Unencumbered, the heart is like a horses eye, it sees all the way around. It is a sphere of light that knows what to do, what to say, what to paint next, how to sing, how to make love, how to praise, how to soothe, how to clown. It is our most magnificent organ that determines the quality of our health, our, joy, our relatedness. How did the Creator ever dream up something as complex as the
human heart, something so intelligent, so vulnerable, so able to carry grief and rage, along with the most ephemeral feelings of complex centuries of love?
Many of us prefer to live in our heads because the heart has too much history to comfortably reside there. The tissues of the heart store memories of abuse, rage, sadness, injustice, abandonment, and separation. As the new brain, the dawning brain of our world, the heart literally knows all. It is a shining organ of perception, a dynamic structure of gossamer-like tissues filled with an
illuminated living light in the center of your chest, a beacon of joy and safety and inspiration. A clear heart functions with the highest intelligence, for God=Love
resides in your heart. The Chinese call it Shen. The Hindus call it Effulgent Light. Almost every world religion refers to the Source Light, emanating within us and beyond at the same time. World over, we innately know the hearts purpose is to house god, but millions use it as a warehouse for emotional pain. The more heart-healthy we are emotionally and biologically, the more room for this very electric god-power it can contain.
The problem is that human hearts begin collecting bruises, bumps, knocks, and stabs as soon as it is born into this world, acquires a language brain, and meets up with people who have not done their spiritual work. After a certain age, we lose track of the millions of hurts we carry, so they go underground in the unconscious, and we stop risking and start avoiding pleasure of every kind. We become like paralytic dancers and fussy people on diet restrictions whose mantra is, Oh, I cant have that.
Most hearts are like the most beautiful orb of light with scars and ropes and bruises covering up its light. The spiritual path is to clean up the heart, wash its 360-degree window, dress its wounds so that pure unadulterated light can shine forth without any distortion whatsoever. To experience a clear heart without history, through breathwork, cranial sacral therapy, self-directed therapy,
witnessed crying, meditation, art, and deep intimate love, is the best delight of the human experience. The heart wants to be a clear, fine, organ of perception, for that is truly what it is. If someone tells you to get out of your head, they are pointing to your heart, the place you are afraid to go. The heart offers the Kingdom Within, the Holy of Holies, and Infinite Intelligence on how to live and be in your daily walk. In the immortal words of Antoine de Saint-Exupery, It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."
There are very good reasons and rewards for cleaning up emotional pain and becoming comfortable and conversant with the new primary brain, the heart.

How do you experience relationship?
* Have you noticed that the world around you seems to be different?
* Are you becoming aware that people are relating to you differently? Or that as you communicate with or offer assistance they dont seem
able to hear you or to accept what you have to say?
* Have you noticed that your relationship to your friends and others are no longer as interesting as they once were?
Many people are noticing huge changes in their relationships, some of which are not at all easy to deal with. Although we are aware of the
Shift and are being prepared for change, we nonetheless are having these same challenges.
Many of us are also finding ourselves wondering how we can fulfil our roles as healers, teachers and leaders, how we can the best way to offer
assistance to those around us, and how to draw the line consciously (and kindly) when others around are choosing to stay stuck and asleep.
The Shift we have all been waiting for has now arrived and is rapidly expanding within, through and around each of us. It is in the process of
changing everything that we know and more particularly how we know and how we experience what we know.
The most fundamental aspects to this Shift will be very personal. The primary focus of these aspects is to redefine and transform how we perceive,
understand and have a relationship with every aspect of what is external to our conscious awareness. Your sense of relationship will never again be
the same as the Shift progressives through 2012. When we think of the word relationship, we think of lovers, husband-and-wife, child and parent. Me
in relationship to you, I in relationship to my friends, co-workers and those I love as well as those I dislike. But there is much more to how we
have come to perceive and understand our relationship with others.
When the Creator said, Go to the farthest edge of the farthest edge so that I may know myself in my fullness, you ran to the front of the line
saying, Send me! What the Creator was actually saying was, I wish to know myself in relationship to all that surrounds me. But throughout time
as we know it our understanding and demonstration of relationship has changed to something considerably different. We have come to know ourselves
not by how we perceive ourselves in relationship to that which is around us, but instead have learned to perceive our relationship to all that is
around us based on what those around us think of us.
