"It isn't that you need to work to raise your vibration, it's that you
need to stop doing the stuff that holds it down. Let the cork rise."

FEATURES:
"The need for a sense of universal responsibility touches every aspect of modern life.
Nowadays, important events which take place in one part of the world end up having consequences
all around the planet. For this reason, we have to consider that every major local problem is of
global concern as soon as it appears. It is no longer possible to invoke the national, racial or
ideological barriers which separate us, without destructive repercussions. In this context of our new
interdependence, taking care of the interests of others is the best form of selfishness...

Hello Beloveds!!! Many blessings are being sent your way in this most beautiful of autumnal
seasons. We enjoyed a lovely World Peace Breath Meditation. We talked about Manifesting Good Stuff.
We acknowledged the feelings we were experiencing from the Collective and some from our own
process
decisions based in hopeless
where many are believing we have to war to make change
recognizing
that thru force, we are creating what feels like hell.
Here is what Babaji of Herakhan had to say about that idea.
NOT BY FORCE
A unity we will obtain by way of mutual understanding. No bombs, guns or force. You must all seek that
unity.
April 18, 1980
Shri Mahaprabhuji has the holy thought that the revolution (kranti) must be done peacefully.
Babaji has come to change the world--not by fighting or with weapons and armaments. He transforms
by changing the hearts of people through a simple method--repetition of God's Holy Name. The vibrations
of the Name will change the world.
April 4, 1982
Mahavatar Babaji said over and over, "The Holy name of God Is: 'Om Namaha Shivaya. "
For the Breath Meditation, we put our intent on a quickening for the removal of decisions in hopeless to
bring Peace of Mind and Create Hope. We also asked for a quickening in Understanding that Heaven is Now. It
starts with you and me. It is only a Choice away.

This is the amazing toothbrush of the future
it requires no toothpaste
just add water and experience
what many are already discovering. Clean Breath. Prevents Decay. Drastically lowers your Dental Bills.
Magnesium and Proton Ion Toothbrush for plaque control has been invented in order for our human being
to enjoy good health and to prevent the environmental pollution on the Earth. Ion Toothbrush has better
plaque removing potential than conventional toothbrushes by making use of the electric potential difference
between precious metals and base ones, which generate both voltage of 0.8 1.8 and electric current of 20mA
1200mA in the water as well as minus ion. Bacteria in mouth will be sterilized by voltage over 1.3, which means
electric sterilization effect. The action of electrons removes dental plaque from areas where conventional
toothbrushes cannot reach.
Ion brush helps remove dental plaque, which causes tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath. We pay much
attention to the fact that over 90% of human being are annoyed with bad breath due to dental plaque. By
using brush everyday, dental plaque can be removed completely and our teeth is always white. What is more,
coloring matters on teeth by eating, drinking and smoking can be well removed. As long as dental plaque is
well removed, we can prevent dental decay completely. Please keep your mouth fresh by Ion toothbrush and
enjoy the following effects.
1) Sterilization effect
2) The Magnesium and Proton Ion will sterilize many kinds of bacteria in mouth.
3) The Copper Ion emitted from the metal will prevent bad breath.
4) Removal of dental plaque
5) Dental plaque, stains and coloring matters will be cleaned by Hydroxyl Ion H3O2 minus having surface-active effect.
6) As blood flows well, teethridge will be strengthened to prevent gum disease.
Read a few of the many testimonials:
Hi Kelley and Toni,
I am mailing a check for $28 for two toothbrushes. Thanks for making them available. I have finally had a
dental check-up in which NO work was recommended, and my gums are in excellent shape!!
Hasani Kudura / Silver City, New Mexico
It's day three using the Ion Toothbrush once each day. Tea and tobacco staining have already decreased
noticeably. The effect is equally apparent on my porcelain crowns as well as my own teeth. Incredible!
Lee Placchi 7/8/05 Las Cruces, N.M.
"I wanted to let you know that I had an extraordinary dental checkup a couple of weeks ago. My teeth were so
smooth, there was nothing to clean, my pocketing decreased to less than it's ever been, and the gums were so
tight around the teeth in the problem areas. The hygienist may have already contacted you for more scientific
information on the toothbrush. Also, I would like to order 2 more toothbrushes."
J.K., Vermont
My own experience is that after my first brush my teeth felt so wonderfully clean and fresh, just like that
hygienist or dentist cleaned feeling. Two weeks later at a regular checkup my dentist thought they were so clean
that I didnΉt need any cleaning from him at all. And I normally have quite a bit of plaque. After trying one himself
for a month he ordered two more for his family. He is a particularly well-researched non-amalgam based dentist. His
understanding of the process was that the ionic charge around the toothbrush head changed the ionic charge on the
tooth surface so that bacteria found it harder to stick. ItΉs also a relief to have the constant question of whether
itΉs best to have toothpaste with fluoride or not behind us. And itΉs great to be out and about and just need a
toothbrush and some water to clean your teeth with. Especially for our girls who have to clean their teeth after
every meal, which is a challenge at the best of times!
D. R., MD Whangaparaoa, New Zealand
This would be a great stocking stuffer, gift or necessary part of your dental hygiene for you and your family.

