Yes, many Light Workers are feeling a sense of
frustration, perhaps mistakenly blaming their living
situations, places or other beings for their
increasing discontent. However, this planet is
undergoing tremendous suffering, resulting in both
shifts of consciousness and in shifts of the actual
Earth. All this has a subtle but profound effect on
sensitive inhabitants such as Light Workers. Indeed,
all those sensitive beings, including many children,
will experience a heightened sense of awareness of the
plight of all humanity as well as of the Higher
Energies present in the atmosphere. You see dear ones,
in times of great crises, those of us who have come to
heal and to assist the planets evolution into the
next dimension, do not leave you alone! Certainly,
this is precisely the time for which we have come. We
are with you. We are helping the transition to occur
with ease and understanding. If sensitive Light
beings, such as you, realize the stages through which
they are going are common to others on the planet,
they will begin to sense the UNITY that is essential
for moving from matter into Light. Have no fear. We
are ever near you and have no intention of jumping
ship as you say.

Yes, yes, yes. To continue as such with particular
response to a variety of inquiries of a similar
nature, we would address the concept of ones own
mission in life. Many beings of Light are now, shall
we say, coming into their own. Having raised a
family or not, they are at a point where they are
giving serious consideration to what is their higher
purpose in this life. Whether they know it or not this
is, in effect, their calling. They are being called to
service now. For some, every event in their lives has
led up to the final question, What is my work in this
life? Then, for others, they may have practiced
spiritual precepts and followed meditation practices
for a lifetime and just now have awakened to what it
is they have come here for. It is absolutely
irrelevant whether a being is a seasoned believer in
Divine Presence or a newcomer to the realm of spirit.
The fact is that this is the time for many to take
their places in the Light. Each living being who has
turned toward the Light in their life has a purpose.
No purpose, no role, is greater than another. The
being whose role it is to clean the floor in a holy
ashram may be as great as the ones whose feet walk
upon that floor. There is a rush at this time of those
involved in spiritual practice to find their places
and prepare themselves for fulfilling their contracts
with the Divine. We see it as the need of the hour and
commend the spirits of those in earnest working for
the Light.

Dear Sound Friends:
Recently, we sent out an announcement about the 3rd
World Sound Healing Day, February 14, 2005. This is an
event intended to assist planetary vibrations. Since
that time, we've received a number of questions
regarding that event which we'll try to answer. First,
however, here is a brief summary of that email:
Please join World Puja and the Sound Healers for the
3rd Annual World Sound Healing Day on February 14,
2005. The program begins at 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard
Time) with an introduction to this special event by
Healing Sounds pioneer Jonathan Goldman, Earth Sound
Light Center Founder Sarah Benson, Hado Institute
Water pioneer Masaru Emoto and Heartherapy Founder
Kimba Arem. They will discuss the use of sound as a
tool for assisting planetary peace and acceleration.
They will also focus on the power of sound and
intention with water to change planetary vibrations.
Then, at 8:00 PM (Eastern Time in the US) for five
minutes, sound healers, meditators, peace activists
and lovers of all humanity and sentient consciousness
throughout the planet will send a sonic valentine to
the Earth with an AH sound filled with the intention
of Peace and Love! What better way to celebrate this
joyous day then to generate peaceful and loving energy
throughout the planet with sound! Our global tone will
begin at 8 PM Eastern Time Pacific and will last for
at least 5 minutes. In addition we suggest you tone
the "AH" sound at noon local time as well . Through
the power of synergy, we have the extraordinary
opportunity to dramatically effective positive change
in global consciousness by toning together and
generating a waveform of Light & Love through Sound
that will sweep across the planet, sonically bathing
all life on Gaia/Planet Earth.
A number of people from throughout the planet
initially expressed regret at not being able to join
this "Sound Heard Around the World" because of
differences in time due to their time zones. Please
know that from one perspective, time and space are
merely illusions--constructs of 3rd dimensional
consciousness. Sacred sound transcends these
limitations of time and space. Thus, we encourage any
and all of you to simply sound an "AH" during that
day, projecting this sound and energy toward creating
harmony and peace on the planet. Many people will be
making a tone at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. But many others
will be unable to join us at this time. Thus, if it is
not possible to sound with us at 8:00 PM, we suggest
that you sound for 5 minutes at noon of your local
time. If you are by yourself, or with a group, please
regardless of whatever time you chose, join together
with the "AH" sound. Your intentionally created sounds
will indeed assist the planet.
Others have asked if there are specific ceremonies or
rituals that should be created for this event. There
are ideas and suggestions for World Sound Healing Day
that are available at www.healingsounds.com. There are
also articles on sounds and visualizations, ideas for
creating toning events, an AH sound, tuned to 256
cycles per second (a resonant frequency of 8 hz. which
is said to be a resonance of the Earth) that you can
download and tone along with as well as other
pertinent information. There's also descriptions and
photographs of Dr. Emoto's work with sound and
intention to effect water molecules. We know of people
who, as part of sacred ritual, will be sounding into
jars or bowls of distilled water and then taking this
water and placing it into rivers, lakes or even the
ocean, offering this sacredly, sonically charged water
to the planet. In truth, there are multitudinous
ceremonies and rituals that can be created for this
event. What is most important is that you sound with
the energy of love and appreciation and that you
project this sound onto the planet.
Lastly, some have asked if "AH" is the only sound that
can be made. What about an "OM" or a "HU" or some
other sound. Once again, we have suggested using the
"AH" because it is a sacred sound of the heart center
that, because it is a vowel sound, is
non-denominational and therefore can be toned by
anyone regardless of religion, culture or tradition.
However, if there is a sacred sound that you and
others may prefer, please use it.
As always, it is the "Frequency + Intent" that creates
the "Healing" effect of the sound. So many different
sacred sounds from different traditions seems to
resonate together, holding the same energy of Light &
Love through Sound. Use whatever feels comfortable for
you.
Many people are involved in the co-creation of World
Sound Healing Day, such as the Yalaha Foundation, now
merging with World Puja to broadcast this event via
the internet. There are so many people from throughout
the world that are assisting with the co-creation of
World Sound Healing Day, it is not possible to list
them all separately in this email. These people and
groups are local, national and global. Instead, we
thank each and every one of you for being a part of
and for supporting the energies of World Sound Healing
Day. Just remember that World Sound Healing Day is an
event WE are co-creating together for the betterment
of all!
