The Kogi, (the Big Brothers, as they call themselves)
who live in the Colombian amazon are the inspiration
for the Bursting The Body Light-Violet Flame of
Forgiveness breath meditations which we use for our
monthly world peace gatherings. They call themselves
Big Brothers compared to the rest of us that they call
Little Brother. They call us Little Brother because of
our lack of light/consciousness and because we have
been so incredibly abusive in our life styles and
misuse of natural resources.
Recently the National Geographic Magazine published an
article on the Kogi and had graphic photographs
depicting some of the atrocities that have been
committed against them. But despite these unspeakable
cruelties, their concern is for the Earth more than
for themselves. They have been visiting me in dream
space and have requested that we--Little brother wake
up to our stupidity and start care taking the Earth in
earnest.
Kel and I watched the Emerald Forest again before we
went to Brazil. In the film, the people from the
Invisible tribe see that The edge of the world is no
longer far away. It has crept close to their village,
because modern man has clear cut the jungle. Their
precious trees and all the flora and fauna have been
killed and they stand there aghast looking on in
incredulousness. They say HOW CAN THE EARTH BREATHE
(WITHOUT THE TREES)? Indeed, How?
The Kogi are asking us to stop cutting down Mother and
killing all of her resources. They are also asking us
to plant lots more trees, bushes and vegetation. Will
you help?

WORLD DRAMATICALLY AWAKENS TO REFOREST MOTHER.

When my grandma got arthritis, she couldn't bend over
and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandpa does it
for her now all the time, even when his hands got
arthritis too. That's love.

neighbor was an elderly man who had just lost his
wife. When the child saw the man cry, the little boy
went over into the man's yard and climbed on top of
the man's lap and just sat there. When the boy's

Dearest ones, on this special day, the 11th day of the
11th month, we bring you a message of joy and
upliftment. We have seen how tired many of you are,
and the effort and love you have put into the work of
transition, ascension and change. The people of your
planet have collectively chosen the Path of Rapid
Transformation in this cycle of change between the two
new moons of Libra and Scorpio. The Path of Slow
Transition, originally favored, proved to be too slow
and too exhausting for you as Lightworkers. And so, as
a collective, you have decided on Rapid
Transformation. In the next two years you will indeed
experience this rapid transformation. We ask you not
to be fearful of the challenges that will come, for
the path forward is open, and you will lead others
across the Rainbow Bridge into the Age of Light and
Peace that will be the New Earth.
This message is to ask you to understand that the work
of the Grand Quintile formations was to release the
collective DNA codes of the Age of Pisces and initiate
the new codes for the Age of Light. Spiritual Mastery
and the Piscean Age The Piscean Age, which you are
leaving, was the age in which the Human Species as a
collective evolved towards Spiritual Mastery and
Ascension to a Higher Octave of Consciousness. The
Archetypes for this process were Jesus and the Buddha,
amongst others. For nearly two thousand years the path
of evolution has been to achieve the level of
awareness and compassion achieved by these masters.
And it has been achieved. As you leave the Piscean
Age, the Human DNA takes with it the record of
Spiritual Mastery in Love and Compassion achieved by
many in the process of Ascension. And soon, all will
walk the bridge from the Age of Pisces into the Age of
Light.
But first, you as Lightworkers, must be conscious and
willing to release the shadow side of the path of
Spiritual Power and Mastery. And this is the path of
the Martyr. So many Lightworkers still carry in their
psyches a fear of being harmed that often prevents
them from fully entering into their work. This fear
can now be released, for this path and its shadow
archetypes are completed.
The New Archetypes or Codes for the Age of Light
The distinctive energies for the Age of Light will be
ADVENTURE and UNFOLDING. Spiritual Mastery and
Personal Empowerment will be achieved absolutes and
rights, as already seen in your Crystal Children. The
Next phase of your evolution will be the exploration
of the path of the Achieved Master in Playfulness,
Adventure, Trust and Unfolding. The joyful love of the
Universe will hold each Human Angel and Master as they
explore their new potential in adventures of
creativity and love.
But, before this can be achieved, humans will need to
integrate their Piscean archetypes and allow the new
energies to be activated. And to do this in a balanced
way requires each human to be conscious and to make
empowered choices for their own lives. This is the
education process in which Lightworkers will engage
with many people as the path of Rapid Transformation
opens the way into the future for all. This work will
be challenging in the extreme, as many seek to cross
the bridge, leaving behind the old and embracing the
new. Leaving behind control, power games and corrupt
systems for the path of freedom and new possibilities.
The Energy of the New
In many ways the Age of Light will be the Age of the
Magical Child, as humanity takes its first steps into
this new realm of the Higher Octave of Consciousness
provided by the Ascension process. It is a realm of
miracles and possibility. The image of the Dolphin
swimming with a child will become a key symbol for
you. The dolphin signifies higher consciousness, the
connection with the stars, especially Sirius, and the
ability to shift DNA patterns and heal instantaneously
with the sound and color aspects of energy. The child
signifies the innocence, wonder and power of the newly
birthed Multi-Dimensional Human Angel Consciousness.
The Magical Child within each one of you will be
supported by the "parent" energies of the balanced
Inner Male and Female. The male Energy will express
itself in a shamanic role. In the Age of Light, the
male energy will reconnect once again with the Earth
and express itself in ceremonies of Light and Healing.
You will walk in the Dreamtime as empowered beings of
Light. New modes of healing based on energy, plants
and crystals, will take the place of toxic drugs and
invasive surgery. Communities will arise that will
join together to celebrate the connections of Humans
with their Planet. Your Male energy will rediscover
the deep ecstatic and healing experiences of
ceremonial connection with the Planet.
The Feminine energy within you will become the
receptive channel for the incoming cosmic and galactic
waves of light and information. The creative impulses
of the source will once again be channeled by you
through your bodies, and you will express your divine
right to creativity. Every day will become an
adventure of creativity and love in expression.
These energies, male, female and child, will blend
together to create balance and harmony between the
head and the heart. The Multi-Dimensional Earth will
be a place of miracles and joy and peace.
So, beloved ones, as you cross the bridge be aware
that the turbulence may be violent, but it will be
short. You, as a planetary people, have chosen the
Path of Rapid Transformation. And you chose it so that
you might enter the Age of Light all the sooner.
We in the Higher Dimensions walk with you and support
you as Masters of Light on the path forward that you,
as a group, have chosen. We honor the courage and
vision of your choice.