You Are Here With Deliberate Intent
Focusing Consciousness into a physical body is not something that is taken lightly from
your Non-Physical point of view. It is with clear and deliberate intent that you decide to
project Consciousness in this time -space-reality--and it is with great enthusiasm that you
come forth into these bodies. You are filled with eager anticipation for a number of reasons.
(SUGGESTION: Turn these into "I" statements and say out loud.)
You know that you are an Eternal Being. I know that I am an Eternal Being.
You understand the value of your Being. I understand the value of my Being.
You are fully cognizant of who you are.
You do not doubt your value or your worthiness.
You understand that life in this time-space reality is the Leading Edge of
Thought.
You know that you are coming into an environment that is stable.
You know that Well-Being is the dominant order in this environment.
You know that this is an environment with a tremendous variety of interesting
components.
You understand the Laws of the Universe and the basis of creation.
You are a master creator, and you know it.
You like the experience of creating.
You know that you are good at it.
You understand and appreciate the Law of Attraction.
You know of its fairness, and you appreciate its consistency.
You are eager to don your new perspective so that the environment that
surround you can inspire your new personal preferences and desires.
You enjoy the sensation of a fresh new desire.
You understand the Universal response to your fresh new desire.
You relish the feeling of desire summoning to you and through you.
You understand that the feeling of this desire is the feeling of Life.
YOU do not worry about contrast, for you understand its purpose.
You know that it is through your interaction with contrast and variety that
your own desires will be formulated.
With NO reservations whatsoever, you eagerly anticipate the new awareness of
desire that is the inevitable result of this Leading Edge participation in
life.
You come forth not in anticipation of the completion of anything, for you
wisely remember the Eternal nature of yourself and of ALL-THAT-IS.
You know that life will eternally expand, and that it is not your purpose --
or the purpose of anyone-- to complete or finish it.
You understand that expansions the natural result of your focus into
contrast, because you that the contrast will cause you to ask.
You know that when you ask, it is always given; therefore, you have no desire
to avoid contrast, because you understand the focusing power of contrast.
You know that variety and contrast will cause you to determine the specifics
of your personal preferences, and you know that each of those preferences, big
or small, will be answered in the moment they are born.
And so an appreciation of your contrasting environment is necessary for you
to consciously experience the continuum of who-you-really-are.
You Came Here Expecting To Produce New Desires
We want to help you reclaim the anticipation you felt for the joyous life experience when
you entered the physical body and this time-space reality. You did not come forth to fix
something that was broken, or to help to redirect a misguided world. You did not come forth
to prove your own worthiness, or to earn and reward for efforts offered while here in this body. . .
You came here with full knowledge of your value and worthiness and with
contrasting environment that you knew would produce fresh, new personal desires:
desires with the power to summon ENERGY, CONSCIOUSNESS and ALL-THAT-IS forward into this new Leading-Edge Creation.
You knew that you are Life in the process of living Life, in the creation of
more Life.
And, most important, you knew (and your Non-Physical part still knows) that
the reason for all of all of all of that--is JOY!
Sent to the list as a thread starter with brilliant white Light with rainbow Light shimmers and
amazing, stupendous, grateful Love,
Luanna

