At three minutes and four seconds after 2 a.m. on the 6th of May this year, the time and
date will be: 02:03:04 05/06/07. This might never happen again.
It is a simple procedure to calculate the number of seeds in an apple. But who among us can
ever say how many apples are in a seed? No one. And the reason is that the answer is infinite.
Endless! That is what the abundance principle is all about: endlessness.
It seems a paradox, because we as human forms seem to begin and end at a specified time,
and so endlessness is not a part of our experience in form. But it is difficult to imagine
that the universe has any boundaries, or that it simply ends someplace. If it does, what's
at the end, and what's on the other side of what's at the end? And so I suggest there is
no end to the universe, and there is no end to what you can have for yourself when this
principle is part of your life.
A large part of who we are as human beings is formless. This part thought is without
boundaries. And I conclude from this that we are therefore endless as well.
Consequently, abundance, with its absence of limits and boundaries, is the very watchword
of the universe. It applies to us as much as it does to everything else in the One song.
We should be conscious of abundance and prosperity and not make scarcity the cornerstone
of our lives.
If we have a scarcity mentality, it means that we believe in scarcity, that we evaluate
our life in terms of its lacks. If we dwell on scarcity we are putting energy into what
we do not have, and this continues to be our experience of life. The theme of so many
people's life story is "I simply do not have enough," or "How can I believe in abundance
when my children don't have all of the clothes that they need?" or "I would be a lot
happier if I had..." People believe they live a life of lack because they are unlucky,
instead of recognizing that their belief system is rooted in scarcity thinking. Yet as
long as they live with a scarcity mentality, that is what they will attract to their lives.
Everything that it would take to eliminate scarcity in this life situation is already
here in the world where we live and breathe every single day. Where else could it be?
The truth is that there is enough to go around, there is an endless universe for us to
work in, and we are a part of that endless universe. Once we truly know this, we will
see it working for us in thousands of ways. Everyone that I have ever met who moved from
a life of scarcity into a life of abundance has discovered how to believe and live this
principle. I mean every single person, including myself. But how do we get rid of a
scarcity mentality?
The first step toward discarding a scarcity mentality involves giving thanks for everything
that you are and everything that you have. That's right, give thanks, but not in some
meaningless charade. Truly appreciate the miracle that you are... the fact that you are
alive; that you have eyes, ears, feet; and that you are here right now in this marvelous
dream. Make an effort to begin focusing on what you have, rather than on what you are missing.
Nothing is missing. How could anything be missing in a perfect universe? When you begin to
focus on being thankful for all that you have; the water you drink, the sun that warms you,
the air you breathe, and everything that is a gift from God, you will be using your thoughts
(your entire essence) to dwell on abundance and your humanity.
Keep in mind that you are one cell in a body of humanity, and that cell requires harmony
within in order to cooperate with the adjacent cells. As you do this, your energy will shift
to the miracle of your being here. While you are focused on the miracle that you are and all
that surrounds you, you cannot be focused on what you are not, and what seems missing from
your world.
As you practice being thankful, expand the list of things that you are thankful for. Friends
and family. Clothes and food. Any money that you have. All of your possessions, every single
thing that has come into your life for you to use while you are here. I mean every single thing.
The pencil, the fork, the chair, everything. Begin to focus on how thankful you are to have these
things in your life now, when you need them. Think of them as yours to use temporarily before
sending them back into circulation.
Once you train yourself to begin the process of being thankful for everyone and everything that
comes your way, as well as being appreciative of your very humanity, you are on your way toward
eliminating a scarcity mentality.
It really is quite logical. Whatever you tend to think about is what you will focus on, and
create more of. For example, if you have some debts and some principal, and your entire focus
is on what you have, then you will expand your principal. If your principal is only five hundred
dollars and your debts are five thousand, and you focus on the money that you have, you will
begin to do something with it. Whatever you do with it in a positive way will help it to expand.
Conversely, if you focus all of your thoughts on your indebtedness, always reminding yourself
how poor you are, and making that the focus of your emotional life, that is precisely what you
will expand. This is very clear when it comes to minor illnesses. If you focus on your cold,
always talking about it, always complaining to everyone you meet about how lousy you feel, you
will expand what you focus on. That is, your energy will flow to the cold that you are so proud
of. But if you focus on all of you that is not sick, and tell others how great you feel you will
expand wellness.
We act upon our thoughts. These thoughts literally become our daily life experience. Consequently,
if you spend a great deal of your life energy focusing on scarcity, that's what you are going to
expand in your life. I can give you a real-life example of how this works.
