Our intention for this month created exactly what one
of our participants wanted to create for herself.
Mariquita is 9 years young. She was worried that she
would have a particular teacher at school this year
who was not very compassionate. We talked to her about
being fearless and visualizing the perfect teacher for
herself. We talked about how we could be fearless in
our fear. Our intent for this month was: WE VISUALIZE
FEARLESSNESS FOR HUMANITY; THAT ALL ACTIONS BE DRIVEN
BY LOVE. As a result, Mariquita created for herself a
very loving couple with a new born baby as her
teachers, The woman teaches the morning class and the
man teaches the afternoon. What a great manifestation
of intent.

Your most powerful expression of Oneness begins here,
now, in your life. From that place and that place
alone will global and cosmic oneness blossom into the
eternal lotus of truth. Coming Home: Living in the
Radiant Oneness of the God That You Are There is much
talk of Oneness these days. It's a powerful concept.
But what does it mean? Does it mean that we are
returning to that amorphous, undifferentiated blob of
energy out of which all emerged at the time of
"separation"? Does it mean an end to individuality as
we now know it? No, it does not. Does it mean that you
and I and everyone will merge into some homogenized
super-being? No, it does not.
Thomas Wolfe's most famous words, "You can't go home
again," apply here. Yes, we are going home. We're just
not going back to the home we left behind at the time
of separation. As Wolfe might point out, that home
does not exist anymore in the way it did when we left
it behind. It has changed. You have changed. I have
changed. We now vibrate at higher frequencies. And
this home into which we are moving is a place of
higher resonance, a place of Divine Purpose and Power,
a place of eternal knowingness, a place of God
Realization.
What is God Realization? It's the journey we all
travel, some more consciously than others, as we merge
in sacred union with the fullness of our Divine
Potential, with the God That We Are, each in our own
way. Yes, there is much talk about oneness. Most of
that talk focuses on all of us joining in a wondrous
communion of light, creating a Heaven on Earth in
which we all dwell together. It's an awesome concept
that, while true, centers on externals - the notion of
all of us forming a brilliant, interconnected mosaic.
In energetic terms, of course, that is already true.
You are a multidimensional energy matrix that is part
of a larger matrix of which I am also a part. The
hundredth monkey syndrome, in which a shift in one
being activates a similar shift in a seemingly
unrelated individual tens of thousands of miles away,
speaks most eloquently to that. The Internet, which
has brought you and me together in our own communion
of light, is another powerful representation of the
truth of our interconnectedness, of our oneness.
Globalization, for all some might express concern over
its local consequences, is another expression of how
we are moving more fully and forcefully into oneness.
And yet, for all the truth and power of this external
oneness, we all know that nothing truly exists outside
of ourselves. Therefore, our most powerful expression
of oneness begins within each of us. Your most
powerful expression of oneness begins here, now, in
your life. From that place and that place alone will
global and cosmic oneness blossom into the eternal
lotus of truth. Just as the planet upon which we live
is an agglomeration of billions of people and other
beings all forming a oneness we call Mother Earth, so
you are your own oneness.
You, as the seemingly single individual reading these
words, are a collection of billions of cells,
memories, thoughts, aspects, gifts, skills,
personalities, factions, lights, communities,
political parties, angels, devils, closeted skeletons
and assorted other energies - all cohabiting one body
physical, spiritual, emotional and energetic. Some of
those aspects get along fine. Some are at war. Some
are out in the open. Some you have kept so deeply
hidden that even you have lost conscious awareness of
their existence. Yet all form part of you. And the
extent to which they all come together in a peaceable
oneness within you is the same extent to which you
find peaceable oneness in your home, your community,
your nation and your planet.
The message for me and you is that until we
acknowledge and embrace all parts of ourselves, there
can be no oneness, no coming home, for us or the
planet. We all have parts of ourselves we would rather
keep out of sight, pushed to the back of the darkest
closet we can find. But here's the thing: the more we
try to hide or suffocate those parts of ourselves, the
more they will act up, act out and attempt to sabotage
our journey home. If you want to see and experience
Heaven on Earth, the only way is to allow all parts of
you to reunite into the holiness and wholeness of your
full self - your Greater Self, I call it.