The outward form of things passes away, but the essence remains
forever. How long will you be besotted with the shape of the jug?
Cast aside the jug, and seek the water. If you look too closely at the
form, you miss the essence. If you are wise, you will always pick out
the pearl from the shell.
~Rumi
Leonard Orr, father of the Rebirthing movement, introduced my husband and I to the Shiva Purana and
other Puranas years ago and we are truly grateful for these gifts. Shiva says that during the Kali Yuga,
the information of the Puranas will be of great assistance. In reading these books, we have definitely found
this to be true.
Are you able to get to Forgiveness or to Receive your Desires? For some of us getting to the core of what
keeps us from our Good evades us even after years and indeed decades of Rebirthing and Processing.
AND YES
Life is the Process. I am truly grateful to have the gift of Conscious Breathing as a daily companion
and healing. AND God-Goddess have many ways in which to support us on this adventure called Life.
The Vyapohana is one of the many instructions and vratas that Shiva evolved in the Linga Purana. From the
book: This highly precious hymn was composed by lord Brahma, the Creator of the Universe for the welfare of
the three worlds
.the auspicious hymn dispels sins
fears and bestows Siddhas.
The repeated reading or listening to this prayer can powerfully pull you into the understanding and knowing
that we are Not doing this life alone. God-Goddess are powerfully represented in all aspects of our lives.
They have substantial and varied presence within and without every single soul.
We are not here to be caught in a karmic wheel of continuous payback. We are not worthless beings that have
been brought here to struggle or suffer. We can shed off all sins and be honored in this Sacred Time and Place.
When you read this prayer, it is your soul that will respond to it. You will remember that you are One with
All That Is and you will feel Connected, Loved, Supported and Grateful.
If you are looking for a powerful sadhana to incorporate into your daily or weekly practice, this may be what
you are looking for. It certainly is a must for practitioners of Spiritual Purification.
You can order the Linga Purana on your own or purchase a copy of the Vyapohana and a CD from us, if you like.