I bow down to God, my Guru.
Some of us are lucky enough to have a Guru, One who
sheds light onto our spiritual/religious path. This
might be, for example, God, or Lord Patanjali or
Mahaavatar Babaji or Jesus. From my perspective, God
and Guru are one. The reader can substitute for God
the word Guru, as I see it this makes no difference.
He loves each of us and hence I do not see why one
should focus on differences rather than unity.
One of the problems faced by a religious/spiritual
aspirant is that by definition he/she does not know
the Truth. We do not even know our own Self, hence how
can we really know God? Secondly, we cannot truly love
God or Guru with all sincerity. As I see it we are
given in varying degrees knowledge of and love for God
and Guru according to our accumulated merit in this
and previous lives: its a boon awarded to us rather
than something we can really strive for: God and Guru
are beyond the normal comprehension of ordinary man.
If this analysis is correct, then of the threefold
path of service, truth and love (Karma, Jnana and
Bhakti using yoga terminology), we are in my view left
with service, Karma Yoga, as something concrete that
we all can do whilst waiting patiently for further
gifts of knowledge and love. Karma yoga leads to Jnana
and Bhakti. And yet another difficulty arises. How can
we serve God when He/She is all powerful and needs not
any assistance? We can only serve ourselves, our
fellow man and other living beings.
In fact, as I see it there are two paths of yoga. Once
you have been selected by a Guru, you may be trained
in self development (if I could put it this way,
serving yourself through the gaining of inner
knowledge and love), or in serving others. Or, of
course, a mixture. Each of us will need different
guidance, according to Gods Will. According to the
Yoga Sutra of Lord Patanjali, the second of these two
paths, Isvarapranidhana (Surrender to God) is the path
that for most of us leads most quickly and surely to
all the benefits of Yoga. Yoga as I understand it
comes from the root Yuj to join, that is to join
your Soul with the ultimate reality, God. God is
already joined to our Soul in eternal marriage and
hence the true purpose of our life is to make use of
all the experiences, resources, faculties that God
gives us to come closer to Him/Her.
Unfortunately, Surrender to God and Guru is not so
easy because of our pride and other factors, and hence
in the first Sutra of Chapter 2, Lord Patanjali
instructed His students, you and I, in the threefold
path of Kriya Yoga: Tapas, Svadhyaya and
Isvarapranidhana. So, we all need to combine service
(leading to Ishvarapranidhana) with moderate
austerities (Tapas) and study (Svadhyaya).
You may at this stage be saying, enough lecturing, how
can The Loving Heart Centre serve you? Well, the final
difficulty arises! At first it may seem that you
have your own Guru and need no help from me. As
usual, difficulties are only apparent for the
religious/spiritual practitioner. Hence, I would argue
that, particularly in this Kali Yug age, all of us are
duty bound to help our brothers and sisters. Your
experiences and resources and mine are there for each
other. Your Guru is actually mine too. Well
actually of course we are His. My giving you an
opportunity to help me helps you and vice versa!
The Loving Heart Centre was set up not really mainly
to help those of us who are fortunate in having a
Guru, but to help particularly those who do not.
There are huge individual tragedies in the world
today. With the increasing focus on materialism rather
than God, these tragedies are likely to substantially
increase in number over the coming decades.
Consequently, in my view, there is a need for a
non-denominational organization such as The Loving
Heart Centre to help mankind develop happiness in
their hearts, and gain knowledge both of
spiritual/religious matters and of how to cope with
the stresses and strains of modern life.
Each of us is different and needs different types of
service, knowledge and love. Hence it is for me
difficult to know what exactly the direction of The
Loving Heart Centre will be.
I do not wish to impose in any way on your service to
your Guru. If you wish to have a look at The Loving

