"You are a rich and creative spiritual being. You can
never be less than this. You may frustrate your potential.
You may identify with that which is less than what you can be.
But within you now and always is the unborn possibility of a limitless
experience of inner stability and outer treasure, and yours is the
privilege of giving birth to it. And you will, if you can believe."

Bursting The Body Light-Violet Flame of Forgiveness
Monthly World Peace Breath Meditation was lovely. We
sat in joyful anticipation of what our new month would
bring in its unfoldment. The last two months have
whizzed by filled with activity and every good. Keep
your eyes open, keep breathing, for it feels without a
doubt, that this entire year is going to run with us.
Sitting with our red candle and some delicious burning
copal, we intented that Humanity willingly and
gratefully upgrade spiritually; that they transmute
all old limited conditioning. We saw all of the
Earth's and Humanity's emotional thoughts purified,
healed and balanced in all chakra centers. Our
intention for the planet for this month is "PEACE IS
AT HAND! THANK YOU GODDESS!"
Please join us the first Sunday of each month. We
gather at 3 pm rocky mountain time, we take time to
share, and breathe using BBL -VFF breath/meditation
and then we usually have a fabulous baked goodie. You
can join us wherever you are with BBL - VFF breath/
meditation. Bursting the Body Light - Violet Flame of
Forgiveness. Victory to us! Jai Ma!

"Karma is an inevitable law of cause and effect, by
which all living beings reap the fruits of their
action and thoughts. Jesus stated the law of Karma in
the words, 'As ye sow, so shall ye reap.' The law
of Karma is above all things. Karma starts when
movement starts in the mind. To stop karma, we must
bring the mind to a state of silence and voidness
beyond which God can be known... Otherwise, as long
as man breathes, he is creating karma. No one can
remain without action, even for a minute. Therefore,
learn how to dedicate your every action to the Lord."
Babaji
If difficult things are happening to you and your mind
is disturbed because of them and you have mental
arguments within you because you can't accept your own
karma, go to the feet of Lord Siva in your mind, go to
the feet of Lord Siva in the temple with your physical
body, and beg for the intelligence to place yourself
firmly on the path of Sanatana Dharma. (This means: go
to the feet of Truth and command that your truth be
revealed to you for Righteous Living).
.
Though it is true that we must work through all
aspects and phases of past actions, there are ways of
becoming excused from the punishments that drastic
actions of the past impose upon the future. These ways
are 1) grace, 2) sadhana (spiritual practice), 3)
tapas practice of austerities; self denial) and 4)
atonement through penance and the performance of good
deeds, thus acquiring merit which registers as a new
and positive karma, alleviating the heaviness of some
of our past karma. Through seeking grace and through
receiving it by performing sadhana and tapas and the
doing of penance, the karmas are in themselves speeded
up. The going through and meeting and reaping of
rewards as well as displeasures embodied in past karma
in the present is accelerated through these
self-imposed actions.
Therefore, the sages say, "Bear your karma
cheerfully." And as the seeking of Self commences, the
karma unfolds in all of its hideousness and glory, to
be seen before the single eye and not reacted to by
even a tremor within this physical and astral nerve
system. The yoga must be that strong. Each time you
blame another person for what has happened to you, or
cast blame in any way, tell yourself, "This is my
karma which I was born to face. I did not come into a
physical body just to blame others for what happens to
me. I was not born to live in a state of ignorance
created by an inability to face my karma. I came here
to spiritually unfold, to accept the karmas of this
and all my past lives and to deal with them and handle
them in a proper and a wonderful way."
Humility is intelligence; arrogance is ignorance. To
accept one's karma and the responsibility for one's
actions is strength. To blame another is weakness and
foolishness. Let's begin by not advertising our
ignorance. If you must blame what happens to you on
your friend, your neighbor, your country, your
community or the world, don't advertise it by speaking
about it. Keep that ignorance to yourself. Limit it to
the realm of thought. Harness your speech and at the
same time work to remold your thinking and retrain
your subconscious to actually accept this basic
premise of Saiva Siddhanta (God's Teachings).