I have a dear friend named Bobbe Branch who lives in Wenatchee, Washington. She is a
spectacularly alive, higher consciousness person who is a true joy to be around. In virtually
all areas of her life she has mastered the principles of abundance. Yet in the area of her
career she continually focused on what was missing in her life. Bobbe is a very talented
singer and songwriter and wanted to produce an album of her songs, but she was convinced
she did not have the financial ability: she was operating from a scarcity mentality when
it came to money. And this scarcity mentality took over when it came to her performing in
front of an audience: she was sure she could not.
We talked for several hours one evening about her belief that she would never have an album
unless some angel suddenly emerged to provide the funding. I tried to help her see that this
belief was the very thing keeping her from actualizing her dream of recording her own songs.
I invited Bobbe to sing her beautiful music at some of my speaking engagements. In spite of
her fears, she performed beautifully to standing ovations and began focusing on what she
could do rather than what she felt was impossible or difficult. The more she thought about
singing in front of an audience, the more that very thing expanded in her life, and after
a year or so she was accepting singing engagements. Then came the big challenge for Bobbe
to view herself in a prosperity manner. In a phone conversation she told me that she had
finally mustered the courage to inquire how much it would cost to produce an album using
one of the finest arrangers and musical directors in the Northwest. The total was more money
than she had ever accumulated in her life. I told her to begin focusing her thoughts on
prosperity, and never to allow a "lack" thought into her consciousness.
She began to get the message. One evening I received a long-distance phone call from Wenatchee,
and Bobbe announced, "I've been thinking about nothing else but having that money at my disposal.
I never let in a scarcity thought." She then said that she and a friend at work were discussing
ways to make it happen. Bobbe said, "What if I asked fifteen of the people I know to invest one
thousand dollars in me and my music? I mean, people who really believe in my singing?" To her
delighted astonishment her friend said, "I would love to invest that in you," and Bobbe realized
she was already one-fifteenth of the way there.
In three days she had drawn up investment portfolios and signed up the necessary investors,
all of whom invested one thousand dollars to be repaid within one year. She was ecstatic that
she finally overcame her belief in scarcity, for when she focused on abundance. That is
precisely what expanded for her. Within two months she had produced her album, Happiness
Is the Way, with three songs on it that were conceived around Eykis, the lady about whom I
have written a book.
Now Bobbe is busy promoting her music and happily working at making it a big hit. Focusing
on abundance rather than scarcity is paying off handsomely for her. She has repaid almost
all of her investors and is in a second run of the album. Her dedication on the album reads:
"To my friend Wayne Dyer. I appreciate all you have done to encourage me to dare to risk."
All I really ever did was help her focus on what she wanted to expand in her life.
To experience anything other than abundance in your life you actually have to deliberately
resist it by focusing on scarcity!
When you live and breathe prosperity with a belief that everything is in huge supply, and
that we are all entitled to have all that we can, you start actively treating yourself and
others in this fashion. This principle applies to the acquisition of wealth, personal happiness,
health, intellectual pursuits, and everything else. It relates to the ancient Biblical promise,
"To him that has, shall more be given."
It truly works. This universe is an incomprehensibly large enterprise, too big for us to begin
to comprehend from the perspective of our limited bodies. Abundance reigns everywhere. The only
limits we have are those that we encourage with our belief in those limits.

Al Gores film is a beautiful, personal reflection and journey on a concern that
involves All of Us. What is important is that we recognize that Humanity already
possesses the fundamental scientific technical and industrial know how to solve
the carbon and climate problem. (Steven Pacola and Robert Socolow, Scientific
Magazine, Aug. 13, 2004).
HOW?
More efficient electrical appliances and their use.
Other technology and use (other than electrical).
Passenger vehicle efficiency.
Grow and Use Renewables (ie. hemp).
CCS (carbon capture and sequestration ) efficiency.
In America, political will is a renewable resource. Al Gore
We can make choices to lower carbon emissions.
Are You Ready To Change Your Life?
Climate Crisis Can Be Solved. You Can Lower Carbon Emissions to Zero.
Heres how to start:
1) Buy energy efficient appliances and light bulbs.
2) Change your thermostat and use clock thermostats.
3) Weatherize your house, increase insulation, get an energy audit.
4) Recycle.
5) If can, buy a hybrid car.
6) When you can, walk or ride a bicycle.
7) When can ,,. Use light rail and mass transit.
8) Children, Tell your parents not to ruin, the world you live in.