have any thoughts about how the site could be improved
or carry the message of/serve your Guru, if there are
mistakes that I have made, or if you have any ideas
about how The Loving Heart Centre could help humanity,

Helping people create what matters to them.
Many souls are looking for an answer out of all this
chaos and confusion that abounds at this time in the
world. Day by day it gets worse; but do not fear;
things have to get worse before they can get better.
A tumor fills with puss until it bursts and then all
the poison comes out and gets washed away. Things have
to come to a point before the poison, hatred, greed,
jealousy and selfishness gets eliminated and then
healing can start. I need you in total inner peace.
You will find it when you keep your mind totally on Me
and your consciousness will be heightened and you only
see the best in everything. You can be of no help to
this worldly situation when you allow yourself to be
pulled into the abyss. You will have to become immune
against this sickness, otherwise you will be infected
and then you cannot help anyone else.
I need your help. I need you to be free. I need you in
total peace. Only then can I use you.

The way you have been doing things do not work
anymore. You knock on the door over and over, and the
door does not open. Yet you keep knocking. You say the
right words, wear the right clothes, do the right
rituals. Yet after all this time, you still are not at
your desired destination. Why do you keep doing things
that do not give you lasting desired results? When are
you going to get it? It isn't working. Quit doing
things over and over that don't give you the desired
results. Find a new way.
You say that you want to wake up. You say this all the
time. You want to wake up, yet the universe is showing
you over and over what is not working, and you don't
listen. So how can you wake up if you are not
listening. You wave the feather in the air and chant
ancient chants, but you do not notice that it is not
working for you.
Be in the moment, and do what your heart calls you to
do, since this is where the truth and power lies.
Truth evolves just as you do. Truth shifts and changes
all the time. The universe, humanity, and all forms of
all life evolve. Nothing ever stays the same so quit
expecting it to! This goes for the old traditional
ways that you've been taught. The ancient ways served
you up to now, but you are in between worlds as you
read this, and what worked in the past is not working
now. You're just wasting your time. It is just a show
now; a type of spiritual entertainment. You want more
than this we hope.
Ceremony, ritual and affirmations done over and over
are just other ways that keep you asleep when done
with repetition and not from your heart. Old ways are
just another from of drug; another form of an
addiction in which you may feel temporarily connected
with all that is. You might feel better in the moment
after a prayer or ceremony, but just a short while
later you're right back where you had begun. Then you
have to do it all over again to feel the oneness; the
bliss. Afterwards you feel frustrated that you cannot
stay there. Your actions should not give you temporary
results. They should give you lasting results. The
universe is telling you it isn't working anymore. Wake
up. Look for a new way to enter the timeless oneness
and stay there. You're entering a new world. New
worlds have new ways, and you're the creator of these
new ways. Get creative.
Open your hearts and listen for the new way. The old
way has carried you this far, but the old ways can go
no further with you. You walk into a new world as a
babe, alone with no guides pointing the way, or any
outside validation or permission. It is up to you to
create the new way that will work for you and
humanity. Find new ways that will open your hearts
eternally. Find a new way to reach the oneness, the
bliss, and live there. Find a way to open dimensional
doorways, and keep the doors open for all to enter
into.
Quit beating your spirits up with repetitious actions
that do not give you the desired outcome. Your
knocking on a old door that has rusted shut. If it
