In Truth, Simplicity, Love and Service
I do not want people in the thousands and millions to be my followers. Only
One is enough. One perfect being is enough to change the world. Rama, Krishna
and Christ were not many, they were only one. There was only one Rama, only one
Krishna and only one Christ; and they changed the world. I tell you these things
so you will not think that quantity is necessary. One spark from the light is
enough to enlighten the universe.

LOVE WITHOUT END
JESUS SPEAKS
.10TH ed.
By Jeshua and Glenda Green
Love commands the Universe, the adamantine particles, the One Spirit,
the Heart and all of life. Therefore, when you have separation from
that power, you resort to ploys for control. Therein is the leverage
that structure has over you. As long as you seek to control life or
think that you can, you will grovel for structure and it will hold you
in its grip. The tragedy of such pursuit is that you will never control
life. A child of God, however, does have the greater power to command it.
Control is an instrument of separation.
Command is an instrument of Oneness.
Love is magnified thru Command.

WHAT MAKES LAUGHTER THE BEST MEDICINE?
Mercola .com
Laughter has a real beneficial effect on your physical health, according to research. In the study, subjects were observed as they watched both serious movies and comedies. During the comedies, their arteries dilated and their blood pressure dropped, suggesting that laughter can in fact be a powerful medicine indeed.
The study looked at 20 healthy participants with an average age of 33. The results showed for the first time that laughter is linked to healthy function of blood vessels. It appears to cause the endothelium, which is the tissue that forms the inner lining of blood vessels, to dilate or expand in order to increase blood flow.
The study also showed that the opposite effect occurred when the subjects watched suspenseful films, suggesting a link between mental stress and the narrowing of blood vessels.
A separate study also found that viewing a humorous film may be helpful for the study and treatment of local IgE production and allergy in the reproductive tract.

Dr. Mercola's Comments:
Its said that children laugh 100 times a day, sometimes more. But by the time we reach adulthood, were lucky if we laugh even a handful of times in a 24-hour period. This is a shame considering a good laugh can not only melt away stress almost instantly, but it has numerous beneficial impacts on your physical health, including a potential to help allergies and your heart.
The study by researchers at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore mentioned above is one of the most groundbreaking in terms of laughters role in your health.
It actually shows that laughing may help reduce your risk of heart disease in ways similar to exercise.
A Laughter Workout
The researchers examined the connection between blood vessels' ability to expand (vasodilation) and laughter. If vasodilation is poor, it can increase your risk of heart attack and stroke. The study involved 20 adults who watched clips of a violent movie and a humorous movie and had their vasodilation tested.
They found that:
Blood flow was significantly reduced (by about 35 percent) in 14 of the 20 volunteers who saw the stressful film.
Blood flow significantly increased (by 22 percent) in 19 of the 20 volunteers after watching the funny movie.
The improvement in blood flow experienced by most all participants after laughter was equal to the improvements seen after a 15- or 30-minute workout!
Why Else Should You Laugh More?
The University of Maryland researchers believe laughing causes your body to release beneficial chemicals called endorphins, natural pain killers that contribute to your sense of well-being and may counteract the effects of stress hormones and cause blood vessels to dilate.
Previous research has even found that just anticipating laughter can increase your endorphin levels, whereas laughing may help boost your immune system and reduce inflammation in your body, which is linked to a variety of diseases.
Japanese researchers have also found a role for laughter in helping people with type 2 diabetes, as there was a significantly smaller spike in blood sugar after a meal when diabetics watched a popular comedy show compared to listening to a boring lecture.
Other benefits of laughing include:
Relaxation and reduction in muscle tension
Lowered production of stress hormones
Improved immune system function
Reduction in blood pressure
- Clearing your lungs by dislodging mucous plugs
- Increasing the production of salivary immunoglobulin A, which defends against infectious organisms that enter through your respiratory tract
- Aerobic effects that increase your bodys ability to utilize oxygen
- A rapid ability to disregard aches and pains or to perceive them as less severe
Laughing is Only One Part of Staying Positive
When you laugh, youre helping yourself to stay positive, and that is really the name of the game when it comes to your health and happiness. People with a positive outlook are typically easy to spot; theyre the ones who are quick to smile and laugh, dont take themselves too seriously and are generally a joy to be around.
Theyre also the ones who are most likely to be leading great lives, as research has proven that happy people live longer, are healthier, are more successful, enjoy more fulfilling relationships, earn more money, and are liked and respected more.
But even happy people know they dont get to be happy all the time, so they learn to appreciate brief moments, little victories, small miracles, and the personal interactions that bring real happiness. And when they do face a setback, they know how to quickly address their negative emotions using tools like the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
For most people, though, it is very difficult to define what truly makes you happy. So I want to reiterate a definition that you can grasp and apply to your life with greater ease.
Happiness can be identified as whatever gets you excited. Happiness is that which makes you jump out of bed in the morning with eager anticipation to start your day. Once you identify that activity, whatever it is, you can start focusing your mind around that so you can structure you life to do more of it.
As you begin to do this, youll find you have an easier time laughing and smiling more often, and this is quite contagious. The more you are happy, the easier it becomes and the better youll feel.
Even if youre not feeling happy today, fake it. In experiments, people who were manipulated to smile actually felt happier.
Besides, what have you got to lose? Put a smile on your face and find reasons to laugh each and every day. Who knows, you may just start to enjoy life after all.