9) If you are a parent, join your children to save the world they will live in.
10) Switch to renewable sources of energy.
11) Call your power company to see if they offer green energy. If they dont, ask why not?
12) Vote for leaders who pledge to solve this crisis.
13) Write to Congress. If they dont listen, run for Congress.
14) Plant trees
lots of trees.
15) Speak up in your community.
16) Call radio shows and write newspapers.
17) Insist that America freeze CO2 emissions.
18) Join International efforts to stop global warming<.br>
19) Reduce our dependence on foreign oil.
20) Help farmers grow alcohol fuels.
21) Raise fuel economy standards.
22)Require lower emissions for automobiles.
23) If you believe in prayers, pray that people find the strength to change.
24) In the words of the old African proverb, when you pray, move your feet.
25) Encourage everyone you know to see this movie.
26) Learn aas much as you can about the climate crisis.
27) Then put your knowledge into action.
28) Then tell yourself: I NEED TO WAKE NOW. I VE BEEN ASLEEP FOR TOO LONG.
Anger is not worth the price you pay for it. Transform it instead into positive resolve.
Despair will only keep you stuck where you are. Choose to exchange it for a good dose of
inspiration.
Arrogance will cut you off from the world. Cast it away and replace it with generosity
and enthusiasm.
Impatience only brings you mistakes and frustration. Let it go and let peaceful purpose
take its place.
For every burden of your own creation, there is an alternative that will lift you up.
When you feel yourself being dragged down by the attitude you have chosen, let that be
a reminder to choose a more positive approach.
You are in control of the way you look at life. And the way you look at life surely
and inevitably determines the way your life will be.

Amazing stuff, this energy that is everywhere and everything...
I'd reached a point of extreme frustration with my computer, which is essential
to my making a living. Compounded by old conditioned desires to control the
situation, I'd finally run out of patience. Not to mention other daily needs
that also needed attention...it all felt to be too much to handle alone.
That's when I called Kelley. With some welcome support, un-serving energies moved out
of the way. Unpleasant physical manifestations subsided quickly. Following these energy
shifts, I focused Reiki energy on the computer itself. A few minutes later while testing
the machine further, previous malfunctions had vanished!
How many "ghosts" had this machine accumulated over the last several years of service?
It's clear now that the count is considerable.
Recognizing and acting upon this simple truth was all it took to change my world today.
I give great thanks to those who support and bless me with life and lessons in Truth.
Sincerely,
A grateful Reiki and Q.D. Practitioner / Lee Placchi

This is the time of year, Spring, which represents rebirth and regeneration. It's the
time of year when we shed the parts of ourselves that are no longer working for us
and move forward into the world of infinite possibilities. We can reach and achieve
anything that we want. The only one that stops us is ourselves. The only one imposing
limitations on us are ourselves.
This is the time of year to look within and decide what parts of ourselves we want to
enhance and what parts we want to shed.
The human being is a microcosm of the universe. Our entire makeup represents the entire
makeup of the universe. Every cell in our body is a representation of the universe. The
universe is infinite and so are we. There are no endings, there are just new beginnings.
Therefore, this is the time of year to look within and decide what parts of ourselves we
want to enhance and what parts we want to shed.
The Development Phase
Each season represents a phase in our development for the year. In the spring, we decide
what seeds we want to plant and what direction we are going in for the year. It is the
time of activity, creativity and rebirth. In the summer, we nurture those seeds and they
blossom into beautiful flowers, plants and trees. In the fall, we harvest and reap what
we have sown. Then, in the winter, we go into our caves, go within do some introspection,
reflect on the year, and decide how we want to move forward in our lives. Come spring, we
do it all again; rebirth, regeneration and reaching for the new.
We can all reach for the stars. There are no limitations. Knowing this, what stops us? What
stops us from reaching for the stars? What are we thinking? What are we feeling? What old
tapes are we replacing? What messages are we incorporating as truth from our childhood, from
our religious leaders, from our many teachers in this journey through life? What limits us
right now? Take a look at that. Go within. See if you can shed these old tapes and limitations.
Evaluate what it is that's stopping you from achieving what you really want in life.
There Is A Way
A good way to do this is through meditation. You can ask your "master" within certain questions.
For example, "What thinking patterns do I need to change in order to achieve my goals and
seek true happiness"? For many of us, various labels will emerge. Some of these labels may
include, "I'm not good enough" "I need more education" "I don't have the time" "I need to
stay home with my children", or "I need to spend more time with my spouse". The key is to
determine how much of what we say to ourselves is the truth and how much is a means of
sabotaging our ability to achieve what we really want in life.