hasn't worked for you by having now giving you the
desired outcome, it is not going to. It is time for
find a new door. It's time to find new way. Find a new
way.

Abadiania is where John of God works to perform
miracles daily on hundreds and sometimes thousands of
people. Standing in line or sitting in pews waiting
to have audience with John and the 33 spirit guides,
teachers, doctors and holy people that work thru him
is quite a healing experience all by itself.
One day, while sitting in my wheel chair waiting to be
admitted into the current room leading to Johns
healing room, a woman came and sat on the steps of the
platform to my left. She carried a precious package.
In her arms was her son. The child looked to be about
three or four. He had splints on his hands and feet.
His body was rigid and lifeless. He had no expression
and every few minutes, his mother would use a suction
device to pull out mucous thru the opening in his
throat to keep him alive. She talked to him and
kissed him as she waited.
How do you watch a sight like this and not be moved to
tears? How do you watch a sight like this and not
wonder why on earth a being would choose to come in
this way? How do you watch something like this and
not count the multiple blessings you have?
I asked Caterina, our magnificent tour guide about
this. She sees it all, having worked at the Casa as a
tour guide for over a decade now. Caterina said that
sometimes a soul will choose to come in and do all or
a great deal of their karma at once. They stay only
long enough to accomplish this and then they leave.
Then I thought to myself, and what of the mother? I
believe that the mother of such children has to earn
incredible merit to be a part of such a contract. I
again give great thanks for the lessons I have chosen
to do and learn from this lifetime.

Those folks who travel to Abadiania to work with John
of God and the group soul of magnificent healers who
work thru him are frequently given herbs to address
their inner conditions. The two primary ingredients in
these herbs are passion flower and then the healing
vibrations that are added specific to your individual
need. Below is a bit of info on passion flower.
Passion Flower gets its name from the finely cut
corona found in the center of the flower blossom. It
resembles the Crown of Thorns given to Jesus of
Nazareth. Passion Flower, the symbol of the
crucifixion during the seventeenth century was
professed to be seen by the early Jesuit priests and
other explorers from Spain and Italy and interpreted
this as a sign of divine assurance for the success of
their efforts to convert the natives to Catholicism.
It has been used in folk medicine and Native tribes
for earaches, boils, and other inflammations. It has
been used to treat insomnia, hysteria and convulsions
in children. It is good for hyperactivity in children
and nervous problems.
Passion Flower has been used primarily as a motor
nerve depressant, to lower motor nerve activity. It
can also be used for increasing the rate or
respiration and produces a temporary reduction of
blood pressure. It helps to vitalize the sympathetic
nervous system in weakened conditions improving
circulation and nutrition of the nerve centers.
In elderly people, it is good for sciatica and general
nerve debility. It is great to calm nerves on edge
during periods of hormonal adjustment common to most
women. While calming and soothing to the nervous
system, there is NO side effects of depression nor
disorientation.
Passion Flower is rich in flavonoids. It is effective
in overcoming alcohol abuse without narcotic hangover.
It has analgesic (pain killing) properties and
anti-inflammatory properties to aid, without side
effects sleeplessness caused by brain inflammations.
It is great for people who do not want to continue
dependence on synthetic sleeping pills or
tranquilizers.
Passion flower has been noted to kill the bacteria
that is said to cause eye irritations. A claim has
been made that it surpasses results of commercial
products for inflamed eyes and weakness of vision.
While good for treating many conditions, the following
are especially helped:

