The Bursting the Body Light - Violet Flame of Forgiveness was birthed March 15, 2000. It was given by Source when we requested a way to increase our Light Body quickly. Our Light is the same as our awareness, awakeness, alertness - - our consciousness. It seemed clear that our opportunity in this arena was big. There is a whole lot about our human nature we know little about and we know or remember still less with regard to our Divinity - -our Divine Nature, our Origin, from whence we come.

The results that most of us are getting from daily use of the breath/meditation demonstrate that as we recall our true natures and live them, we experience harmony with Universal Law. This allows us to be purposeful manifesters; to be creating exactly what we want - - Heaven on Earth. It's almost as though the Bursting breath is shifting our belief/reality to "knowing", which is conscious contact with Spirit. It is erasing old conditioned fear and doubt. As we asume the Divine Consciousness of the breath, we are becoming Self Actualized. We are creating an absence of delay between what we want and its manifestation. It's kind of like Christ and the loaves of bread and fish. We love it!

Peace is a reflection of spiritual consciousness. It begins within each person, and extends to the home, neighborhood, nation and beyond. It comes when the higher nature takes charge of the lower nature. Aum Namah Sivaya.

Bhashya

Until we have peace in our own heart, we can't hope for peace in the world. Peace is the natural state of the mind. It is there, inside, to be discovered in meditation, maintained through self-control, and then radiated out to others. The best way to promote peace is to teach families to be peaceful within their own homes by settling all conflicts quickly.

At a national and international level, we will enjoy more peace as we become more tolerant. Religious leaders can help by teaching their congregations how to live in a world of differences without feeling threatened, without forcing their ways or will on others. World bodies can make laws which deplore and work to prevent crimes of violence.

It is only when the higher-nature people are in charge that peace will truly come. There is no other way, because the problems of conflict reside within the low-minded group who only know retaliation as a way of life.

The Vedas beseech, "Peace be to the earth and to airy spaces! Peace be to heaven, peace to the waters, peace to the plants and peace to the trees! May all the Gods grant to me peace! By this invocation of peace may peace be diffused!" Aum Namah Sivaya.

WHAT WE DON'T WANT TO SEE

Ever have an instance, like maybe once where someone said something to you that really set you off? Or ever meet or know someone you just could not tolerate? Or ever have a cause you fought against tooth and nail because you just knew it was dead wrong? Well, just maybe you were looking at parts of you that you couldn't and maybe still can't own and accept.

We all, and I do mean all of us, are here at this time to reclaim ourselves completely and totally back into wholeness, into Union. Most of us have forgotten why we are here. Finding ourselves is easy. Admitting we have found ourselves is another matter altogether. It takes a lot of humility and willingness to own what we have found.

The SHADOW is formulated from the disowned or denied parts of self. I have been doing Shadow work since 1978 and I am still not done! I am truly very grateful to be able to address these aspects of self; to experience them transmuting into their full golden potential.

When I met Kelley in 1990, I wore contact lenses and had very poor vision. Actually, ten years earlier, I had been labeled "clinically blind" by my opthamalogist. When Kel started working with me doing Multi-Level Energy Healing, he asked me what it was that I didn't want to look at. My response was immediate, "Everything".

While that really wasn't completely true (I had already unearthed at least 12 years of treasure), there was still a part of me that was reticent about excavating the inner workings of my mind and experience. Debbie Ford in her book The Dark Side of The Light Chasers says, "It takes real courage and commitment to see (and accept) all of yourself". (p. 61)

Debbie also says, "Most people don't get very far unconcealing their shadows because they're unwilling to be honest with themselves". (p.58) Actually our egos keep us dishonest on purpose.

Our controlling egos have enjoyed the power we have relinquished over to them over millenia. The ego adores being in control and enjoys maintaining all level of separation. Separation or rather the belief of being in separation creates fear, which creates fearful experience and Wallah! The ego stays in power, allowing us to believe we are making conscious decisions.

