Do not be overwhelmed. This is a time of great change. Observe. Be Aware. Be Alert.
Take one step at a time. Follow what is in your heart. You will understand what your
direction is to be. Truth, Simplicity and Love is the guide for living in this world.
Observe change through the teachings of Truth, Simplicity and Love. The unreal cannot
overwhelm the real. Great change cannot overwhelm the real. Your strength is greater
than the maya of change. Your heart is greater than the maya of change. Your higher
self is greater than the maya of change. The maya of change passes, fades into
nothing. The real remains, eternal, observing. Attach to the real and triumph over
the maya of change. Follow what is in your heart and overcome the maya of change.
Change is the Law of the Universe. The lower self is overwhelmed by change. The
higher self is unmoved, alert, aware, and unconditionally observing. Change is
merely the maya of Shiva's dance. Understand this and rise above the unreal.

You are hereby invited to join in a series of 12 globally synchronized meditations that will mark the celebrations of the last 12 solstices and
equinoxes before December 21, 2012, an era-changing pivotal moment that has been recognized and heralded by many as the central shifting point
into a new Golden Age for humanity and all Life on Earth.
Each of those 12 ascending steps towards this climaxing shift-point will be part of a gradual reawakening and remembering process to re-ignite in
us all the deeply felt sentience of our Oneness with All That is, and thus enable us all to walk on a Golden Path of Light that will lead us directly
into a conscious reunion with the Source of our existence.
The central template of this whole process is the ever deeper and keener understanding of the fact that our true nature is that of a soul living a
physical experience and learning the lessons of a new lifetime. To facilitate this recognition of Who We Are and deep integration within the very
matrix of our sense of self of this simple fact, twelve Keys will be shared over the course of the next 12 Solstice and Equinox Meditations to help
stir the remembrance of Who We Are.
To initiate and sustain this reformatting process of our self-awareness, it is suggested that you first reach a state of deep synchronism with the
soul aspect in you, doing so with whichever method and for whichever period of time that suits you best. To reach the key triggering Moment of
Remembrance at the same time as every other soul who will be participating to this globally synchronized meditation, please ensure that you have
reached that stage at the exact same moment as all other participating souls worldwide.
Then, starting at the exact moment when the Earth is at the peak of this solstice cycle, express forth from the heart of your soul the following
first Remembrance Key...
I Am Love
...and repeat it, mentally and/or aloud, as many times as necessary to feel you have impregnated your whole being with the full understanding and
recognition of this unfathomable Reality.
To deepen your understanding of some aspects of what Love truly is, the following description is provided to further trigger the emergence within
you of what no words can possible describe...
Nothing exists without Love. Love is the Creative Power at the origin of All That Is. Nothing grows and breathes without it. Where there is Love,
there is Life and expansion. Where there is none, there is death and contraction. Every single breath I take is a pure act of Love as I allow the
very Flow of Life to enter my body and sustain its existence. Understanding the pure creative power of Love made manifest through me and through
the bountiful diversity of Life to which all is intricately connected is the Key to fully remember Who I Am, as One with All That Is. Claiming my
universal lineage through expressing from the central core of my soul I am Love is also to acknowledge, honor and empower the very essence of Who
We Are as One with All That Is - hence the underlying recognition that the "I" that claims this is the Omniversal Being from which we all stem,
with which we all share existence, and to which we all eternally return.
Finally, when you feel ready to go back to your normal everyday existence, you can conclude this meditation through reading the following, aloud
or within the sacred sanctuary of your soul...
I am a soul A divine spark of the Infinite That gave birth to this universe.
I remember Who I am and serve the Greater Purpose of Life as One with All That is.
I came here with many other souls to assist in the expansion of Light on this living planet Earth.
I accept to let Love Be the guiding beacon of my life and to shine Its radiance in every moment.
I am a soul and the sole purpose of my existence is to be All That I Am.
So be it.
... and use this as often as necessary to help you remember and reassert Who You Are.