Description: This article is a broad perspective look
at the topic of evolution, and how it relates to you
and me. All of life is intelligent, all of life is
learning and evolving, and all of life is adapting to
change. It is quite fascinating to think about how the
learning that you do is not all that different than
the learning of an ecosystem, or a baby bird.
I find it invigorating to consider how creativity, and
the ability to learn and adapt, is a natural capacity
built into all living systems. The ability to learn is
an instinctive and primary trait that is a sign of
life itself. Human beings, companies, forests, the
ocean, the entire environment of earth, and the solar
system. All are living systems, all are intelligent,
all are learning, and all are adapting to life... And
in the process of all this "living", each system will
radically change over time.
It might just be me, but as human beings, it so often
seems that what we want to be able to do is adapt and
change, WHILE staying the same. A feat that is indeed
impossible.Learning, evolution, and change, go hand in
hand. We can't have one, without the other two. In
regard to the natural world of living organisms and
ecosystems, evolution is learning on a grand scale.
Evolution is nature learning. Species and ecosystems
adapt, radically change, and evolve over long periods
of time. Nature "learns" what to do in order to
maintain a certain stability, which invariably means
adapting to the change in the status quo.
When we take a broad perspective and view the ongoing
process of the evolutionary change that takes place
all around us, it is clear that nothing stays the
same, and also that no one organism or no one "aspect"
of the natural environment changes on its own. All of
life is involved in a marvelous swirl of co-evolution.
Co-evolution is an integral part of adaptation, an
integral part of the relationships we share with other
life forms, an integral part of you and me. All the
learning done by any one species, individual, or
ecosystem, is always done in relationship to the
learning of "others". All of life spurs on the
innovative process of change and learning in all of
life. The system known as "universe" is never static.
The likelihood of any organism or environment
surviving and perhaps even thriving, over the long
run, depends on the ability to adapt to adverse
conditions, new patterns of interaction, and ever
changing rules. Evolution is a conservative game of
trial and error. All systems, all organisms,
(including human beings) are in a constant state of
evolution, and thus we are never complete as we are.
Evolution is progressive. All of life evolves from the
simple to the more complex. The learning and change
involved in evolution does not take place in a linear
manner, but rather in a highly complex manner where
change in any one aspect of a complex system, in some
way begets change in all and every other aspect of the
system.
In the ongoing process of evolution (be it biological
evolution or economic evolution) the environment both
causes and selects the characteristics that are most
necessary for successful adaptation. You might ask
yourself "How does 'the environment' cause and select
the characteristics that lead to successful
adaptation?" A very interesting question to ask! With
all of the competition, with all of the seeming chaos,
with all of the never before experienced
circumstances, how does the system itself stabilize
and protect itself in order to evolve and survive?
Nature manages to rebalance itself within certain
limits that foster its preservation, the economic
landscape invariably does the same and "you" of course
are also evolving in much the same way. There is an
intelligence doing the deciding, it just is not an
intelligence that we can honestly say is "me" or
"you". In every living system, excess leads to
moderation and deficit leads to short term
proliferation. Information is constantly being
exchanged and adapted to. The whole universe is
learning and evolving. How about you?!

TOP TEN THINGS TO THINK ABOUT IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE
THE WORLD
Mahatma Gandhi believed that we must be the change we
want to see in the world. This was well demonstrated
when he helped India gain its independence. Gandhi was
a revolutionary man, but he accomplished India's
emergence as a nation without starting a revolution.
In fact,he advocated no violence. One of the most
powerful countries in the world yielded to the
commitment of one man and the dream of millions.
What change can we effect? What's the difference we
want to make in the world?
br>
Gandhi said, "In a gentle way you can shake the
world." Here are some things to think about how to do
just that.
1. Know that all significant change throughout history
has occurred not because of nations, armies,
governments-and certainly not committees. They
happened as a result of the courage and commitment of
individuals. People like Joan of Ark, Albert Einstein,
Clara Barton, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Edison and Rosa
Parks. They might not have done it alone, but they
were, without question, the change makers.