For example, I may not have any interest in red shirts, but all of my friends wear red shirts because they are the in thing. So I give up my
seniority, and deny my own alignment with what is my truth in order to fit in, to become one with, to be accepted by those outside of me who are
expressing what is right and wrong, good and bad, and what I should and should not do and I put on my red shirt.
From the moment we draw our first breath to the moment we release our last, we are conditioned to define and measure ourselves by one thing only:
our relationship to all that is outside of us. We are systematically trained and conditioned by those who raise and nurture us to enter into a
consensus reality, or group agreement, that many times has nothing to do with whom we are, and everything to do with the customs and belief
systems that conditioned our parents and grandparents, who were in turn influenced by the society in which they were raised.
Consensus reality is a very powerful influence. It structures our relationship to and with all things outside of us. More importantly, it conditions
and severely limits our understanding of the relationship we have with our self.
From early childhood we learn that what the outside world thinks of us is more important than what we each individually think of ourselves. As we grow,
what we think and believe, and how we act, respond and behave in our third dimensional reality is influenced, shaped and molded by that which is outside
of us. Hence, almost everything about us, from our attitudes and habits, likes and dislikes, to our career choices and aspirations has its foundation
in this group agreement: This is how it's done; this is what is acceptable and unacceptable.
We have learned to feel the thoughts and feelings of others, and to seek approval from those around us before we act. We have learned to test the
waters by not fully expressing our own thoughts without first checking in to determine the acceptability of what others have to say. Weve learned to
read others body language to discern if it is safe to express our own desires, hopes, and dreams, before we can act on them without fear. Without
realizing it, we have virtually built our sense of our self on the opinions and approval of others: Am I okay? Do you approve of me? Am I acceptable
in the eyes of the consensus reality?
This is all about to change!
Contrary to everything you have been taught to believe, relationship is NOT about what other people think of you. Although this is a fundamental
Truth that you intellectually know, you are about to perceive this from a significantly expanded perspective. Through this understanding you will
discover that your internal relationship with yourself is the most powerful relationship you can have. From this vantage point everything outside
of you becomes a gift to relate to on your own terms.
As many of us are becoming aware, there are two great waves of Light within the Shift that are bringing about a transformation within each of us.
The First Wave of Light is clearing our old memory patterns and the belief systems of the consensus reality that do not support our well-being.
This Wave is destabilizing and dissolving everything that is not aligned with our internal patterns of well-being and our relationship to our own
truths. It is increasing our capacity to hold a higher Light quotient, providing us with the opportunity to access more information, greater
wisdom and enlightenment of what we already know but have forgotten.
The Second Wave is a higher dimensional vibration of Light that is providing us with the opportunity to step into certainty, personal power, and
command, and bringing about a balance*. This wave is also bringing about choices and opportunities to co-create, coexist, and cooperate without the
judgments and opinions of right and wrong, good and bad and what you should or should not do.
This Shift of consciousness is triggering an Awakening. And in the process, countless millions are experiencing significant changes in their
relationships. Many are beginning to realize that they can no longer be in relationship to one another in the same old way. We are being given
the opportunity to perceive relationship through different eyes, and, in so doing, we are gaining the keys to unlock many lifetimes of
conditioning that have prevented us from being able to distinguish between WHO I AM and Who I am NOT.
As this transition unfolds, however, many people are finding themselves in confusion as all their points of reference, all the things they have
been taught to trust, admire and build the foundation of their lives and beliefs upon are destabilizing before their eyes.
The third dimensional established institutions are crumbling. The structures of life that feed, house and keep us safe are breaking down.
Suddenly we are seeing that the very authorities that we most believed, from healers who said Come to me, teachers who have proclaimed they
have the Truth to the leaders who say, Trust me, and all those to whom we have looked for guidance, have built their houses upon shifting sands.
As difficult as such changes may be for many, it is important to know that there IS a purpose to all that is occurring. That purpose is to shift
your relationship from what is outside of you to an alignment with what is inside you, from depending on the truths of others to discovering and
setting your compass by your own truth. The first Wave of Light is not destabilizing that which You Are, rather, it is allowing you to clear
away that which You Are Not.
