battle that goes on inside people.

"wolves" inside us all.
One is Evil! It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret,
greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies,
false pride, superiority, and ego.
The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility,
kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather:
"Which wolf wins?"
The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed."
Many of you wrote about an inner experience of connectedness when you stood together with us in
the vigil we held for our daughter a short time ago. Because of your responses to our call, we are now
asking you to join us on July 17th to initiate a global meditation/prayer ... a call for global resonance.

Due to the importance of this event, we are repeating much of what was given you in last week's issue.
We have been asked to join other lightworkers on July 17, 2007 at 11:11 Greenwich Mean Time
(7:00 a.m. EST) in amassing a union of humans such as the world has never seen ... loving humans
with one intention ... to heal our planet and awaken our souls to our true purpose. We will be healing
our planets energy field, in the same way that Shelley Yates was guided to heal her son when he had

Visualize with us a process of deep connection maturing on this day.
Please participate in this great flow of intention to transform Mother Earth. It is not necessary for each

Global events like this are opportunities to heighten our awareness of being one global family. And

with all the other good souls who want a better world for their children and grandchildren ... for all of us.
Please consider praying or gathering with us with your highest intention on this day. This shared focus
around the world is important to awaken us all to who we really are ... and YOU can make a difference.
We are continually faced with great opportunities which are brilliantly disguised as unsolvable problems.
What is opportunity, and when does it knock? Well, the problem is that it never knocks. We can wait a
whole lifetime, listening, hoping, and we will hear no knocking ... none at all. That's because WE are the
opportunity, and we must knock on the door leading to our destiny. We must prepare ourselves to
recognize opportunity, to pursue and seize opportunity as we develop the strength of our personality,
and build a self-image with which we are able to live ... with our self-respect alive and growing.
It's time that we realize that every moment of our life is infinitely creative and that the universe is endlessly
bountiful. If we just put forth a clear enough request, everything our heart desires must come to us. It is
our birthright of 'divine creativity' along with the Universal Law of Attraction that makes us the 'unlimited'
multi-dimensional beings that we are and that guarantee us the ability to create anything we desire.
The fact is that our ability to manifest the changes we desire depends on the depth and passion of our
trust and beliefs and on where we focus our attention. With this understanding, we, either as individuals
or collectively, can design a whole new future for ourselves and the world we live in. Our challenge is to
break free of the collective consciousness that we are less than we are. By embracing the truth of who we
really are, we can truly empower our imaginations to create brand new realities.
Never before has each person in this world had the opportunity to communicate with every other person in
the world. With the number of people connected to the Internet today, good ideas and worthy projects can
literally sweep around the world in days.
Person-to-person communication combined with the power of our intent and visualization makes it possible
for us all to connect our hearts and minds to each other... beyond the borders of countries, and the borders
of fear and mistrust. This is the type of opportunity that we must open ourselves up to.
Prayer, meditation and visualization are beautiful expressions of our infinite creative potential, and love and
peace in its most fundamental form is the connection of one human spirit to another. We are free to create
peace for ourselves ... and now it's relatively easy through the intentions that emanate from our highest
perception which is that of our higher Self ... that of our Soul.
We no longer have to rely on political processes to create peace. We can take matters into our own hands
and create peace ourselves, by connecting to each other, from heart-to-heart ... mind-to- mind ... and
Soul-to-Soul. View Michael Moore's documentary "Sicko" and you will see through your heart how it was
demonstrated with the people of Cuba ... the people of France ... both places we have been influenced time
and again by one way or another to dislike and distrust.
We stand now at the dawn of a new era of humanity
one of caring, kindness, and peace. Spirit has told
me that this is the future, and I so look forward to it as I know you do also. The only question that remains
is, "How long will it take?" Let us move forward NOW before it's too late ... let us demand and intend the
democracy that we profess to have ... the democracy that our President insists on building for Iraq ... the
democracy that gives the power of government back to us ... WE THE PEOPLE.
Everyday we delay, we cause the unnecessary death of our sisters and brothers and the suffering of
millions of people to be prolonged. IT'S TIME FOR ACTION. We must put an end to the madness of hatred
and violence.
Please join us today and work side-by-side with us by jumping in the driver's seat of the unlimited multi-
dimensional beings that we are and taking control of our ability to create the peace process. Let us demand
this of the candidates of both parties and as Congressman Dennis Kucinich has been trying to do in his
quest to develop a "Department of Peace". If his quest has shown us anything, it has shown us how
powerless governments are to create peace ... unless and until the world's people become more peaceful.
And we can accomplish this through our participation in the world prayer/meditation for Peace on July 17th
... just 10 days away ... and through our daily meditations and visualizations.
This is the opportunity before us now to support peace. Do it for yourself, for your children, and for the
grandchildren of our world.
Together, let's Build for Ourselves and Our Loved Ones A More Loving and Peaceful World!

