Do you remember Origin? Do you remember where you came from before Creation? I often pondered this as a child. I felt certain that the family that I lived with were not my real family. I spent a goodly amount of time dreaming about when my real parents would come and take me to my rightful place. I was yet to remember my Divine Parents.

When the Ceanne DeRohan books came out in the mid ‘80s I was grateful and read and processed them because they resonated for me. I continue to process them because they hold a part of my essence in them.

Now 20 years later, besides The Right Use Of Will books, we have the God channel website to support those of us who really want to remember, know and become whole unto ourselves as we heal the manifested spirits we are, the parts of God-Goddess within us and all the fragmentation in our Universe.

It is imperative that we awaken to Origin, Creation and Our part in it. WE WERE ALL THERE. If you feel ready to begin remembering and are willing to feel and are willing to be real, this website can be an entire course of healing for you. And I must warn you: If you are faint of heart, do not go to this website.

You will need to remind yourself to keep breathing. You will need to remind yourself that it is perfectly natural and ok to cry, sob, scream, emote. FREEDOM FROM FEAR

Here’s another installment in the ongoing story of me facing the challenges of parenthood. My daughter, a recent graduate from high school, set out with a group of girlfriends on a 3-month cross country expedition. A post high school dream: to travel across country with no agenda and no expectations other than to experience life as it unfolds.

It might sound like a great idea, and as her mom, I might sound calm to you now as I tell you about this trip, but believe me, I didn’t start there.

It all began after a long, arduous decision process to delay her entrance to college. I of course wanted her to benefit from the opportunities college affords, but she said she needed a break from the academic rigors and wanted some time to “find herself”. In theory, I agreed with her. A lot of young people take time off between high school and college; yet, I still found myself attached to wanting her somewhere “safe” and getting on with the business of taking her place in the world. Finally, after much debate and internal process, I was able to let go and support the idea of her taking time to begin her adulthood. And truthfully, deep down, I knew it could be a life changing opportunity for her.

So, on the coattails of the college delay decision she decided to go on the road trip. When she left I got afraid. Taking a year off is one thing, but going on a risky trip with limited resources without a plan is another!

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to imagine what I was afraid of. And, I’m sure you don’t have to be a parent to relate. I was concerned about her safety, kids in a vehicle going 70 miles per hour on the highway. Who might she run into that would take advantage of her, what decisions they might make to get them into trouble, sex, drugs, the list goes on and on. Thinking those thoughts, I found myself getting paralyzed with all the what-ifs.

The trip was happening and I knew I couldn’t survive the summer in that state. It wasn’t healthy for me to be driven by all that fear. I had to take a look at what I could do to get a grip.

I reminded myself of one of the most powerful tools I offer my clients: is worrying and being afraid going to change the outcome? In reality, in all my life experience, I know that it doesn’t. Yes, there are real things that can happen in life but, as Oprah says, it’s your fear that has all the power.

This one thought helped me to relax and remember something else that was also true. Bottom line, I trust my daughter and although inexperienced, I believe she has a solid head on her shoulders. Whatever happens, I know I can deal with it. Furthermore, if I were going to be modeling anything that might have a positive influence on her, I would rather have it be that she learns, no matter what happens, SHE can deal with it.

Ironically, as it turns out, that’s been the life lesson of this adventure for her too. As she’s been relating to me on our weekly phone calls, she’s had all kinds of experiences, mostly wonderful, but some challenging, and some scary. As she shares her experiences with me I’m hearing a relaxed, maturing young woman who’s dealing beautifully with life as it unfolds, just as it should be. What more can I ask for?

THE FIVE MINUTE CANCER OR DISEASE CURE

A physician from New York was diagnosed with colon cancer. I taught him an ancient Self-Healing Exercise that is in my book. The intention of that ancient method was to erase sickness and suffering from the planet. I spent five to ten minutes teaching it to him and directed him to practice it for 5 to 10 minutes three times per day. “I don’t believe in this staff” he said. “You don’t have to believe in it, it still works as long as you do it” I responded. “But I’m going for surgery next week” he continued. “That’s ok” I reassured, “imagine that when the surgeons open you up, the tumor is gone.” “That’s impossible” he responded laughing “but I have nothing to lose doing it, I’ll do it.” A week later he called saying that when the surgeons opened him up, to everyone’s amazement, the tumor was gone.

Thousands of people worldwide have learned how to heal themselves with this exercise, including those challenging AIDS and other terminal diseases such as heart failure, hypertension, ulcers, arthritis, rheumatism, depression, anxiety, migraines, allergies, asthma, back pain, chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, phobias, agoraphobia, and so on.

