just closed my ears completely, subconsciously.
As you may know, everyone is encouraged to take 10 sessions of Rebirthing. I first
wanted to only receive 3, but the changes that happened were so amazing that I
decided to take 10 sessions. Every session is very different, but after the 5th
session, I did not need my hearing aids any longer. I can hear the radio, watch
TV and also hear phone conversations. The new challenge is to adapt to the new way
to relate consciously in situations, which are more difficult to endure.