Not being willing to own our shadow and accept it, maintains separation, fear and myth-we end up pretending to feel safe and loved. See how handy it is to "not see" what is there within us, before us and all around in our reflections?

Truth be known, this "not seeing" is only an excuse and a form of hiding. The truth is we are absolutely magnificent in our abilities and we don't need our eyes to see. We can see and know with our intent, our willingness, our desire, our 3rd eye.

When we begin acknowledging the shadow, the ego feels loss of power and will scramble to get you to stop whatever you are doing or contemplating doing, which is healing yourself into Union. Understand when a voice inside your head begins telling you or yelling at you to stop, that it is only your controlling ego trying desperately to maintain control. And , when you have people around you telling you the same thing, know it is your reflection, your fear.the ego at work.

The ego fears it will die or be killed and it will say all kinds of things to enroll you into it's conspiracy. It will tell you that you don't need anyone to tell you or teach you anything; that you are doing fine with the things you know and do. It will tell you these new ideas or strategies don't work, don't waste your time or money. It will enroll you into false self assurance. It will tell you all kinds of things to keep you from growing and recognizing your real truth.

As we stay strong in our decision to accept everything we find out about ourselves-all the so-called good and bad, we start assimilating these fragmentations of ourselves; we start synthesizing. This synthesis makes us more whole and affects our judgments. We become more loving, patient, compassionate and wiser with ourselves and others. We recognize what is possible, as we continuously choose to grow and learn about ourselves and our potential.

In the process, the ego realizes we don't really plan to kill it (which by the way is impossible). It learns instead that it has a new job description. Instead of hyper-vigilant gestapo leader, it is now an open eyed neutral informer. Until we own and embrace our shadow selves, we remain incomplete and inauthentic, fictional even to ourselves.

Be willing to find, see, accept and know all parts of yourself. Shadow work and "getting" our reflections most often requires support. Give yourself permission to do this with a competent guide. Email or call me if you like. toni@anextstep.org

BLESSINGS AND PRECEPTS

"Mother God desires that her strayed child may come soon to Her lap and the devotee-child also yearns for union with Mother God. But in the method of search, period of devotional practices, mode of cogitation, there has surely been some flaw. To remove this imperfection we have to choose some definite path of devotion. We have not to realise God by means of devotion. God is always in possession of every being. The devotional practice is resorted to eliminate other irreligious practices, which are the obstructive evils in the path of God realisation. Any one can sit at a vacant place.

Hence do not leave vacant your heart, the abode of God. Let no attachment (Moh), delusion, ignorance, and profane elements enter the enclosure of our heart, the seat of God. God is omnipresent and His reality is expressed in the form of Brahmand animate and inanimate. We take the devotional practice to realise fully this Truth in the domain of our life."

The CHASE

There are days coming when We Will All Feel the Energy of the Chase. The Running of the Race toward the Finish Line. GOD or Man. Good Or Evil. All Choices. We will Feel the Pressures of Society Gone Amok. It Will be Necessary to Hear GOD's Guidance with More Clarity. To Follow As We are Led more Closely. To Discern the Hearts of those that are Attracted to Our Light and We to Theirs.

As the Systems of Man Crumble, the Populace will erupt out of Our air-conditioned, comfortable existence into the world outside Our Doors. A World that already exists in the recesses of our Cellular Memory. For We have All Lived Lives and Loves along the Way. Over and Over through many Earthly Existences. Over and Over through many Lifetimes in Many Places, in Many Circumstances, With Many Others. Many Groups. Oftentimes outdoors for living within these confines that we call buildings is a relatively new phenomena in the Span of All Time.

We also have Cellular Memory of a distant Past Still obscured in the Mist. A different Way of Being. A World With More Caring for One Another. A yearning to Return to that Place not realizing that We have the opportunity to Build it Anew by Co-Creating it With GOD. The Biggest Opportunity of All Time. Because We are Gathering Now As Never Before.