Usually, what stops us is fear; mainly the fear of change. It is safer and more comfortable
to remain in the status quo. We are familiar with that. The present might not be very satisfying,
but it's comfortable. Compare it to wearing an old pair of shoes. Moving forward is synonymous
with buying a new pair of shoes. They are prettier, more fashionable and reflective of our new
identity. However, they are still stiff. We don't quite feel comfortable in these new shoes
and that is exactly what stops us from moving forward into the unknown.
Moving forward means taking risks. Change for most people creates anxiety because change is
moving into the unknown and the unfamiliar. Most people stay where they are to avoid the
uncomfortable feelings, such as fear and anxiety, that change and growth creates. There is
no blueprint for change. There are no guarantees. Change means taking a risk.
The rewards for taking those risks are great. When you walk through this period of
discomfort, you are going to receive something beautiful. You are going to get something
better than you have right now. You are going to become the summer. You are going to be
in full bloom, like a beautiful flower. In the fall, you are going to be able to harvest
what you have sown. You will then be able to receive all the beautiful gifts from your new
achievements and growth.
Take that risk. Move forward. It will be alright. You will do fine. It's like jumping off
the cliff. You will sprout your wings and fly. Everything will be beautiful. Take that risk.
Move forward. Reach for your infinite possibilities. Do it now!

Last week I wrote that I have room for a few more coaching clients, and this week I
talked with people in London, Sydney, Perth, and several cities here in North America.
What an amazing world!
I don't think of myself as "old," but as a kid in Wisconsin, we thought Chicago was a
long way off! I remember my father being upset at the cost of a 3-minute long distance
call! Today, the world is truly our "oyster." Every now and then, I'll write that you
can live anywhere you wish and become anything you want. Take a moment to ponder just
how true that really is.
If you want to visit New York, you can find a way. If you wanted to move to Tokyo or
see the Alps, you could do it. It may take a few months, even a year or more, but
anything is possible! The question is, what do you choose?
This is the fundamental question of our day. My dog doesn't get to choose very much
about his life. Around the world, even most human beings have fewer choices than we
do because poverty, ignorance, poor sanitation and a lack of resources make life
difficult. But if you are reading this, you are literate and educated. I assume you
have access to a computer and some facility for using it. In most cases, TIPS
subscribers are very rich people.
We have jobs and homes, we have cars and a host of electronics at our fingertips.
As far as I know, my Grandmother flew once in her life. It was a thrilling event
and she dressed up, complete with a pillbox hat, for the occasion. Today, many of
us are annoyed when we "have to" catch another flight. The world truly is our oyster!
And yet, too many of us live as if we are worker bees in some giant hive. We live
one day pretty much like every other day. We can read, but seldom do. We can listen
to the world's greatest music, or be inspired or educated, but instead we use our
iPods for "easy listening" or "rap." We are the richest people in all of history
(even the poorest among us have more than Solomon ever imagined!) and yet we live
paycheck to paycheck, spending our money on toys that become obsolete before we
figure out how to use them.
I'm fascinated that a fast-food company is running a television ad in which a family
sits down to eat together, and they invite the son's friend to stay for dinner. He
calls home for permission, and his mother doesn't believe the entire family is together
for a meal! Isn't that fascinating? We have "family rooms" in which families rarely gather.
I fear I'm sounding like some old curmudgeon grumbling about "the kids these days,"
but my point is that all of these things are choices.
We choose how to spend our days and I love Annie Dillard's quote that, "How we live
our days is how we live our lives."
Just for today, decide to do "one thing different." Call someone just to say hello.
Buy someone a rose or send a card. Take your kid for a hamburger or play catch or rent
your favorite movie. If appropriate, light a few candles and have some "quality time"
with your lover. On your lunch hour, visit your local library or a bookstore and browse
until the perfect book finds you.
Over 150 years ago, Henry Thoreau wrote that "most men live lives of quiet desperation"
and he wondered if life had to be as "bad as it is." Don't let that happen to you!
Here's a challenge for you. Sit quietly and write down seven small things that would
make you happy or bring you joy, then DO one of them each day this week. For just one
week, choose to be rich! Choose to breath, to laugh, to love, to enjoy life a bit more
than usual. Have some fun. Take a few minutes each day to live the life you've always
wanted. I think you'll like the results.
You deserve a World Class Life! You deserve to create the life of your dreams. You have

The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.