What can we learn from failure? Too often we look at failure as the worst thing to happen in the world.
But what we should do is see the gift that is in everything ... the value of the experience. During the
experience of failure, we gain many new concepts, ideas, disciplines and techniques, yet we know there
was a weakness. Please dont allow the evaluation of failure to rid you of the new qualities. Failure
doesnt mean total loss, but 80% of the way to success. Allow this short story to illustrate how we can
gain from failure.
FAILURE
There was this museum laid with beautiful marble tiles, with a huge marble statue displayed in the middle
of the lobby. Many people came from all over the world just to admire this beautiful marble statue.
One night, the marble tiles started talking to the marble statue. Marble tile: "Marble statue, it's just
not fair, it's just not fair! Why does everybody from all over the world come all the way here just to
step on me while admiring you? Not fair!"
Marble statue: "My dear friend, marble tile. Do you still remember that we were actually from the same cave?"
Marble tile: "Yeah! That's why I feel it is even more unfair. We were born from the same cave and yet we
receive different treatment now. Not fair!" he cried again.
Marble statue: "Then, do you still remember the day when the designer tried to work on you, but you resisted the tools?"
Marble tile: "Yes, of course I remember. I hate that guy! How could he use those tools on me, it hurt so badly."
Marble statue: "That's right! He couldn't work on you at all as you resisted being worked on."
Marble tile: "So???"
Marble statue: "When he decided to give up on you and start working on me instead, I knew at once that I would be
something different after his efforts. I did not resist his tools, instead I bore all the painful tools he used on me..."
Marble tile: "Mmm..."
Marble statue: "My friend, there is a price to everything in life. Since you decided to give up half way, you can't
blame anybody who steps on you now."
QUOTE: "Fall down seven times, stand up eight. (Confucius)
Why is todays On The Path's article called, SEE SMALL PREVENT BIG?
If you see the small things that trouble you and know that eventually they are a contributory factor to the big
problems; why tackle the big scenario as everyone seems to choose as their first step, when all you need to tackle
are several small problems?
Address the small and the big may never happen!
If for example you are in a frustrated mood and feel a little downtrodden, see this as a small problem and address it,
otherwise later in the day youll create a big problem.
If youve encountered an angry driver on the road; dont take your own anger into the next hour. Address it or your
own anger may multiply.
See the small problems and calm your mood down to being acceptable once more.
Consider this: When was the last time a big problem arrived on your doorstep? Did you or did you not have several
opportunities to dissipate the swell?
Lets assume you have an angry neighbor. Eventually a full blown argument ensues. But why? Youve allowed all the small
occurrences to go unresolved or unchallenged. Deal with the small and the big may never happen.
Many speak of little opportunity in their life. Start to SEE the small and youll prevent the big. Each day you have
opportunities to stop a stampede of problems.
Wisdom considers fate to be an opportunity. Fate seems to highlight an opportunity, you will either move on from an
experience of fate or you will take a backward step. If you can identify the small; practice resolving these smaller
issues and youll always be moving forward.
Fate has an uncanny way of helping to highlight small problems, you must allow every experience whether fate or not
to guide you ... SEE SMALL PREVENT BIG
While visiting Egypt, a member of our tour group named Gloria found an unusual stone at the base of a sacred pyramid.
The pink, round stone glowed with a mystical light, and as she held it in her hand she could feel a special energy about
it. She wondered if it had been used by ancient priests for healing, or perhaps even adorned the headdress of a pharaoh.
Immediately Gloria stole off to a private place and began to meditate, stone in hand. Psychically she asked for images
of the sacred ceremonies the stone may have once been used for. After a few minutes she was amazed to feel that the stone
was getting softer. Visions of alchemy flooded her consciousness; perhaps this stone was magic, a shape-shifter,
transforming with prayer.
As Gloria continued to meditate, the stone became even softer, to the point of being slightly gooey. Gloria could wait
no longer; she looked down to see what the stone had become, only to find long pink strands stretching across her hand.
The stone was a wad of chewing gum.
Our minds are powerful indeed, powerful enough to connect with God through a wad of chewing gum. What, then, is sacred,
but that which we use to focalize our sacred thoughts? Everything is potentially sacred or profane, depending on how we
think about it. As Shakespeare said, "thinking makes it so".
True alchemy takes place in our minds. We transform lead into gold, devils into gods, and fear into triumph, by choosing
vision that matches our intentions. A mystic finds God in the strangest places: As Blake penned,
"To see a World in a Grain of Sand.
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand,
And Eternity in an hour."
You and I might be in heaven right now and not even know it because we are paying attention to hell. We may be in
the midst of great love, caring, and healing light. God may be in the person sitting next to us on the bus, or the
presidential candidate we didnt vote for, or even the security guard who tickets cars at the airport. God might
even be in you just as you are.
The mind is capable of creating vast yet contradictory realities, demonstrable by our experience. A woman with multiple
personalities was severely allergic to citrus in one personality (she would break out in profuse hives), yet utterly
unaffected by citrus in another personality. A man had diabetes in one personality, requiring him to take insulin
supplements; in another personality he was perfectly healthy; if he took insulin in that personality, it would have
killed him. Perhaps this man is symbolic of all of us, who are healthy by nature, but via societal training, have
taken on belief systems that make us feel and act smaller than we are.
The game of life is won by finding beauty and good wherever we go, no matter what opinion or appearances would indicate.
Free will means that we may choose our viewing point on the universe and live in the world our view has generated. God
has decided to explore creation through billions of different vantage points (called you and me) for the fun of infinite
self-discovery. One poet said that "God is a flower that grew a nose to smell itself."
The story is told about a man who went to India to find a certain saint he had heard about. The man traveled far and wide,
putting together bits and pieces of information. Finally he found his way to an obscure village where a shopkeeper told him
that indeed the saint lived in that town, where he sat by a certain tree.
Eagerly the pilgrim rushed to the tree and found a man who fit the description. When he tried to converse with the man,
however, the "saint" was disheveled and drunk. Put off by the erroneous information he had been given, the pilgrim returned
to the shopkeeper and complained.
"Oh, that was the saint, alright," the shopkeeper insisted.
"But the man was drunk!" the pilgrim protested.
"Yes, he does drink a lot. But if you had stayed with him for a while, you would have heard great wisdom. You see, he is
an enlightened soul who had but one more lesson to learn, compassion for those who drink. So he took that experience on
to complete all of his earthly lessons. Besides that one habit, he is an utter genius. If you could see beyond that one
trait, you would have found your saint."
And so it is with all of us. As we set out on our new year, we recognize that everyones garden has both weeds and flowers.
We all have things about us that could be used for condemnation or redemption. Nothing is any one way, and everything is a
matter of viewing point. We make or break our lives with our thoughts. Yet God is in everything, and we find God if we look.
Who knows, maybe the Pharaoh chewed Juicy Fruit?
"Beyond your ideas of right and wrong, there is a field.
Ill meet you there." -- Rumi