Spiritual Warriors exist in a Constant State of Seeking Understanding, Searching for TRUTH. It is this Feeling of having a Mission that has brought Us to Where We are Today. We Each Resonate with differing Time Periods in our Common and Ancient Past. We Feel a Connection to a Place, An Era, yet don't have a clear understanding Why.

We are Each Part of a Soul Group that has joined together Through Many Lifetimes. Intertwined through the Annals of Time. There are Many People that We Know or Will Meet in our Present Lifetime that We have Known Before, For their Soul Essence is the Same. Their Outer Shell or Earthly Vessel is different, but their Beingness, Their Soul is the Same that it has Always Been. We Will Know these People by their Energy, By an instant, intense, unplanned Connection to SomeOne that moments before was just another Face in the Crowd.

More and More Soul Groups are Joining Now. We have All Traveled different Paths to Make Our Way but We are being Drawn Together Like Magnets. There is No Way to Deny it when it happens. We were meant to be in this Lifetime together. We Chose it Long Ago.

We may not have recognized Each Other At first but then the Revealing Began. We Share Similar Life Experiences, Similar Belief Systems, Similar Ways of Looking at the World. We Also Have GOD Given Revelations that we Share Among Us. A Person or Group of People that have arrived at the Same Juncture. The Same Knowledge. Understood when it is Shared with One Another. The Light is Shared and the Flame burns Brighter.

It Becomes Apparent to Us that We are on the Right Track as We share Our information, Our Knowledge, Our Understanding. As we speak to Each Other about what GOD is revealing to Us Individually. As We compare the Amazing Synchronicities that are Occurring in Our Lives we will Find Common Ground with our Fellow LightWorkers. We may be just the One that gives them Hope, that Soothes them and helps them through another Day. If We Speak our TRUTH We are a Light on the Path of Another.

Speaking and Sharing our Hearts is the Most Important Gift that We Can Give to One Another. Being TRUTH-Full and Honest with Each Other no matter what sort of Relationship We are In. Trusting that when SomeOne comes into Our Lives that Merges their Light with Ours, Communicating Soul to Soul, We are All Blessed. Our Fellow LightWorkers will Be Male and Female and Yet our Souls are not biased in this Way. We Have Known Each Other in the Ether before the Planet Became and will Continue to Know Each Other When We Leave These Bodies to Become One Again With GOD. As We Hold the Light of GOD Within, We Will Shine As Beacons to One Another. We Will Gather.

We must not Toss Aside Our Fellow Light Workers because of the Hu-Man Social Practices of the Present Systems. Only GOD Knows what Form they Will Have When We Meet. As We Find Each Other and Choose to Work Together to Fulfill our Destinies, GOD Will Guide Us In All Ways to Accomplish What We Came Here to Do.

All Shapes, Sizes, Races, Sexual Preferences, Colors, Male-ness or FeMale-ness for our Souls Wear Many Disguises. We have met up with many of Our Soul Group Already. Those People in Our Lives that We can call on the phone or e-mail with our Most Incredible, Unbelievable life experience and they are on the same page. They never Judge Us For Where We are on Our Path. They always Love Us no Matter What. They are a Balm for Our Soul and Us to Them. Think of Them Often and Feel the Love. Send the Love. It OK To Love One Another. There are No Chains on Love. Thank GOD.

We May Be the Only Light that Shines in That Other Person's Life until They understand that they can Shine On Their Own. When through the Spreading of Our Light We Lighten Their Load, They are then Able to Shine on their Own more Fully. They are then Enabled to Allow More Love For Themselves, That which they so Richly Deserve. We Hu-ManBeings wither away without Love. We need it Through to Our Very Souls. It is What Connects Us and Sustains Us. It is What Makes Life Worth Living.