Many of us give lip service to living in the present moment. In a culture that
conditions us to never-ending future progress in both the material and the spiritual
realms, however, this is far easier said than done.
I am not suggesting that we should not think about and make intelligent plans
for the future; that would not only be impractical but also foolish. What I am
suggesting is that we need to find a way of living in which our thoughts about
and plans for the future take place in a field of presence that keeps us rooted
to the only time and place we can ever live--now and here.
A simple practice that you can undertake is to spend at least 20 minutes a day
consciously allowing things to be exactly the way they are, no matter what you
are doing and no matter what resistance appears to this effort. The first several
times you try this, it might be helpful to practice in quiet circumstances, where
there will be a minimum of external distractions.
Once you are able to practice in quiet circumstances for 20 minutes, try allowing
things to be exactly as they are for at least five minutes at a time when you are
with others. This will undoubtedly be more difficult. Just remember to check in on
your breathing. Simply follow your inhalations and exhalations and any pauses as
they take place, noticing which parts of your body are engaged by your breathing.
This will help anchor you in the present moment.
As you try these simple, natural practices, notice the kinds of thoughts that
appear and see how they impact your breathing, your emotions, and the tensions
in your body. As you work with this practice over several weeks you will begin
to notice, often quite spontaneously at other times of the day, how your thoughts
about the future often take you out of the present moment and make it very difficult
to see and appreciate what is actually going on not only in your own mind and body,
but also in your so-called external environment. This practice of presence, this
practice of allowing, in full awareness and without judgment, things to be exactly
as they are, will transform not only your relationship with yourself and others,
but with your entire life.

Authentic Breathing News Commentary/Practice From Dennis Lewis
We are proud to have been among the early organizations promoting the use
of pharmaceutical-grade, ultra-refined fish oil (which contains the important
Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA), even affiliating with a major developer of such
oil. As we wrote on our website a couple of years ago:
"Medical researchers and practitioners from around the world are using high-dose
fish oil (from 2 grams to 25 grams or more a day) not only for health maintenance,
but also to help treat a variety of health conditions, including asthma, bronchitis,
emphysema, high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, depression, hot flashes,
Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, Alzheimer's, attention deficit disorder (ADD),
MS, Parkinson's disease, dyslexia, and many more.
High-dose, ultra-refined fish oil is also recommended by many health professionals
before, during, and after a woman's pregnancy to help ensure proper brain development
of the child, and to ensure that the mother has enough omega-3 fatty acids (which the
fetus takes from her for its own developmental needs) for her own health. It is even
being used by some in cancer treatments and to help reduce the risk of metastases.
If you are using more than a gram or two a day of fish oil (higher doses are needed
for working with the medical problems and issues listed above), however, it is important
from the standpoint of your health to use only ultra-refined fish oil--fish oil that
adheres to strict quality control standards to ensure maximum purity and the most potent
and effective levels of EPA and DHA. Otherwise you may be taking in mercury, dioxins,
and other toxins, as well as excessive saturated fat, that can be harmful to your health."
Almost every day we see new research reports on ultra-refined fish oil, further extolling
its virtues for a wide array of health problems, including COPD, heart disease, high blood
pressure, depression, and all the other issues listed above--as well as many more.
As we prepared today's News Alert, Dennis Lewis had this to say: "Ultra-refined fish oil,
which I have been taking for the last few years, is perhaps the most important supplement
that most of us can take for our overall health. After much research into the various oils
available, I decided to take and continue to take the Omega-RX fish oil developed by Dr.
Barry Sears (Zone Labs Inc), since it represents one of the purest, most potent, and most
cost-effective fish oils available. Zone Labs Inc. is one of the very, very few companies
that will actually let you see the actual purity test results for every batch and bottle
of oil they sell. These results are available on a third-party testing website. But whatever
brand you finally choose for yourself, I hope you will consider ultra-refined fish oil for
your own health as well as that of your family and loved ones."
You can read our entire page on fish oil, which includes a discussion of the major differences
between health-food store fish oil and ultra-refined fish oil, at:

**Sunday, MAY 6TH, 2007 / Our Breath Meditation Intenting
World Peace using Bursting the Body Light-Violet Flame of Forgiveness.
We would like as many of you as live nearby to join us and those of you
afar to join us as well. The time is now to take action and be taking
action continuously for World Peace. It starts with us.
Join us the first Sunday of each month. We meet at
3pm Rocky Mt. Standard Time and breathe around 4pm.
It is an exquisite way to stop the chatterbox and have
our love intention impact on the Collective, the
Earth's Bodies and our bodies as well.
