And most of all make a decision that, "Nothing is more important than that I feel good!" And under those conditions you will be guided with a precision that will knock your socks off. February 14, 2006, at noon your local time, join Jonathan Goldman, the Sound Healers Associations and thousands of people throughout the planet as they tone an "AH" together for five minutes, projecting the energy of Light & Love throughout the Planet. You will actually experience generating a field of transformational energy as this occurs. In addition, local toning groups will be occurring throughout the Earth at various times during that day with the intention of assisting planetary consciousness through sound.
WHY:
To project peace throughout the planet. What better way to celebrate this joyous day of Valentines Day then to project Peace to Mother Earth and generate peaceful energy throughout the planet with sound! Sound coupled with intention has the ability to heal and transform. We will sound an AH sending a heart wave of Sound that will resonate throughout the planet. Now is the time for you to be part of the Celestial Choir and resonate together for World Sound Healing Day. We can create major positive shifts on our beloved planet. Sound the heart sound AH for 5 minutes We will simply sound an AH filled with the intention of Peace and Love for 5 minutes at your local noon time. The AH is a universal, non-denominational heart sound that when projected with focused energy is extremely powerful and effective. Once again, Leonard Orr and Rebirth International present: Return to the Sacred: A Spiritual Purification, Rebirthing Breathwork and Rejuvenation Training. A training for advanced and beginning students.
For centuries, Indians have regarded this land as a sacred healing place. The natural spring water is as smooth as silk and the natural setting makes Sierra Hot Springs a perfect place for Spiritual Purification, Rebirthing Breathwork and Relaxation with Rebirthing founder, Leonard Orr. You have your choice of participating in the nine day, five day or weekend training, beginning Friday, June 2 - 11, 2006.

The Program:
Increasing Personal Aliveness through Spiritual Purification: fasting, vision questing, fire purification, rebirthing breathwork sessions, movement, chanting, meditation, water purification and loving community.
Lots of Rebirthing sessions, at least every other day, more if you choose. What a way to clear!
The mini vision quest - a special experience of the healing power of fire and solitude.
Morning aarti (celebration of lights) and chanting.

The Land and Hot Springs:
There are over 700 acres bordering National Forest land, so biking and hiking possibilities abound. You can secure your own special camp site to suit you.
The Temple Dome Area is the main pool area and consists of The Hot Pool which is enclosed in a large geodesic dome, featuring stained glass and skylights. Complimented by two cold plunges this pool is also sand bottomed, with mosaic tile sides. Outside the dome, the warm Swimming Pool is complimented by a large sun deck. There is also a dry sauna at the Temple Dome Pool area.
The Meditation Pool is outdoors, surrounded by rock tile. In this natural pool, you step down rock steps into a sand bottomed delight. Because this pool is located apart from the more active, near-by pools, it is perfect for contemplation, rest and gazing at the evening stars.
The Phoenix Baths are seasonal pools inside private rooms, and the warm spring water is drained and refilled between users. The Phoenix Baths also house the newly remodeled spa area. You can make appointments with staff for a wonderful massage and more.
Body acceptance is a key component of Sierra Hot Springs, therefore all pools are clothing optional.
Accommodations:
Your tuition includes camping on the land (tents and RV's; there are no hookups, however). If you prefer indoor accommodations there is a dormitory (5 single beds) and European-style rooms at the historic Lodge on the property and at the beautifully renovated, 100+ year old Globe Hotel in Sierraville, just a mile away. Whether you wish to go for a midnight soak under star-studded skies, or rise with the sun for a daybreak hike, the scenic surroundings will accommodate you.
Meals: Meals are not included in your tuition. Many people enjoy preparing their own meals in the fully equipped Lodge guest kitchen, others enjoy meals at the restaurant in the Lodge and still others enjoy occasional meals at two of the local restaurants in Sierraville.
Children:
Well-behaved children are welcome at Sierra Hot Springs, including all accommodations. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Children are allowed in the pools between 11am and 6pm, excluding the Meditation Pool, the Temple Dome Hot Pool and the Sauna which are adults only areas.
Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property at any time. This includes no pets in vehicles.
Where is Sierraville?
The nearest airport, 50 miles away, is in Reno, Nevada. The hot springs is just 25 miles east of Truckee on Highway 80 about a 20 minute ride. Truckee is approximately four hours driving from San Francisco. Often, your arrival in San Francisco can be coordinated with someone from San Francisco who is coming to the training with advance notification.
Transportation Pick-up:
Transportation is available through the hot springs office from Reno or Truckee with advance notice for a fee. Both the Amtrak and Greyhound stations are located also in Truckee.