The only way is be the shepherd who calls all the
sheep back into the fold, who loves every member of
the flock into the oneness of communion. It doesn't
matter whether the sheep are black, white, green or
gray, whether they're compliant or rebellious, whether
they are old or young, fearful or fearless, helpful or
not. They are all parts of you, and if you cast any
one aside, you cast aside a part of yourself and you
sabotage all attempts at oneness, inner or outer.
If you broke your arm, would you cut if off because it
caused you pain and could no longer do what you
expected of it? Or would you nurture it back into
wholeness? If your child is mischievous, do you cast
that child out or do you love that little one back
into family union? The same is true of the fearful,
pain-causing, sabotaging aspects of yourself. Don't
exile them. Don't annihilate them. This is not about
ego death. For your ego is an important part of your
wholeness. This is not about death and separation.
It's about union and communion, about bringing all of
your selves - your child-selves, your ego-selves, your
smaller selves, your frightened selves - back into the
fold of the oneness that you are.
It's about remembering that your God beingness
comprises all that you are. And that that allness
makes up the very riches and richness that gives your
life texture, meaning and aloha. You have many gifts
and skills, many talents and assets. Some may not seem
related. But as you call in your sense of purpose, as
you awaken to the fullness of your vision, it's
incumbent on you to pull together all those gifts and
talents, to open to the ways in which they can come
home for you into their own oneness.
My conscious spiritual opening came through writing
and my earliest spiritual work out in the world
involved teaching writing. At some point, I recognized
that the work I did with writing was a metaphor for
living and I began to move away from writing classes
and workshop to more expansive teachings. As the years
progressed, I would waver back and forth - from
teaching writing to more metaphysical work, and then
back again. My web site reflected this apparent lack
of clarity, as its focus and contents shifted one way
and then the other. One day, I would be afraid that my
"straight" potential writing students would be put off
by my metaphysics. The next, I would dismiss the
writing as irrelevant to those more spiritually
inclined.
This wavering back and forth continued until I
realized that I could no longer compartmentalize
myself. I was a unit of oneness. My gifts were aspects
of that oneness. And if I didn't come into integration
(integrate = into great), I was crippling and
dishonoring both my gifts and myself. I am many
things, as are you. And our call - yours and mine - is
to bring all of those gifts and aspects home into the
radiant Oneness that we already are, if we but open
more fully to it.
Be the Oneness that you are. Be the God That You Are
in full expression of that Oneness. Open the doors,
windows and gates of your beingness and welcome in -
welcome back - all parts of you. Welcome them back as
the father welcomed home the prodigal son, the small
aspect of self that was raised and transformed by his
experiences. Welcome back those aspects of you that
you deem good, those that you deem bad and those that
you deem ugly. Welcome them back knowing that they are
none of those. They are you. And you are a glorious,
radiant, wondrous aspect of the Universal Oneness, a
powerful, empowered, mighty, all-loving aspect of the
eternal All That Is, the God That You Are, the God
That I Am, the God That Is All That Is.
Meditation
Note: "Ha" is the Hawaiian word for breath. "Mana" is
the Hawaiian word for spirit. What is the name of the
Rose? The name of the Rose is HA - the breath eternal
- each petal a separate lifetime coming together in
simultaneity, in the infinite nowness of the One
Moment, all lines existing as one, coming together in
the multidimensional flowering of the Rose Eternal,
the Cosmic HA.
Breathe in and see the Rose that you are in the HA of
this moment - all your lives existing as one, at once,
creating a sacred pattern that is as old as time
itself - older, for time is a recent phenomenon, and
the geometry of the Rose has always been. Where there
was no time, the Rose was already in bloom, its
delicate petals already coming together in opening and
openness that defied and still defies reason. The Rose
is the lotus. And each blossom, protected by thorns,
illuminates the Earth, radiating its energy out in the
infinite reaches of the cosmos, on the infinite rays
of the One that is All.