MARRIAGE COUNSELING
A husband and wife came for counseling after 15 years of marriage. When asked what the problem was, the wife went into a
passionate, painful tirade listing every problem they had ever had in the 15 years they had been married. She went on and
on and on: neglect, lack of intimacy, emptiness, loneliness, feeling unloved and unlovable, an entire laundry list of un-met
needs she had endured over the course of their marriage.
Finally, after allowing this to go on for a sufficient length of time, the therapist got up, walked around the desk and,
after asking the wife to stand, he embraced and kissed her passionately. The woman shut up and quietly sat down as though
in a daze.
The therapist turned to the husband and said, "This is what your wife needs at least three times a week. Can you do this?"
The husband thought for a moment and replied,.. "Well, I can drop her off here on Mondays and Wednesdays, but on Fridays, I fish.
CATHOLIC PARROTS
A lady goes to her priest one day and tells him, "Father, I have a problem. I have two female parrots, but they only know how to say one thing."
"What do they say" the priest inquired..
They say, "Hi, we're hookers! Do you want to have some fun"
"That's obscene!" the priest exclaimed.
Then he thought for a moment. "You know," he said, "I may have a solution to your problem I have two male talking parrots, which I have taught to pray and read the Bible. Bring your two parrots over to my house, and we'll put them in the cage with Francis and Peter. My parrots can teach your parrots to pray and worship!"
"Thank you," the woman responded, "This may very well be the solution."
The next day, she brought her female parrots to the priest's house. As he ushered her in, she saw that his two male parrots were inside their cage holding rosary beads and praying.
Impressed, she walked over and placed her parrots in with them. After a few minutes, the female parrots cried out in unison, "Hi, we're hookers! Do you want to have some fun"
There was stunned silence. Shocked, one male parrot looked over at the other male parrot and exclaimed, "Put the beads away, Frank. Our prayers have been answered!"

Federal Reserve Missing Trillions: More Than Entire U.S. Budget!
This message is available online at:
http://www.WantToKnow.info/banking_finance/elizabeth_coleman_fed_missing_trillions
Dear friends,
Elizabeth Coleman is the inspector general of the Federal Reserve of the United States, commonly referred to as the Fed. This is the
little-understood institution which prints and regulates all U.S. money. As inspector general, the Federal Reserve website states
Elizabeth Coleman is "responsible for preventing and detecting waste, fraud, and abuse." Yet in eye-opening, videotaped Congressional
testimony, Fed Inspector General Coleman acknowledged that she can't account for many trillions yes trillions of dollars of
taxpayers' money.
Do you know how much one trillion dollars is? It's over $3,000 for every man, woman, and child in the U.S. If you only count taxpayers,
it's equivalent to $7,000 for every taxpayer. Yet Coleman acknowledges the Fed is not missing just $1 trillion, but many trillions of
taxpayers' dollars. In the video clip she says she knows nothing about nine trillion dollars ($9,000,000,000,000) that is claimed to
be unaccounted for. That's $63,000 for each taxpayer. It's also three times the amount of the entire annual federal budget of the United
States missing in action! These numbers are simply staggering, yet they are getting amazingly little media coverage.
There are many other problems with the Federal Reserve, which by the way, is not really federal nor a true reserve. Members of the
Fed's board of governors are appointed by the president, yet during their 14-year terms the U.S. president and Congress have no power
over them. Even more revealing is the fact the the Fed is actually owned by the largest banks in the U.S. Take a look and see you if
can find who owns the Fed on their website. They avoid talking about this. Nor does the Fed have a full reserve as most people would
expect. You can verify and learn lots more about these and other unusual aspects of the Fed by clicking here.
If you care about the many thousands of missing dollars you personally have paid in taxes, you must watch the astonishing five-minute
video clip and read the accompanying commentary I've posted at the link below. This is incredibly important information. And please
let your friends and colleagues know about this. By informing caring citizens about what's going on behind the scenes with banking
and with our tax dollars, we can create a powerful wave of concern which will force major change for the better in our world. Thank
you for caring.