As this occurs, a second very powerful wave of Light is providing us with the opportunity to rewire, rebuild and remember who we are and where
we have come from. The second wave is providing the opportunity to refill the cup, in a manner of speaking. It is within the second wave that
the realignment of our emotional body is being altered in the sleep space each night. It is through this second wave that a kinder, gentler you
is being crafted. As who you are not is being cleared, there is a renewed relationship that is being remembered. You are beginning to remember
the relationship you have with the Heart and Soul; a relationship that allows you to think from the Heart and act from the wisdom of the Soul. It
is through this relationship that you will begin to know yourself and realign with the Love that you are within the Heart.
But love is a concept that is so vast the rational mind is not capable of perceiving its fullness. However, when you begin to live Love in its
unique aspects, Appreciation, Gratitude, Well Being, Beauty, Kindness, Graciousness and Certainty literally become living words. As these living
words become internalized, a magical shift begins, initiating the activation of the living etheric light body within.
This is the opportunity thats unfolding throughout 2010. These are the stepping stones that will build the framework for our next level of
ascension.

You have a tendency to crave proof of love. You tend to see that yesterday you were loved by the one you love, and today you perceive that the
love given you is less. It is not demonstrated as well. You long for the sweet words of yesterday. You feel that you must have it. Your longing
for love may be insatiable.
Proof of love is a myth, beloved. Love does not have to declare itself. Let love be. Let it have its quiet non-demonstrative moments. Let it be a
growing flower that you do not check up on incessantly.
Proof of love is not needed. Stalwartness of love is needed. You need to know your own love and that it is not dependent upon what someone else
says or does. You don't need flowers sent to you every day. If flowers were sent to you every day, would you then crave two bouquets a day?
Love cannot be measured. It is measureless. You cannot put love in a teacup or even a tureen of love. There is an ocean of love, and yet love is
bigger than the ocean. Love has no top nor bottom, so how then could it be measured? By what means?
Love, attempted to be measured, flees. Trust in love. Instead of fearing that it is no longer, instead of fearing that you no longer merit it, that
it has been taken away from you and put somewhere else or nowhere else or simply flown away like a butterfly that alighted and then flew off you know
not where without a backward glance, trust and attend to your own wayward heart.
If your love is dependent upon proof of love, then it would seem that your love is a dribble of love. Perhaps the proof you have been adding up, is
proof of the lack of love in your own heart. Love does not require a daily feeding. Nor are you a fool for love. You may be a fool to attachment to
receipt of love, as if love were purchased, weighed and measured, and handed out as you require.
If you find the love in your own heart lacking, then let go of the idea. The love in your own heart does not need to be demonstrated any more than
anyone else's love. Love comes by its own decree. Love comes silently without fanfare. Beloveds, you do not even need to hear the violins of your
own love. Let love rest. Beloveds, you are not even dependent upon displays of your own love.
Love is not anything to worry about! Love is. Let your heart be quiet for a while. Let it be. Your heart which is full of love does not have to
bubble every minute. You do not have to see love bubbling, not even the love in your own heart. You have it. It is there. Leave it alone. It will
burst forth soon enough. It will burst forth on its own without prodding from you.
When you see a lovely flower, you do not think: "Oh, I must love this flower." Nor do you think: "This lovely flower must love me, or I am bereft."
No, you simply bend down and smell the sweet flower. And if you are outside, and you see a flower through a window, looking at the flower through
a window serves well.
You do not have to have love. Do you see what I mean? You do not have to have it wrapped up. You do not have to take it home with you. You do not
have to have it.
Let the love within you simmer at low speed, if that's what it wants. Love is not arbitrary. It is a given. Love will come out well enough on its own.

During a previous incarnation on the Earth while searching for the answers to my
confusion and feelings of separation, I came across a wise man who sat at the side of the sandy road and simply acknowledged those who traveled by.
The land was desolate but people were traveling for miles between villages and cities to find work, see families or to find more food, it wasn't a
rich country that I had wandered into but a hot and somewhat desperate land that seemed to attract me further into its heart.