If you cannot take part to this globally synchronized meditation at this exact time, please pick any other moment of that day or of this week that
suits you best, and do the same procedure suggested above while projecting yourself at the exact moment when it is occurring in the Time Continuum,
knowing that time is merely a temporary illusion from our physical standpoint, and that the power of our focused intent can easily overcome this
illusion.
If you can do this meditation and remembrance activation in the physical company of other souls, its effects will be magnified in direct proportion
to the intensity of the vortex of Love and Light generated by these assembled souls. Whether you do this alone or with others, always be aware that
many other souls from other dimensions of existence are partaking in our experiences every time we dedicate ourselves to such sacred moments of
communion with All That Is.
"We are souls having a physical experience. We are crystal sparks of infinite beauty, radiant magnificence and shining Love, direct emanations from
the Creator Source of All That Is. Love in the beginning and the end, the alpha and the omega, the all encompassing pursuit, goal and Reality we are
to embody, breathe, express/manifest/be in every single moment of our lives. When we feel consumed in our moments of Grace by all the Love that we
can humanely allow through our vessels in this physical realm, let us consider that these may merely be our first baby steps, and that much more is
yet to be experienced in our long Journey back to Source."

The significance of the fire ceremony
22 DECEMBER 1983..
At the Hawankund on the gufaside of the ashram, at a pre-Christmas fire ceremony When most of
the seats at the Hawankund had been taken and the ceremony had started, a foreign man came to
the Hawankund and looked for a place to sit. Babaji asked: "Have you washed your hands? Wash
your hands and come and sit." The chanting of the mantras stopped while the devotee washed his
hands and sat down. Then Shri Babaji, looking around the Hawankund at all the foreign faces,
said: "I want to tell you the meaning of the Yagya (havan ceremony)." He called out "Roiyo,"
calling for Om Shanti to come and translate.
"Havan it is that brings rain, which brings grain. The origin of Creation stems from the havan.
The havan is the real form of the Gods; whatever we offer to the havan goes directly to the
Gods who are being invoked. "By doing havan, people gain happiness and all the pleasures of
life; they all have good thoughts and love for each other. By the smoke form the havan the
harmful germs in the atmosphere are destroyed and the good bacteria, useful to life, grow
in it. This increases the plenty and prosperity of the world.
"Before starting any work, you should first know the significance of it. You may be wondering
why these people are burning the fire and 'wasting' things by throwing them into the fire. It
has great significance: Creation originated from this. "I will take two minutes more of your
time. Do you have any objection?" (A chorus of "no's".)
"The original Kailash is this one. (He pointed above, up the hill of the Kumaon Mount Kailash).
Mahadeva (Lord Shiva) appeared there and performed the first havan there. "Now we turn toward
the other Kailash, where (the lake) Mansarovar is (in Tibet). Another Yagya was performed at
Mansarovar Kailash. "When the original Manu (the first man) was born/created, and when
Mahadevaji ordered him to extend the creation, this Manu performed a Yagna at Mansarovar.
That is why that place was named Mansarovar, from the root name of Manu. "By Manu's strong
determination and the power of the havan, Creation started to expand. Jai Mahamaya ki jai!
"Did you all understand something?" ("Yes, yes!") Here Shri Babaji used an Urdu phrase to
say: "I want to utter a few more words." "Did you understand?" ("Yes; no.") "If you have not
understood, I will explain it to you. But if you have understood, what more should I say?"
"Did you understand?" ("No; yes.") Baba continued, laughing: "If you understood, what more
can I say?" To Om Shanti: "What do they say?" Om Shanti: "Some say yes; some say no." Babaji,
with eyes twinkling: "Those who understood can explain to those who did not understand. Bhole
Baba ki jai!"

We are the Earth and the Earth is us. We are made up of the same energetic ingredients or elements. The elements are living aspects of
consciousness. Knowing this we can learn a great deal with and thru them.
The elements are here to teach us
they are an integral part of our beingness.
It behooves us to become awake and aware as to how they can serve us into becoming all that we are meant to be. We can enter into relationship
with them by using them on a daily/weekly basis to heal and transform our patterns of imperfection into more useful, meaningful, directed
experiences of significance.
FIRE