It is time now to remove the thorns, to eliminate the
pain that has so long been associated and affiliated
with beauty, the pain of beauty. Free the Rose. Free
the beauty. Free the mana. Free the HA. Let the Rose
breathe unencumbered, unfettered, unchained. Let the
energy move through it - unstopped, unblocked,
unstoppable. The time is now. The age of the Rose has
returned. Open your heart to it, for your heart is the
Rose and in opening to it, you open to yourself and to
the oneness that is the one HA, the one breath, the
Cosmic Breath. What is the name of the Rose? The name
of the Rose is HA. The name of the Rose is now. The
name of the Rose is forever.

Aqnatons message of Oneness is deeply inspirational.
It is awesome to know and believe that indeed we as a
population are One with All That Is. This is Truth for
me, Kel and many we know. Yet there are still so very
many of us that appear numb and asleep to who we
really are.
Those still sleeping believe they are having to do
life alone apart from their Creator-Creatrix. We as a
peoples have many out pictures of this belief in
separation. The article that follows speaks to one
such out picture. It may be the case for you or some
of your loved ones. Read the article that follows Fit
and Trim to gain bit a bit of understanding how we
created this and how we can begin to uncreate it.
Have you noticed that as we live in the 21st century,
health and wellness is becoming the 'in' thing. Ever
wondered why, with the heightened awareness of being
healthy, 1 out of 2 Americans are overweight, and 1
out of 3 are obese. In fact, 1 out of 5 children are
obese. If we are all eating 99% fat free food, why are
more than 60% of the western world either obese or
overweight?
There seems to be several roadblocks that make paving
our way to wellness difficult. They are real and they
are working. Never before in our history have we as a
nation been so fat! And it's not just about how you
look. It's about your life and how long you will live.
Let's look at some of these roadblocks and how
changing our thinking can help pave the way to weight
loss:
1. Marketing for profit not fact! The snack food
industry's main concern is profit. Last year alone the
snack food industry racked up $50 billion in sales.
Let's face it, when taste and nutrition collide, taste
always wins. These types of foods such as soft drinks,
potato chips, corn chips, peanuts, french fries,
pretzels, cookies or candy bars, where taste prevails
and you can't just eat one are know as trigger foods.
This occurs at the expense of our health and wellness.
Nutritional research has documented that these types
of foods, high in carbohydrates, trigger the brain to
crave more, thus the name 'trigger foods'. Trigger
foods are a huge roadblock when
trying to lose weight and get healthy. Learn to have
control over these foods rather than allow them to
control you.
2. Diet-hype! Diets today are confusing! Creators of
such diets will tell you anything to sell you
everything! One reason diets fail is because they may
promise something that doesn't really happen. They may
offer a little secret that you can do some trick like
eliminate all sugars or fats and you'll keep the
weight off. When the weight doesn't come off it
becomes frustrating and discouraging. You move onto
the next diet fad you've heard about and the cycle
starts over again. The fact is, there IS no secret to
weight loss and maintenance. If you are eating a diet
with the appropriate protein requirements and the
right carbohydrates, avoiding trigger foods and
staying within your resting metabolic rate you will
lose weight. It is always about healthy eating and a
healthy lifestyle.
3. Obscene proportions! Have you ever noticed when you
eat at a restaurant servings are no longer a plateful
but rather a platterful? Portions have exploded since
the 70's. There is constant competition in the
restaurant industry today. Why are portion sizes
expanding? People may spend $6 on a dinner but they
want to take home a doggie bag. They want a big
portion so they feel they have got their money's
worth. Many would agree that if they went to a
restaurant and got a small portion, they would not be
satisfied and would likely go to another restaurant
next time. This leads to constant competition for
quantities of food for low cost. And the cheapest way
to make more food is to add more hidden fat and sugar.
In fast food restaurants, supersized servings of
french fries and sodas are often two to five times
larger than when they were first introduced. Jumbo
portions appeal to our pocketbooks, but assault our
waistlines! It really contributes to the obesity
epidemic!