The Self-Healing Exercise:

Breathe in love energy from the sun into your heart. Feel the love as fire in your heart and direct that energy of love into your left leg. Fill up the whole leg with this energy allowing the muscles to relax so that the love energy penetrates the billions of cells in that area. Do the same with the right leg, the left arm, right arm, lower body, upper body, neck and head. Now send extra dosages of energy to the area that you are healing, where you may have pain or discomfort. This is most important part of the exercise: in your mind’s eye, see that area already healed and perfect, shining and vibrating with health at the same time that you are sending healing love energy to that area. Imagine the billions of cells blossoming into smiling flowers.

According to quantum science, the observer changes what he observes with the conscious or subconscious intention. This principle applies here too. Do it three times a day for five to ten minutes, and a one-minute version whenever you remember. People have said: “I could feel my tumor shrinking, or my cold healing, as I imagined observing it healed, using my inner eye.” I took a vow in 1992, when I thought I was dying of cancer, that if I make it, I will devote my life to help erase sickness from the world.

The above is a short version of the exercise that is in the new book "The Goodman Guide to Prevent or Reverse Cancer or Other Diseases - In as little as 30 minutes a day." If you pass this '5 Minute Cure' exercise on to 2 people you love, and they pass it on to two people they care about, in thirty-three days, every human being can learn to heal themselves. Two to the power thirty-three is about 8.6 billion. There are less than 7 billion people on the planet. The more are healed, the better world we will all have, and the more we will be able to enjoy living our lives. Let me know how this exercise works for you. If you don’t feel anything, that usually is, an indication that internal emotional issues are blocking that experience. ARE YOU ADDICTED TO YOUR ACTIVITIES?

Activities - such as sports, creative projects, reading, work, TV, meditation - can be a wonderful way to relax, express yourself, or connect to yourself. Or they can be an addiction. How can you know the difference?

* Angie would surf the channels whenever she felt stressed or alone.
* Karen would lose herself in a book when things felt overwhelming.
* Keith would retreat and meditate when his wife wanted to talk.
* Patty’s work schedule left her little time at home.
* Carl spent more time in the garage fixing things than with his family.
* Patrick’s love of running was interfering with his family time.

Whether or not an activity is an addiction depends upon your INTENT.
* When the intent of an activity is to avoid the pain of aloneness and loneliness, it is an addiction.
* When the intent of an activity is to avoid the pain of rejection or the fear of domination, it is an addiction.
* When the intent of an activity is to put off doing something you don’t really want to do but need to do, it is an addiction.

Whenever an activity is used as a way to avoid something - painful feelings, difficult or boring tasks - it becomes an addiction. It’s really no different than using substances such as alcohol, drugs, or food to avoid painful feelings or challenging tasks. The problem with using addictions to avoid painful feelings is that the feelings don’t actually go away. They are just numbed for the moment but are silently eroding one’s sense of self. We can get away with it only for so long before it shows up in some way - illness, divorce, depression, and so on. And avoiding tasks means that the tasks pile up, eventually causing the very stress we want to avoid. Our society is filled with ways to avoid. Yet it is avoidance that leads to the very feelings we are striving to avoid!

When the intent of an activity is to take loving care of yourself by providing yourself with fun, creativity and expression, relaxation, personal growth, spiritual growth, physical health and well-being, then it is a loving action rather than an addiction. It all depends on your INTENT.

Next time you want to participate in your favorite activity, you might want to notice your intent. Do you want to relax and watch TV or are you avoiding some difficult feeling or task? Do you find yourself scheduling more work than you can really handle to avoid dealing with aloneness, loneliness, or conflict with a mate, or are you really loving your work and feeling fulfilled by it? Are you exercising to support your health or to avoid feelings?

Once you become aware of using an activity to avoid, here’s what you can do about it:

1) Welcome the feeling you are trying so hard to avoid. Pay attention to the feeling - fear, loneliness, aloneness, agitation, boredom, anxiety.

2) Make a decision to learn what YOU might be doing to cause this feeling rather than continuing to avoid it.

3) Explore what you might be doing to cause this feeling. How are you not taking care of yourself that is causing your painful feeling? Are you procrastinating, judging yourself, or not standing up for yourself in conflict? How are you avoiding responsibility for your own well-being? Are you allowing yourself to be a victim, waiting for someone else to make you feel better?

4) Once you understand what you are doing to cause your distress, then you need to ask “What would be the loving action for myself?” You are asking this question of your highest self, or of your spiritual guidance if you are connected with a source of guidance. If you open to learning about what is loving, ideas will pop into your mind.

5) Now you need to take the loving action on your own behalf - complete a task, stand up for yourself and speak your truth with someone, and so on.

6) Re-evaluate how you are feeling. Are you feeling more peaceful and more powerful? You will feel more peaceful if you have taken the loving action. If you are not feeling better, don’t just turn back to your addictions. Look for another loving action until you find what really makes you feel safe on a deep level, not just the temporary pacification of an addiction.

You will find your addictions fading away as you learn to take loving care of yourself.