JOY is like a bubbling brook within you, it just bubbles up and spills over and affects those around you.
JOY is contagious, when you are full of JOY, it is so easy to share it. People look everywhere to find happiness,
but its simple, it is inside. You just have to be still and look within. You may need to clear a few layers away to
reach it, but JOY is there waiting patiently to be found.
The more you learn to trust and follow your intuition and the callings of your heart, the closer you will come
to JOY. Dont get stuck in your limitations, look at your potential and the possibilities that lie before you,
discover what brings you JOY and bring more of it into your life. Begin and end the day with JOY and always give
thanks. Enjoy every precious moment, savour everything that gives you pleasure, and be deeply grateful for whatever
touches your heart and brings you JOY. Remember those JOYFUL times, register the feelings and let the rest go,
release, forgive and move on and choose to stay with JOY instead.
So often it is the simple things in life that bring the greatest JOY and most often they are free; like a stroll
in nature, quiet peaceful moments or special times shared with a friend. The good things in life may not be the most
obvious, material wealth may make life more comfortable but real wealth is found elsewhere. It is the gifts of the
spirit, which have the greatest meaning that bring the ultimate JOY. Where there is inner beauty and depth and an
appreciation of the simplicity and JOY of life, then our whole being responds with JOY, it just bubbles up from
inside with no apparent reason.
JOY is a state of being, when it is released and allowed its freedom, it will express itself abundantly.
Reflections on JOY
Putting your life on course so that you become aligned with your life purpose will bring you JOY. Do things that
increase your JOY and avoid situations and people, which drain your energy or dont make you happy. Dont be afraid
to take risks when the situation calls for it, in this way you will magnetize that which will bring you the greatest JOY.
Believe in yourself and your ability to create a JOY filled life, trust the process and draw JOY to you by engaging
passionately in the exploration of life. Find the JOY that is always there but may be hidden by unfinished business
from the past. Feel the JOY of the moment, dont let the past get in the way, embrace the sweetness of life and live
it to the full.
Fill every cell of your body with JOY, enjoy lightness of heart and be carefree in spirit, feel the bubbles of JOY
that wish to burst forth and create a wonderful, JOYFUL life.

"Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions.
Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you,
too, can become great."
~Mark Twain
It has been said that the unexamined life is not worth living. Unfortunately we are often too busy to take
the time for self-examination. As a result we sometimes don't realize that we have deviated from our real
goals and purpose. Here are some questions that, if asked regularly, will help to keep oneself on target.
1. Does my life reflect my values?
2. What do I want my life to be about?
3. Do I either know the direction I want my life to go OR have sufficient faith in a higher power to trust that
I do not need to know? (This is different from being a straw in the wind.)
4. Am I putting my time and energy into the areas that are most important to me?
5. What areas of my life am I short-changing?
6. Am I giving too much power to negative influences?
7. Am I unknowingly closing out people I care about?
8. Am I giving enough time to nurturing/replenishing myself?
9. Am I cultivating and making room for the influences I want to come into my life?
10. With all of the above answered, how can I re-allocate my resources, my time and my energy, to reflect my true
values and to move me in the direction I am seeking?

My brother sent this to me from a friend who was very ill. It made me cry for love and life and caring and
the gifts we get to share with each other.
~Toni
Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed
for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window.
The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back.
The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their
involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation.
Every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to
his roommate all the things he could see outside the window. The man in the other bed began to live for those
one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and color of the world outside.
The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed
their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every color and a fine view of the city
skyline could be seen in the distance.
As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would
close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene. One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade
passing by. Although the other man couldn't hear the band - he could see it. In his mind's eye as the gentleman
by the window portrayed it with descriptive words.
Days and weeks passed. One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths only to find the
lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep. She was saddened and called the
hospital attendants to take the body away.
As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy
to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone. Slowly, painfully, he propped
himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside. He strained to slowly turn to look out
the window beside the bed. It faced a blank wall.
The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things
outside this window The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall She said, "Perhaps
he just wanted to encourage you."
Epilogue: There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations. Shared grief is half
the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled. If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have
that money can't buy. "Today is a gift, that's why it is called the present."
DANCING WITH DEATH THRU SENILITY INTO ETERNALITY
by Young Toni Delgado
We have been conditioned to believe that senility is a
frightful place because we believe it is the end of
our productivity as a being. We believe it is the
experience that precedes death and we are loathesome
to it. Senility can come to an individual at any time
in their lives. It does not just occur to the elderly.
It can happen in your thirties or younger.
What is important to know is that it absolutely can be
overcome! I have done it! Leonard Orr and Sondra Ray
and others have done it. Leonard says that senility is
the final exam of the human condition. That sounds and
feels right. You must however, have the tools and
psychological preparation to outlast it. Read my book
and learn how.