4. Unrealistic Expectations! Fashion focuses on
beauty, glamour and extreme thinness. Less than 10% of
the population genetically fit the professional model
height and weight charts. Yet men and woman are sold
this image everyday. They are told this is normal,
this is attainable, but it is a lie! It is
psychologically unhealthy. The fact is 70% of women
feel depressed after looking at pictures of models.
When trying to reach a model-like shape as your goal
it often feels unattainable and impossible, it makes
weight loss and wellness more difficult and
frustrating. Learn what your healthy weight range for
your height is and strive for that!
5. Instant Quick Fix Society! Ironically, society is
perhaps one of the biggest roadblocks to wellness
today. We live in a quick fix, lipo-suction,
instant-coffee convenience world. We are a society
that craves fitness, beauty and loathe fatness. We
want instant, convenient results. We don't welcome
delayed gratification. Lipo-suction, while definitely
helpful for some, in general terms is the dieter's
instant coffee. The truth is, quick fixes often are
short term. For example, on a typical diet, losing 45
pounds in 3 weeks is not nearly as healthy as losing
it more slowly and stands a better chance of being put
back on. Patience and understanding can be a virtue
and mean permanent wellness.
These roadblocks now find themselves not only in
America but extending into countries all around the
world. Take a look at a few world wide facts:
Countries that traditionally had healthy diets, like
Japan, now have an incidence of obesity that has
increased from 5% to 20%, suggesting that the obesity
epidemic doesn't solely lie in America.
In poor countries around the world, as soon as they
are introduced to American foods, the richer classes
become obese and the poorer classes remain
malnourished. In fact, in some parts of Africa,
obesity afflicts more children than malnutrition!
McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Hungry Jacks, and
Pizza Hut are only a few of the fast food companies
leading western countries into obesity.
There are 158,000,000 Type 2 diabetics in the world
today. This disease is closely related to obesity,
because 95% of diabetics are obese. It is estimated
that in the next ten years, there will be 212,000,000
diabetics in the world and 80% of all heart disease
will occur in Type 2 diabetics.
Wellness is a way of life that changes everything; the
way you feel, the way you relate to people, the way
you look, and how long you will be around for your
family. The problem is people don't know what to do.
With these roadblocks they are overwhelmed, they think
there is no answer. The good news is there are
answers! Begin by educating yourself with a few health
and nutrition tips. It doesn't have to be difficult.
Weight loss and wellness is a process that not only
gives you physical results but changes your thinking
and ultimately your behavior forever. With the right
information, there is no roadblock strong enough to
stop you on your way to lasting good health!

What follows is another article that speaks to
causality in overweight and obesity. Most folks have
not recognized this connection and it is a really
important connection to make. Addressing our emotions,
instead of stuffing them and stuffing ourselves with
food and fake food, allows us freedom to be healthy.
Many of us will do anything to avoid anothers anger,
yet may be quick to anger ourselves. Many of us dread
anothers anger yet continue to use our own anger as a
way to control others.
Lets take a deeper look at what generates our anger
and how we can learn from it rather than be at the
mercy of it.
The feeling anger can come from two different places
within us. Anger that comes from an adult, rational
place can be called outrage. Outrage is the feeling we
have when confronted with injustice. Outrage mobilizes
us to take appropriate action when harm is being done
to ourselves, others, and the planet. Outrage is a
positive emotion in that it moves us to action to
stop crime and violence, clean up the environment, and
so on. Outrage comes from a principled place within, a
place of integrity, caring and compassion.
Anger can also come from a fearful adolescent place
within from the part of us that fears being wrong,
rejected, abandoned, or controlled by others, and
feels intensely frustrated in the face of these
feelings. This part of us fears failure,
embarrassment, humiliation, disrespect, and
helplessness over others and outcomes. When these
fearful feelings are activated, this adolescent part,
not wanting to feel helpless, may move into attacking
or blaming anger as a way to attempt to control a
person or a situation. Blaming anger is always
indicative of some way we are not taking care of
ourselves, not taking responsibility for our own
feelings and needs. Instead of taking care of
ourselves, we blame another for our feelings in an
attempt to intimidate another to change so that we
will feel safe.