2. Believe that you have a unique purpose and
potential in the world. It's not so much something to
create as to be discovered. And it's up to you to
discover it. Believe that you can and will make a
difference.
3. Recognize that everything you do, every step you
take, every sentence you write, every word you
speak-or DON'T speak-counts. Nothing is trivial. The
world may be big, but there are no small things.
Everything matters.
4. To be the change you want to see in the world, you
don't have to be loud. You don't have to be eloquent.
You don't have to be elected. You don't even have to
be particularly smart or well educated. You do,
however, have to be committed.
5. Take personal responsibility. Never think that
"it's not my job". It's a cop-out to say, "What can I
do, I'm only one person." You don't need everyone's
cooperation or anyone's permission to make changes.
Remember this little gem, "If it's to be, it's up to
me."
6. Don't get caught up in the how of things. If you're
clear on what you want to change and why you want to
change it, the how will come. Many significant things
have been left undone because someone let the problem
solving interfere with the decision-making.
7. Don't wait for things to be right in order to
begin. Change is messy. Things will never be just
right. Follow Teddy Roosevelt's timeless advice, "Do
what you can, with what you have, where you are."
8. The genesis for change is awareness. We cannot
change what we don't acknowledge. Most of the time, we
aren't aware of what's wrong or what's not working.
We don't see what could be. By becoming more aware, we
begin the process of change.
9. Take to heart these words from Albert
Einstein-arguably one of the smartest change masters
who ever lived: "All meaningful and lasting change
starts first in your imagination and then works its
way out. Imagination is more important than
knowledge."
10. In order for things to change, YOU have to change.
We can't change others; we can only change ourselves.
However, when WE change, it changes everything. And in
doing so, we truly can be the change we want to see in
the world.
Inscribed on the tomb of an Anglican Bishop in
Westminster Abby (1100 A.D.)
"When I was young and free and my imagination had no
limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew
older and wiser, I discovered the world would not
change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided
to change only my country.
But it, too, seemed immovable.
As I grew into my twilight years, in one last
desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my
family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have
none of it.
And now, as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize:
If I had only changed myself first, then by example I
would have changed my family.
From their inspiration and encouragement, I would then
have been able to better my country, and who knows, I
may have even changed the world."
Since this list was inspired by Gandhi's belief, it
seems appropriate to end with another of his quotes:
"Consciously or unconsciously, every one of us does
render some service or other. If we cultivate the
habit of doing this service deliberately, our desire
for service will steadily grow stronger and we will
make not only our own happiness, but that of the world
at large."
One Step Further
Do more than exist: live.
Do more than touch: feel.
Do more than look: observe.
Do more than read: absorb.
Do more than hear: listen.
Do more than listen: understand.
Do more than think: reflect.
Do more than just talk: say something.

"The goal of life is, quite simply, to live; and we
can live only by becoming conscious of our ties with
all the creatures who inhabit the universe: not only
with the spirits of nature, but with the angels, the
archangels, and all the divinities up to God Himself
who has placed His life in every being and in every
thing. All that is within us and around us speaks
ceaselessly of the presence of God. But what is
extraordinary is that this is not enough for human
beings; they want Him to come and show Himself in
person. But for many, even this would not be
sufficient. They would still manage to see nothing,
hear nothing, and feel nothing. The Creator would have
to come and manifest Himself to them with thunder and
lightning to pierce their armour. But He does not do
this. He leaves human beings to discover Him within
themselves."

Cinnamon Helps Stop Type 2 Diabetes By Mike Hodge The
AntiWrinkle Shop
Shared by Jane...
http://chetday.com/type2diabetes.htm
American scientists have claimed that a teaspoon of
cinnamon a day may help prevent the onset of diabetes.
The common spice could help millions of sufferers of
Type II, non-insulin dependent diabetes. This
condition usually develops in middle-age and
prematurely kills 100 million people around the world
every year. Type II diabetes causes cells to lose
their ability to respond to insulin, the hormone that
tells the body to remove excess glucose in the
bloodstream. If glucose builds up in the blood,
tiredness, weight-loss and blurred vision are some of
the resulting symptoms. In extreme cases this can lead
to blindness, heart disease and premature death.