As Our Soul Groups Gather, Let Us Honor Each Other for the Difficult Paths that We have Chosen. Within Ourselves, We Each Know the Struggles that We Have Endured. It Hasn't Always Been Easy for Us and It Hasn't Been Easy For Any Hu-Man Who has Chosen the Spiritual Path. To Become a Spiritual Warrior and a Vessel of GOD is not Always a Bed of Roses.

If We are Drawn to Another Person We Can Ask GOD what it is All About. We Will Receive An Answer, The Answer. GOD Will Reveal to Us All that We Ever Need to Know On Our Path. GOD's Light Shines Everywhere. Outside Us and Within Us. There is No Where That GOD isn't.

Our Hu-Man Lessons involve constant Testing to Achieve Refine-Ment. Every Lesson and Test that We have Overcome has Given Us a Firm Foundation for The Coming Days. We Are Ready for the Challenges because We Know that GOD is Guiding Us the Entire Way. We Have Peace Within for We Know that After the Darkness of the Valley comes the Increasing Light. We Know that No Matter the Choices that We are Confronted With, We are Not Alone in the Dark without a Light. For We Carry the Light of GOD Within Allways and the Flame Never goes out.

GOD Will Guide Us through Every Moment of Our Lives if We Ask.

As We Combine Our Lights, We En-Lighten the World. Let the Bonfire Begin.

FREEDOM--PREPARE YOUR MIND-BODY-BREATH

The key to freeing yourself from the encarceration of emotional, mental, physical, spiritual upsetting trauma is to champion your body-mind-breath. Breath is the purifier for all our bodies. Freeing the body from its toxic waste converts our bodies and mind from a toxic waste dump into Heaven on Earth. Your breath is encarcerated as well as is your body-mind. It was shut down at the time of your birth and continued to shut down more with each perceived "negative" experience-thought, word, deed, feeling. In infancy and childhood we had a ton of these experiences. In adolescence we had another ton of these. Also in adulthood. Each upset-trauma ensures that your breath stays shut down...it keeps the toxicity of all experience locked in our muscles, bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, organs and throughout every electron of our field. When you free your breath, you free your mind and your bodies. The breath allows the toxic sludge to be released from all parts of self. It takes time to empty...we are holding quite a bit of mass...from lifetimes of experiences. Sometimes it may feel like an overwhelming task to empty. And consider that this is why you are here. You are in body to empty into and express your Godhood. Everything you are holding in toxic storage says everything but this. The only way you can get to your Godhood is by emptying yourself of the muck.

It is achievable...the task of emptying...And you must begin...or not. The choice is yours. You either begin, continue and risk getting to your Godhood or you do nothing, die, come back and start all over again in toxic sludge, remembering nothing...not even this message.

There are an assortment of methods of doing pranayama (breath control). Two of the many effective methods of pranayama that we teach at A Next Step...are called Conscious Energy Breath and Quantum Dynamics. They are superlative methods of using breath to free itself and all the toxic sludge out of our emotional - mental - physical bodies gently and quickly. Conscious Energy Breath or Rebirthing unlocks the breath mechanism and opens you to releasing all trauma and toxicity. It also regenes the body, teaching the body to breathe energy - prana - as well as air. We love it because it provides a double healing: 1.) everything that the breath moves by itself, purifying all that you are, 2.) it also brings to consciousness long held toxic experiences for you to reframe. In the breath session, the breather decides how deeply into the process they want to go; people can go in with a "small plastic shovel" or a "front end loader". The more you release control, the deeper you can "excavate", surrender and release. It is a powerful, loving, exquisitely simple tool.

Our emotions - feelings are magnificent parts of our being because they hold a life force that we cannot afford to lose or waste. We don't want to release our anger and fear; we want to take that energy and revibrate it to raise our frequency, vibration, Life Force to Serenity of Beingness (this is Union with God-Goddess).

FREE ENERGY TECHNOLOGY

When I saw the web page, I jumped at the idea of a $9.75 opportunity. I mean, it's the cost of a meal.just one meal. Then came the opportunity to purchase the $2000.00 product for $10.00.
