You are on purpose and your existence matters. Without
you, there would be something crucial missing from the
universe. Without you the universe would not be the
same. You may only feel like a drop in the ocean, but
I tell you this, you have the power of the ocean
inside of you ... and the ocean knows you, even if you
have forgotten the ocean. When you find the ocean in
you, you will feel like the river the runs towards the
sea, not trying to climb hills but simply flowing in

just cant seem to grasp it, "what am I here for?"
There are 2 primary goals in any lifetime. The first
and most important is BEING. The 2nd goal is dependent
on the first. The 2nd goal is DOING. Most people
believe that they are here to DO something and so they
spend time worrying about whether they are doing what
they are here to do. Many are even hoping that they
can just get the doing part over so that they don't
have to come back again. I can't tell you how many
students have asked me, "What am I here to do - what
is my purpose, I want to know so that I can do it and
not have to come back!" What would happen if you
chose to stop letting your past limit you ... and
instead committed to step into your passion and take

In April, on her 70+ birthday, Maya Angelou was
interviewed by Oprah. Oprah asked her what she thought
of growing older. And, there on television, she said
it was "exciting." Regarding body changes, she said
there were many, occurring every day, like her
breasts. They seem to be in a race to see which will
reach her waist, first. The audience laughed so hard
they cried. She is such a simple and honest woman,
with so much wisdom in her words!

There seems to be something to the fact that extreme
emotions have the power to change our perspective.
Most of you saw examples of this during the Pisces
Season. If you were one of those that were bitten by
an old Memory (Childhood, pets, school, etc) last
month, then you likely were able to notice how your
everyday problems paled in comparison to what you were
experiencing. The effect of those intense experiences
finds similarity in certain types of drugs, which
makes me wonder if we really are identifying with a
bunch of hormones. (like the better part of What the
Bleep was demonstrating).
Over and over again, I see and hear people raving
about their new experiences, whatever it is. With each
rise in excitement over "This New Therapy', or 'This
New Energy Work' or 'This New Romance', 'This New
Book', 'This New Job', there is without fail an
inevitable fall, quite similar to the 'coming down'
effect of alcohol or drugs. Sometimes it takes days
for the grand effect to wear off, (sometimes months)
but eventually there is a fall and there is always an
excuse for the fall (as if it's rare that we fall).
If you are familiar with drugs (I won't tell), then
when the effects wear off, you attribute your change
in mood to the drug. But when there's a life crash
after a big high, no one ever says 'Oh, you're just
crashing from your high endorphin level, you'll get
over it.' No, we tend to make excuses like, 'He wasn't
my soul mate.' Or 'I'm just detoxing', or 'I got my
value from it and spirit is telling me to move on'.
But what if our life highs worked just like any
addiction: once the serum level isn't high enough, you
just add more stimulus. Climb the bigger mountain,
Seek the even better healer, the newer lover, the
better sale item, and on and on.
This Serum level concept could explain why we tend to
see life differently during intense experiences. And
when we can't muster up the rush in the moment, we
conjure memories and if there's nothing juicy in the
past , we can simply find something in the world to
get heated over; and if that doesn't work we simply
take a pill. The goal in all of these examples is the
same: serum level increase.
This Thought for the Week finds me wondering how far
we have gone into confusing body responses with
spiritual awareness. You can see examples of this kind
of confusion everywhere. In the 'new age' world, we
blame people for getting sick by accusing them of
'creating the illness' implying a lack of spiritual
development (not to mention infusing the ailing person
with guilt). Look at how proud we are when our body
'doesn't look its age', or what about the high people
of all religions report when in the presence of their
charismatic leader. I have to ask again, Is it
possible that we're actually confusing a rush of
endorphins with a Spiritual Awakening? hmmm.
I suppose in the long run it doesn't matter but IF
it's true and we are confusing our essence with a
chemical rush, where else might we look for evidence
of our true natures? Perhaps that's the million dollar
question and that's where I have to leave you.