There are many ways to honor fire in our lives
the fire within which fuels our physiology and the fire without which supports our lifestyle.
We will offer a few here and then you can creatively come up with your own ways.
Sitting within 5 feet of a living flame will purify our minds faster than any consciousness technology
this means an open wood burning stove,
a fire place and the best is a fire pit out of doors.
If you do not have access to fire, 1-12 candles will do the trick. Light one, breathe, feel your body, light another feel it
somewhere along
the way you will feel the perfect number to sit with
it will vary each time you sit with fire as you are continually evolving and experiencing
change in your life.
Build a fire with a conscious intent in mind: 1) to purify yourself--your aura, mind and bodies, 2) to burn papers-like diaries, letters, journals
with information that logged your past--to end your stories and create a new beginning, 3) to signify an end or completion to a way of being--
divorce ceremony or end of a relationship or gratitude for completion of a project, 4) to honor or celebrate an event or the life of a loved
one--human or animal, 5) to honor and be in gratitude of Creator-Creatrix for this splendid life and petition for support in given matters.
This last intent is a ceremony in honor of God-Goddess. This is the Yagya or Havan ceremony Babaji spoke of in the article above. You build the
fire as the mouth of God. Into the mouth of God you offer fruit, rice, grain, ghee, flowers, incense. You are feeding God as God feeds you and
answers your prayers and requests. You offer whole coconuts as auspicious prayers. We frequently begin our fire ceremony with one or more coconuts.
They may be shared for communal prayer and petitions
just pass it around. The person offering the last prayer or intent then gently tosses it
into the fire.
After each prayer or request is made by each individual, the group as a whole says SWAHA. AGNI is the fire god and SWAHA is his wife, so both
male an female aspects are acknowledged in this sacred ceremony of life.
This is how Kelley and I do our yagya; it is nontraditional. We use the seed mantras as taught in the Shiva Puranas and not all the other
traditional fire mantras. We also sing a number of bhajans--songs to Source--All That Is. We encourage all of you to make up your own rendition
of fire ceremony
make it unique to you and your life. It was thru fire ceremony that I learned how to pray and speak to God-Goddess under the
mentorship of Kali Mai, my spiritual teacher in the early 80s.

Hands glow in the dark

Human hands glow, but fingernails release the most light, according to a recent study that finds all parts of the hand emit photons.
The findings support earlier research that suggests most living things, including plants, release light.
Since disease and illness appear to affect the strength and pattern of the glow, scientists say the discovery might lead to less-invasive ways
of diagnosing patients.
Dr Mitsuo Hiramatsu, a scientist at the Central Research Laboratory at Hamamatsu Photonics in Japan, who led the research, says hands are not
the only parts of the body that shine light by releasing photons, or tiny, energised packets of light.
"Not only the hands, but also the forehead and bottoms of our feet emit photons," Hiramatsu says.
In terms of hands "the presence of photons means that our hands are producing light all of the time", he adds.
The light is invisible to the naked eye, so Hiramatsu and his team use a powerful photon counter to detect it.
Fingernails release 60 photons, fingers release 40 and the palms are the dimmest of all, with 20 photons measured.
The findings are published recently in the Journal of Photochemistry and Photobiology B: Biology.
Hiramatsu is not certain why fingernails light up more than the other parts of the hand.
"It may be because of the optical window property of fingernails," he says, meaning that the fingernail works somewhat like a prism to
scatter light.
What's behind the light?
To find out what might be creating the light in the first place, he and colleague Kimitsugu Nakamura asked test subjects to hold plastic
bottles full of hot or cold water before measuring their hand photons.
The researchers also pumped nitrogen or oxygen gas into the dark box where the people placed their hands as they were being analysed.
Warm temperatures increased the release of photons, as did the introduction of oxygen. Rubbing mineral oil over the hands also heightened
light levels.
Based on those results, the scientists theorise the light "is a kind of chemiluminescence", a luminescence based on chemical reactions, such as
those that make fireflies glow.
The researchers believe 40% of the light results from the chemical reaction that constantly occurs as our hand skin reacts with oxygen.
Since mineral oil, which permeates into the skin, heightens the light, they also now think 60% of the glow may result from chemical reactions
that take place inside the skin.
The power of light
Professor Fritz-Albert Popp, an expert on biologically related photons at the International Institute of Biophysics in Germany, agrees with the
findings and is not surprised by them.
"One may find clear correlations to kind and degree [type and severity] of diseases," he says.
Popp and his team believe the light from the forehead and the hands pulses with the same basic rhythms, but that these pulses become irregular
in unhealthy people.
A study he conducted on a muscular sclerosis patient seemed to validate the theory.
Both he and Hiramatsu hope future studies will reveal more about human photon emissions, which could lead to medical diagnosis applications.