Fire the Grid
Love or fear. It's your choice.
The Internet's buzzing with excitement and curiosity about the "Fire the Grid" event on July 17. At 11:11 GMT, people around the world will join in an hour of peace, joy and healing for the planet.
With Pluto exactly aligned with the center of our galaxy on that date, this is indeed an auspicious moment to focus our intent in a worldwide meditation. Pluto roots out and expunges darkness from the subconscious. Pluto is about power. When and where have you given yours away? What are the fears that keep you from expressing your highest potential? The Galactic Center obliterates matter, reconfigures it and forms entirely new worlds. This is the creative heart center of our galaxy. The Core. Vishnunabi.
Both Pluto and the Galactic Center annihilate in order to create. Their alignment forms a cosmic portal for Divine Love to be transmitted through us into the Earth grid. The channel works both ways, so your state of being at this time will be transmitted throughout the cosmos via the portal. Will you choose love or fear?
Shelley Yates created the Fire the Grid project after she and her son survived a car accident in which they both "died." Shelley was given the date for the worldwide event by interdimensional "Light Beings" who have guided her since the day of the accident. She didn't know about the astro significance of the date, and it doesn't matter.
July 17 is a moment of extreme opportunity, unlike any we've experienced in our lifetime. Pluto only crosses the Galactic Center every 248 years. The first exact conjunction in this cycle was December 28, 2006, and the final pass will be October 26/27, 2007. Now in "retrograde" motion, Pluto is slowly, methodically burrowing into the depths of our individual and collective psyches, handing us our fears on a golden platter to be vaporized, once and for all, if we'll only allow it. The potential for transformation is enormous. In this cosmic moment, you may find your bliss, your purpose, your divinity, your essence. Freedom.
And then there are the detractors. Those with suspicions, fear, even hostility. Who's controlling this Yates woman? What's their agenda?

** A note on timing: The higher dimensional frequencies accessed during a planetary meditation like this exist outside time and space, so you don't need to do it at the exact time suggested if it's not convenient for you. Embracing Change
Pluto's transit of the Galactic Center is reaching peak intensity, and we're all feeling it. Our evolutionary process is being speeded up. What was hidden is now revealed - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. What do you notice in your being?
As we move into our power, big changes are on the horizon. We haven't been conditioned to enjoy change, so we resist it on deep levels. Health challenges may surface, especially in the areas of the heart, lungs and liver. As new neural pathways are created, the nervous system, brain and mental-emotional complex are deeply affected.
Headaches, sleeplessness, stress, anxiety, emotional volatility, even panic are common. You might feel itchy, jittery, scattered or notice a racing beneath the surface of your skin. The palms of your hands or soles of your feet may heat up or tingle.
The Earth herself is changing. The animals and other creatures feel it, too. So much energy is moving through us, ramping us up to a higher level of consciousness. We can direct this energy to ourselves, our loved ones, the Earth and all of creation to assist in the flow and transformation. When we do this together, with collective intent, the effect goes quantum. (This is, in part, what Fire the Grid is about.)
In these times, we're all learning to embrace change, the art of letting go. Here are some practices that may help ease the transition.
- Daily meditation. Twice a day, at least 15 minutes each time. Open, align and balance the chakras. Connect with the cosmos; ground deeply with Mother Earth.
- Breathwork. The traditional so'ham breath is extremely helpful in transcending anxiety and stress. This simple breathing technique is explained well on this web site: http://www.geocities.com/yogasimple/ meditation.html
- Movement. Brisk cardiovascular exercise every day. Dance, yoga, t'ai chi, pilates, etc.
- Commune in nature. Walk, hike, bike, swim. Sleep under the stars.
- Develop a support network with others on a path of mastery and service. Release non-supportive relationships.
- Focus. Set clear intentions and express them in ceremony, prayer, poem, dance, song, art, etc.
- Transformational healing. Energy and bodywork, aromatherapy, flower essences, sacred sound and acupuncture are particularly effective.
- Surrender. A divine intelligence overlights us every moment of every day. Trust in the Universe, Great Mystery, God, your angels or whatever you believe in to guide you through the changes toward a life of joy, meaning and fulfillment.
And finally . . . now and forever, Love. Open your heart to the waves of Divine Love streaming into the Earth grid. Celebrate this unprecedented opportunity to love ourselves, each other and the planet, and to transmit heartfelt joy throughout the cosmos.

I received an invitation from a woman I met when Kelley and I went to be with Dr. Willard Fuller.