The wise man acknowledge me in the same way I imagine he acknowledged all people that passed his space of residence, a nod of welcoming and then
a stare of knowingness. This wise man intrigued me, although I had passed many on my travels he who sat in peace day and night seem to have the
answers that I was searching for, or at least he seem to soften the pain within me. I blessed the wise man and pulled from my pocket the small
amount of food that owned, offering it willingly to the wise man. Gesturing for me to sit beside him he placed the food on the sandy ground before
him. Sitting down my head was busy with thoughts, questions, impulses, anger and the simple desire to know why I felt such pain, confusion and
separation. I felt as if there was a whole world that I didn't and couldn't understand. The anticipation of any kind of guidance from this wise
man made me sit in silence, my head straight forward, my back upright, with the only movement coming from my mind and eyes as I watched others
travel by.
A long time seemed to have passed and still we sat in silence, my impatience growing, my skin burning in the strong and powerful day light sun.
The heat, dust and stillness was unbearable but something inside me told me to sit, to obey the wishes of the wise man and to hope that I would
eventually receive words of wisdom from the wise man as I had seen many men before me gain.
My anger and frustration excelled limitations when I saw four young boys take my offering of food from before the wise man without so much as a
thank you or acknowledgement, all that I had once owned had gone and yet I felt the urge to stay.
As the day turned into night, a bitter coldness descended; coolness that seemed to numb my body but make my thoughts and emotions so active and
alive. Every so often the wise man would turn to me offering something to drink, which I accepted. As I then began to engage my mind to begin to
communicate with him, he would resume his position of sitting once more and I would be forced to sit again hoping and waiting.
Five long days passed and we continued to sit together in silence but something was changing within me, a stillness, inner peace and a feeling
of being limitless was overwhelming me.
On the sixth day the wise man turned to me at dawn and said,
<<<< >>> 'What you search for is within you, you must find the word that unlocks your energy; this will allow you to feel complete. Don't hide
from yourself but embrace your true self, knowing that if you do,( others will accept you and find the same within themselves.) You can never
walk away from pain but you can transform it into something better.'<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>
The wise man honorably rose from the ground and began to walk along the sandy road in the direction that I had come from all those days ago. I
watch him for a while until I could just make out him sitting down once more. Had he given up his place to me or had I driven him away?
My thoughts began to focus on the wise man's words,
'Find the word that unlocks your energy,' this sentence kept tumbling around in my mind. I began to think, I thought of words that were familiar
to me, my own name, the names of my family and even different words meaning unlocking, but nothing seem to change within me. I was expecting a
thunderbolt effect but still I sat there my body growing tired and weary. I then began to change my trail of thought; I began to think of the
name of our Creator in my own language, which created lightness to my energy, almost as if all the tension of sitting for now nine days was being
washed away.
I notice a lady and a young boy passing me, I acknowledged them in the same way the wise man had acknowledge me and to my surprise the lady
withdraw a small portion of food and placed it before me. 'The answer has yet to be found,' she said under her breath. My shock overwhelmed me,
'Do not distract yourself now,' she spoke again.
Through this experience my determination and strength grew, I never ate the food because it was as if her words had nourished my entire body.
Days passed by and still I sat in peace and growing harmony. Words were falling through my mind but none seem to have any weight or power until
I came across a word in the middle of a bitterly cold night. The word was love. This word seemed to fill me with warmth, my limbs burned as the
cold numbness melted away. It was as if my chest was on fire, as if I was generating my own heat that was melting the pain and separation which
had become so familiar to me. My body was energised; I was feeling new happy and joyous emotions, feelings that I had never felt before. As dawn
broke I felt as if my entire body split in half as my old self and feeling fell away from me. I could only describe myself as golden light, which
seemed to expand from a place so deep within me.
A few days later I experienced the heavens opening up to me, I saw my path, my purpose and my deep connections with other souls and of course
the soul of the Creator. I accepted the name of Christ or love, this word become so precious to me and I began to share it with others who passed
me on their journey of life.>>>><<< This was my point of awakening, understanding and change, the pinnacle moment in my life that allowed me to
become the Christ, holding the Creator's energy of love at a planetary level for all to accept.>>>>>><<<<<<<<

love or something just as precious. I hope that it will help you to embrace your truth and transform your energies for the better. I take this