Blaming anger creates many problems in relationships.
No one likes to be blamed for anothers feelings. No
one wants to be intimidated into taking responsibility
for anothers needs. Blaming anger may generate
blaming anger or resistance in the other person, which
results in a power struggle. Or, the person at the
other end of blaming anger may give in, doing what the
angry person wants, but there is always a consequence
in the relationship. The compliant person may learn to
dislike and fear the angry person and find ways to
passively resist or to disengage from the
relationship.
When blaming anger comes up, the healthy option is
neither to dump it on another in an attempt to control
them, nor to squash and repress it. The healthy option
is to learn from it.
Our anger at another person or situation has much to
teach us regarding personal responsibility for our own
feelings and needs. As part of the Inner Bonding
process that we teach (see our free course at
www.innerbonding.com), we offer a three-part anger
process that moves you out of feeling like a
frustrated victim and into a sense of personal power.
The Anger Process:
The Anger Process is a powerful way to release anger,
as well as to learn from the source of the anger.
Releasing your anger will work only when your intent
in releasing it is to learn about what you are doing
that is causing your angry feelings. If you just want
to use your anger to blame, control and justify your
position, you will stay stuck in your anger. This
three-part anger process moves you out of the
victim-mode and into open-heartedness.
1. Imagine that the person you are angry at is sitting
in front of you. Let your angry wounded child or
adolescent self yell at him or her, saying in detail
everything you wish you could actually say. Unleash
your anger, pain and resentment until you have nothing
more to say. You can scream and cry, pound a pillow,
roll up a towel and beat the bed. (The reason you
don't tell the person directly is because this kind of
cathartic, no-holds-barred "anger dump" would be
abusive to them.)
2. Now ask yourself who this person reminds you of in
your past - your mother or father, a grandparent, a
sibling? (It may be the same person. That is, you may
be mad at your father now, and he is acting just like
he did when you were little.) Now let your wounded
self yell at the person from the past as thoroughly
and energetically as in part one.
3. Finally, come back into the present and let your
angry wounded self do the same thing with you
expressing your anger, pain and resentment toward your
adult self for your part in the situation or for
treating yourself the way the people in parts one and
two treated you. This brings the problem home to
personal responsibility, opening the door to exploring
your own behavior.
By doing the anger process instead of trying to
control others with your anger, you de-escalate your
frustration while learning about the real issue how
you are not taking care of yourself in the face of
whatever another is doing or in the face of a
difficult situation.
Whenever anger comes up, you always have the choice to
control or to learn.

Unless you come from a family where being loud and
outspoken is a part of the familys culture or
orientation, you probably find that other peoples
anger or outbursts are either frightening or offensive
to you. A great many of us have a difficult time with
our own and other peoples anger. It is one of the
many emotions we shun, deny or just plain make wrong.
Anger is a reaction-response that is secondary in
nature. Usually another emotional thought precedes it.
We are usually unable to catch this first emotional
thought, but when we dive into anger we notice it,
because it is so strongly felt within us. Some
examples of primary emotional thoughts are: having our
feelings hurt by something that someone says, not
having a need met--like feeling ignored, overlooked,
taken for granted. When we dont catch this first
thing, we jump into anger.
Underneath all anger is a fear of some kind. We have
tons of fears. We fear being disapproved of, we fear
being rejected, we fear speaking the real truth, we
fear being judged, we fear we are not enough, we fear
being betrayed, we fear we are not loved, we fear
being made wrong, and on and on and on ad infinitum.
Know that when anger comes up, the thing, person or
situation that you believe is causal really isnt.
Take a minute to slow way down, breathe several deep
inhalations and exhalations and say to yourself , Ok,
so what am I really, truly angry about? Breathe some
more and see what comes up for you. When you can get
the bigger picture, you have started to de-escalate
your mind-body space
in other words you have already
started to change your position or reaction-response.
Our anger and fear are not wrong, nor are they right.
They just are. And they are a part of ourselves that
has long been denied. They are part of our will, our
emotional body. We cannot progress nor can we evolve
unless we begin to embrace our will, our emotional
body. We must stop judging emotional thoughts that we
and others have. This is a huge part of our learning
now.