Data from the Agricultural Research Unit in Maryland
was first published in the New Scientist in August
2000. The researchers found that cinnamon rekindled
the ability of fat cells in diabetics to respond to
insulin and greatly increased glucose removal. It is
believed that a substance in cinnamon called MHCP is
the main reason for its beneficial results.
When mice were given MHCP, their glucose levels fell
dramatically and tests on humans have begun this year.
The researchers are so confident that cinnamon will
have the same dramatic effect of reducing insulin
tolerance in humans they recommend that type II
diabetics should take a quarter to one full teaspoon
of cinnamon per day.
Many Type II diabetics have already found a new
feeling of well-being and improvement in health by
using this simple cinnamon supplementation in their
diet. Cinnamon has long been known as an "energizing"
spice, and it is likely that increasing the intake of
this common and cheaply available food will benefit
even non-diabetics, if used as a daily energizing
tonic.
The insulin resistance that leads to type II diabetes
develops relatively slowly as the body ages and even
those who have not yet experienced severe symptoms may
have some degree of elevated insulin resistance.
Cinnamon is also a rich source of magnesium, which is
essential for maintaining bone density, electrolyte
balance, certain enzyme functions and many other
crucial biochemical processes. Magnesium is also
linked to the more dramatic forms of diabetes that
occur earlier in life.
Much research has been carried out to establish a
metabolic defect in diabetics that prevents the
absorption of magnesium. As cinnamon provides a
readily available source of MHCP, magnesium and
possibly other beneficial substances it seems like a
very cost-effective way of offsetting future health
problems related to glucose/insulin
imbalances as we grow older.
Cinnamon can be bought inexpensively in a convenient
powdered form at almost any food shop and taking it
couldn't be easier: just use up to a teaspoon a day in
milkshakes or fruit juice.
I personally take a half-teaspoon daily in this way
every morning and can confirm a distinct energy
benefit. Diabetics should always inform their doctor
before taking cinnamon as it may affect medication
requirements.
Seek joy, first and foremost.
Seek reasons to laugh.
Seek reaons to offer words of praise,to self and
others.
Seek beauty in nature, beasts, self, and others.
Seek something in every segment of every day that
brings forth within you the feeling of love.
LOOK FOR REASONS TO LOVE.
Seek that which uplifts you.
Seek opportunity to offer that which uplifts another.
Seek a feeling of well being.
Acknowledge your absolute freedom to do any of these
things or to not do any of these things.
For it is without exception your choice in every
moment of every day.
Abraham-Hicks, March 1, 1991, Austin, TX
Recent studies show that a synergistic blend of Green
Tea Extract (GTE) reduces breast tumor volume ~10
fold and overall tumor inhibition by 80-90%.(1,2,3)
Other studies are showing that GTE can prevent, and
possibly treat, numerous diseases including,
arthritis, stroke and cardiovascular disease.
GTE acts as an antioxidant, lowers serum glucose,
maintains kidney health and blocks angiogenesis. It
reduces platelet aggregation (preventing clots) and
lowers high blood pressure.
GTE also has a thermogenic (heat producing) fat
burning effect. This is achieved by elongating the
half-life of noradrenaline by inhibiting the enzyme
catechol O-methyltransferase (COMT). COMT is
responsible for the breakdown of extracellular
noradrenaline. Recent studies show that after 3
months of use body weight was decreased by 4.6%.(5,6)
While this is not a significant decrease for obese
individuals it is a viable option for those looking to
mantain their weight.
GTE is non-toxic both in acute dosage and high
long-term dosage. It has no potential for causing
mutations or birth defects, and has no adverse effect
on fertility, pregnancy or nursing.
It is no wonder that Green Tea is the second most
widely consumed liquid next to water. Clearly, GTE is
among the most potent nutraceutical on the planet and
plays an integral role in increasing longevity.
Shouldn't these facts alone warrant MASSIVE MEDIA
coverage? If a synthetic drug had half this potential
it would be considered the latest "wonder drug" and
your doc would be throwing samples in the street, as
they do with Vioxx and Lipitor.