THE VEDIC PLANETARY TYPES: EXPRESSING YOUR ASTRAL AVATAR
As spiritual beings expressing through worldly experience, we are the manifestation of cosmic rays channeled through the planets and birthed
in human form. Our astrological birth chart reveals the combination of those mighty forces as they influence the quality of our lives. That planet, the most powerful in our horoscope, indicates the cosmic ray from which we emanate.
By aligning our actions with the innate nature of our ruling planet, we can manifest great power on earth as an individualized avatar on the world stage.
Study the descriptions of the planetary types below. Pay attention to that type that most reflects your personality consistently from birth. This will give a clear indication of the planetary deity that governs you.
Surya The Sun
Sun types like to be the center attention. What Sun types do, they want everyone to do. Sun types enliven all activities in which they choose to participate. On a lower level, Sun types can be overbearing and arrogant. Often they are thoughtless of others needs because their light outshines everything else.
Physically they represent the positive side of the fire element and have strong immune systems. Their eyes are bright. The complexion is healthy and golden. Most health issues arise from working too hard and feeling inclined to take responsibility for everything and everyone.
Soma The Moon
The Moon represents the receptive, feminine, and imaginative side of life. A strong Moon causes us to be strongly influenced by moods and emotions and to place much importance on the home and family. They run the danger of too much sentimental attachment and being overpowered by the psychic and emotional force of others. They suffer most from phlegmatic diseases and water retention. On a positive note, moon types often have strong lungs and powerful voices, creating good singers. When properly motivated they also can manifest endurance and great strength.
Kuja Mars
Mars represents the planetary warrior. Mars represents the negative side of fire energy and most health issues arise from bad habits, which they often love, such as drinking, smoking, too much meat consumption and too oily foods. They are also prone to injury from their adventurous and often rash (courageous they would say) nature.
Mars types can be warriors of the truth, or overly enthused fanatics of a misguided cause. Anger and violence, both mental and physical, are commonly their downfall. With a soldier mentality, they do well with structure and a well-defined pecking order. Surrender is not their strong point, but when they can surrender the will to a higher power, they can make great spiritual advancement.
Buddha Mercury
Mercury types are not only eloquent in their speech, but they are also given to wit and word play. They are usually good with people, but may become introverted from too much thinking. They can be two-faced, siding with whoever they happen to around at the moment. Mercury types are healthy and athletic.
The nervous system and digestion are the most common areas of disease due to their heightened sensitivity to the environment. In appearance they retain youthful features and often look much younger than they are.
Guru Jupiter
Jupiter types represent the positive side of the water element. They have strong metabolism and strong energy. Physical work and athletic activities are not a problem. Most health conditions occur because too much indulgence in the sweet side of life, negatively impacting the spleen, pancreas and liver.
Jupiterian people are often the happiest people. Most Jupiter types are ethical, just, moral, and like to be counselors, guides or teachers. Jupiter types are always aware of the bigger picture and seldom small-minded.
Shukra Venus
Venus types are sensuous, relationship oriented, passionate and usually very attractive. They like to collect things, specifically adornments.
Venusians can make good leaders, and can turn on the charm to get what they want. They have an artistic flair to everything they do.
Venusians have well formed bodies and delicate skin. They often have round faces and glowing eyes and hair. Venus types are dominated by the Kapha element but they seldom get obese, usually because of vanity.
Shani Saturn
Saturn types are the most prone to suffering. Saturn types are thin, bony, with veins showing, and dry skin. On a positive note, a well aspected Saturn in the chart can indicate longevity and the ability to survive through hardships.
Psychologically Saturn types are prone to depression and an overly calculating nature. Prone to many tribulations in life they often have very little empathy and can appear cold. Saturn types also excel in practicality, endurance, ambition and skill in long term planning.
Once we can assess our main planetary deity, we can begin to make a conscious effort to express the highest attributes of our own divine essence. By doing so, we raise our own vibration closer to the Source, and serve to share the transformative light of the creator with the world through all of our actions. And then, our own life and the lives of all we come into contact with is uplifted by the grace that perpetually manifests in our presence.