When we suppress our emotional thoughts, because we or
others have judged them to be inconvenient,
bothersome, or wrong, we stop our energy. All energy
loves to move and move it must. And energy is exactly
what our emotional thoughts are
.pure and simple
energy. When you swallow your anger or fear, it does
not go away. It stays within you or you
(unconsciously) give it away and wherever it lands, it
will absolutely create. And it almost always creates
exactly what we do not want.
The Earth, Our Mother has been holding Humanitys
denied anger, rage, fear, terror and most of our other
denied emotional thoughts for way too long. What do
you think volcanic eruptions, tornados, hurricanes,
floods, droughts are all about?
We have for too long not known what to do with our
emotional thoughts. In this day and age, we have no
excuse for not taking responsibility for how we feel,
think and believe. We must see the connection we have
with all of Life and recognize that we cannot continue
to play dumb. WE ARE ONE and every thought and feeling
we each have, affects the ALL.
There are many ways to address your fears and your
angers. There are a variety of technologies to help
you own and release blame, kill, hurt and revenge. How
are we ever going to eradicate war, when so many of us
have kill underlying our emotional thoughts whenever
anyone disagrees with us or angers us?
Thought alone cannot change our reality. We must
incorporate another power to make greater change.
Breath is such a champion. Upgrading the power of your
Mind thru Breath can create Heaven On Earth quicker.
Are you willing to help create a New Higher Order for
yourself and all of Humanity? Are you willing to
acknowledge and honor your will--your emotional body?
The two exercises that follow are a starting ground.
These can change your life for the better. They can
help you honor yourself and help you learn to stop
judging yourself and others in responding to life as
we do in our emotional thoughts.
TWENTY CONNECTED BREATHS:
This exquisitely short breath cycle will calm, center
and relax you into the present moment of now. It was
developed by Leonard Orr, Father of Rebirthing. It has
been taught globally to individuals, families,
organizations and even the United Nations.
1) Turn off your phone and take five (minutes). Notice
how your body-mind-breath are.
2) Count on your fingers 4 short inhalations and
exhalations, connecting each breath and then 1 long
full relaxed inhalation and exhalation. This is I set.
Do 4 sets. (4 short and 1 long, 4 times for a total of
20 breaths.
3) Go back to normal breathing and notice how you
feel. As you begin doing this exercise, only do it
once a day unless you have been doing other forms of
pranayama (breath control). After a few days to a
week, do it more often--several times a day.
BASIC THOUGHT MEDITATION:
This process allows us to acknowledge our emotional
thoughts and recognize that this energy can move
within us to create ease, acceptance, calm and
confidence that we are capable of championing our
emotional thoughts. This process also allows us to
accept responsibility for our manifestations, since
all emotional thought create for us.
1) Presenting emotional thought: THE THING I DISLIKE
THE MOST ABOUT MY LIFE RIGHT NOW
IS________________________. (i.e. feeling angry).
Check out and see if you can feel where that energy is

Even if it does not feel ok, make this statement. The
subconscious does not know the difference between
truth and lie. By making this statement, you allow the
possibility and your state changes.
Feel your body. DO TWENTY CONNECTED BREATHS.
3) Gratitude Statement: I AM GRATEFUL THAT THE THING
I HATE OR DISLIKE THE MOST ABOUT MY LIFE RIGHT NOW
IS_____________BECAUSE_____________.
(I.e. feeling angry/ Because in owning the anger, I
can find out what lies beneath it and change how I
feel about the situation with this technique. I can
then be at choice and not controlled by my anger).
This is where the learning comes in. What is the
lesson you are getting out of this creation? Look for
the bottom line here. Dig a bit to find it.
Feel your body. DO TWENTY CONNECTED BREATHS.
If you feel incomplete at this point, keep breathing.
You may choose to do the process again with the same
or similar emotional thought. If you feel dizzy or
light headed, know you are releasing a lot of old
conditioning. Be grateful and keep on breathing.