Pick Up Where You Left Off and Create As Life

We see that most of you would be moving forward more
quickly if you were not so concerned about who else
was coming with you. You may choose of your own free
will to remove all distractions or you may wait and
see how the Mother removes them for you. We feel the
former will bring more joy than the latter. There is a
sound which is already ringing in the ears of those
who can hear it. The sound of a grand coming together
in which diverse minds will see how much they are
alike.
Pull back the covers from over your head and witness
the fullness of your potential to create anew. Even
when there have been so many years of destruction and
heartache, the only way it will cease is when it
ceases to be your creative option. You may create from
down there or you may choose to work from up here.
This applies to all those who would remain embodied as
well. For you are becoming aware that traveling does
not require a physical body and you may be both the
creator and the creation simultaneously in more than 1
dimension at a time.
The waves are increasing and this does cause a great
concern. Your scientists will bridge the DNA gaps
between water and electronics but not before Orion
speaks. The atmosphere belongs not only to the humans
but to the Earth herself and she is reclaiming her
auric fields from the abuse long ignored no more. Just
like in your worlds where one must ask for assistance
we cannot offer our solution until you as a collective
people will request such. Knowing that it is prepared
to be implemented may only make it easier to overcome
your fears and simply ask us. Each of you will
determine that this is a guarantee. Your point of
power to choose has always been your greatest gift to
yourself while our abilities to remain neutral in

Sweet Sorrow on the Passing of Ludmila Nikolayevna.
Addendum to the March 2006 Breath and Breathing
Report:
I dont know how many people Ludmila helped and
counseled over the years. But I know I was one of
them. I dont know how many peoples lives she changed
with her love and support and wisdom. But I know mine
was one of them. I dont know how she became so
amazingly sensitive and so incredibly wise. But I know
that what little of those qualities I have today, are
due in large part to her.
I met Ludmila at the First International Conference on
Free Breathing in1990. She came to me after my initial
presentation in Moscow and said: I am the world. You
have something to give me. Something in you is meant
to help me. I assumed that this strange greeting from
this elderly Russian lady was due to her limited use
of the English language. I assumed that something I
said had touched her, and I understood that she wanted
to do a breathing session.
As it turned out, her words were very carefully
chosen: and she meant themto be taken quite literally.
I dont remember the details of her first session: it
started out and progressed in the usual way. But Ill
never forget the powerful wave of sexual energy that
surprisingly arose in her with every breath. Ill
never forget watching and feeling how it shook her
body, and how it melted mine. Ill never forget how
that energy filled the air and lit up the room. I
asked her what she usually didor what she was going
to dowith all that energy. I felt no attraction to
her, but I thought I knew where the session was
headed. Instead she drew me totally into her process.
We connected in a way that went beyond words. And I
got my first real lesson in how to transform
procreative energy into co-creative energy!
She declared her intention; and she communicated her
vision in no uncertain terms. She would open an
alternative/holistic medical center in her home town
of Kolomna. And from that day on, she lived every
waking moment of her life focused that beautiful labor
of love.
Now when I think of how some people waste their sexual
energy, or fear it
Or if I think of how some people
spend their retirement years, or fear them
I can
only smile.
Ludmila lived a full and productive life, and then she
began a new one! And she met every challenge and
overcame every obstacle to her dream. Her own frail
health, advancing years, and lack of financial
resources seemed irrelevant to her success. She tamed
mafia thugs, enlightened government officials, and
convinced sceptical investors. She created an
opportunity for practitioners of all kinds to discover
and develop their skills. She gave the poorest people
in the city the same health services as the
wealthiest in the world.
Thank you Ludmila for being such a firm yet gentle
inspiration to us all. You helped bring out the best
in many people. I know, because I was one Of them. And
you helped many people to honestly face the worst
within and to better themselves. I know, because I was
one of them. I know that you would not want me to feel
this awful sadness at your passing, but I do. Yet,
youll be happy to know that I also feel deep
gratitude and a cause for great celebration! You see,
I know that you would not have left this world if you
had not completed your work. And you know that all of
us who received your gifts will share them with
everyone we meet.
You were a flower of a friend Ludmila. And now you are
an Angel of God.

VYAPOHANA Hymn of Purification
From the Linga Purana Volume I
Leonard Orr, Father of the Rebirthing-Conscious Energy
Breathing Movement, introduced Kelley and I to the
Shiva Purana and other Puranas years ago and we are
truly grateful for these gifts. Shiva says that during
the Kali Yuga, the information of the Puranas will be
of great assistance. In reading these books, we have
definitely found this to be true.

powerfully pull you into the understanding and knowing
that we are Not doing this life alone. God-Goddess are
powerfully represented in all aspects of our lives.
They have substantial and varied presence within and
without every single soul.
We are not here to be caught in a karmic wheel of
continuous payback. We are not worthless beings that
have been brought here to struggle or suffer. We can
shed off all sins and be honored in this Sacred Time
and Place.
When you read this prayer, it is your soul that will
respond to it. You will remember that you are One with
All That Is and you will feel Connected, Loved,
Supported and Grateful.