"During the festivities Babaji announced a change
which he said would manifest in due course. All his
earthly years he had been called "Bhole Baba", the
simple Father, who is easily satisfied. Wherever he

saying, "No more Baba. God's Will only!" Devotees call
out "JAI MAHAMAYA KI JAI" meaning "Hail to the Great
Divine Mother."
"Was Babaji hinting at a change in the worlds
destiny? Worship of the Divine Mother in her various
forms, like the Holy Mary, Durga, Kali, and so on, is
increasing on the planet. Was he heralding a new age,
a way of life based on different principles, where
aggression, competition, exploitation and repression
were no longer viable and had to give way to a life
more in balance with nature, more protective and
cherishing of life and valuing intuitive capacities?
One morning at the fire ceremony I was complaining
bitterly in my mind that yet again men were being
favored over women. Only they were allowed to sit
directly around the fire pit and toss in the
offerings. "It's entirely a man's world. Babaji, you
must not permit such injustice. It should be
abolished." Babaji raised his head, turned towards me
and nodded several times as though confirming my
thoughts. I wanted to be really sure that I had
understood him correctly, so I asked again inwardly,
"Are you nodding in agreement with my request of
justice?" He nodded again.
"JAI MAHAMAYA KI JAI" Victory to the Divine Mother
When our hearts are filled to overflowing with the
Love of our Mother God, our physical bodies are
transformed. Our hands radiating forth Love, bless
all they touch; our eyes, seeing through Love,
perceive only perfection in all Life; our ears,
filled with Love, hear the Music of the Spheres and
our nostrils, breathing Love, inhale the fragrance of
the Holy Spirit. Thus, we are renewed and
Transfigured. In this exalted state of Divine Love,
we speak with wisdom, compassion, tenderness and
understanding. Each Loving word we express wings its
way across the face of the Earth blessing all Life.
Divine Love is the highest attribute of the human
soul. It is the most vital energy required for our
spiritual attainment. The more we assimilate the
frequencies of our Mother's Divine Love, the more
far-reaching will be our expression of Love. We
receive this Love according to our capacity to
acknowledge and accept it. As we master this Divine
Gift from our Mother God, we will experience through

NASA To Study Man Who Survives On Liquids And Sunlight

An Indian man, who claims to have survived only on
liquids and sunlight for eight years, has been invited
by NASA to show them how he does it.
Hira Ratan Manek - also known as Hirachand - a
64-year-old mechanical engineer who lives in the
southern state of Kerala, apparently started disliking
food in 1992, the Hindustan Times newspaper reported.
In 1995, he went on a pilgrimage to the Himalayas and
stopped eating completely on his return.
His wife, Vimla, said: "Every evening he looks at the
sun for one hour without batting an eyelid. It is his
main food. Occasionally he takes coffee, tea or some
other liquid."
Last June, scientists from the US space agency
verified that Manek spent 130 days surviving only on
water, the report said.
They even named this subsistence on water and solar
energy after him: The HRM (Hira Ratan Manek)
Phenomenon.
Mr Manek is now in the US to show NASA's scientists
how he survives without food.
The US space agency hopes to use the technique to
solve food storage and preservation problems on its
expeditions, the report said.
Mr Manek said he "eats through his eyes" in the
evening, when the sun's ultraviolet rays are least
harmful. He and his wife claim the technique is
totally scientific. However, doctors warn that staring
at the sun can make you blind.
His wife said: "He has a special taste for sun energy.
He believes only 5 per cent of human brain cells are
used by most people. The other 95 per cent can be
activated through solar energy.
