States May Be Getting Ready To Dissolve Our Federal Government

Could this be an ominous shadow drawing on the end of the United States of America? For years the Federal Government has presumed
to be the all-powerful force governing our country, but it just could be that the Federal Government only exists at the pleasure
of the state governments and the citizens thereof. States declaring sovereignty sounds like an act of secession and revolution.
However the federal government can apparently be dissolved and another one formed anew at the discretion of the states. The existing
Federal government may not leave willingly like so many European governments that are replaced routinely and it may engage a military
effort with our own soldiers or the likes of a Black Water illegal military invasion to retain total control over us.
United States Federal Government laws are often in violation of the Tenth Amendment, which is perturbing, these events. This is
predicated on an earlier provision of the Articles of Confederation, which states that, Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom,
and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation [now Federation] expressly delegated to
the United States, in Congress assembled.
A growing number of states are declaring their sovereignty afforded under the U S Constitutions Tenth Amendment however the conventional
news media are not telling you about what is happening. The State of Washington on Wednesday - 11 February 2009 and most recently, New
Hampshire [2009], Montana [2009], Hawaii [2009], Michigan [2009], Missouri [2009], Arizona [2008], Oklahoma [2008], Georgia [1996], and
California [1994] all of which have introduced bills and resolutions declaring and reaffirming their sovereignty. Some other states have
done this in the past but then let the issue go. Additionally, the states of Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana,
Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are considering similar measures. More well may follow, such as Wyoming and Mississippi.
The Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791 and states,
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States
respectively, or to the people. Historically, this was done to reassert the assignment of the remaining rights to the states and the
people of our country if they were not specifically delegated by our Constitution to the United States Government. Further, Amendment Nine
on the Construction of the Constitution, Ratified on 15 December 1791 states, The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall
not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
The Arizona State Legislature is currently formulating a bill that declares their state sovereignty. Their bill further asserts their states
right during martial law to call back servicemen to protect Arizona state, "
if the President or any other federal entity attempts to institute
martial law or its equivalent without an official declaration in one or more of the states without the consent of that state

A lot of this recent activity has come about due to the reckless demise of the banking system now and also in memory of the past during the
great depression that fomented during 1929. There is a Russian academic, Igor Panarin who recently predicted that the United States would
break apart into about six separate regions by 2010. Predictions of similar persuasion have been made before, rather they are right or not
some big problems may soon ensue.
Much of the presidential character of the cabinet assembled by President Obama is representative of that of the previous administration. Obama
perhaps is keeping the Adage, keep your friends close and keep your enemies even closer. A disrespect for our so-called leaders is met
from our so-called leaders disrespect for us the citizens of our country. Should this be the case yet again, this would establish further
reason for the states course of recent action.
It may seem ironic that as we have a President from the land of Lincoln, and one who admires Lincoln, that another civil war could be brewing.
Its further ironic that states are beginning to fight back.

Dear Dr. Torti:
I am the New Mexico sponsor of the enclosed Senate Memorial 9, 2009, asking the Food and Drug Administration to rescind its approval
for the artificial sweetener, aspartame.
You may know that the FDA, to its credit, turned down G.D. Searle's application for aspartame's approval from 1966 to 1981, at which
point, approval was forced through the FDA at the insistence fo Searle's CEO, Donald Rumsfeld.
Numerous physicians' petitions as well as many private petitions have been filed with FDA since 1981 asking for the rescinding of
aspartame's approval. These have all been routinely ignored and responded to with industry assurance about how many industry financed
"tests" aspartame has been through, all of which showed "aspartame to be safe."
FDA used to keep records on consumer complaints on aspartame, accruing a minimum of 92 alleged symptoms from ingesting aspartame,
ranging from headaches, blurred vision, skin rashes, epilepsy and multiple sclerosis to that ultimate symptom, DEATH.
Dr. Torti, this chemical has produced a massive mountain of medical and neurodengenerative evidence, which I believe would lead
you to order it removed from the market. While it is too late to do this now as a "precaution"; it is even more imperative to do
this as a means of preventing further medical harm to future victims.
This Memorial is advancing in the New Mexico Senate, after being cosponsored by ten of my colleagues. A similar version of the
Memorial has also been introduced by Hawaii Senator Chun Oakland, and is cosponsored by ten members of the Hawaii Senate. That
resolution will create an evidentiary repository for Hawaii victims, especially those with diabetes and epileptic seizures, now
statistically epidemic in Hawaii, with links to aspartame.
In January 2009, Hawaii Senator Kalani English introduced SB576 in that state. It would ban aspartame entirely in Hawaii. This bill
is cosponsored by an astonishing 14 members of the 25 member Hawaii Senate. At the same time, Representative Mele Carroll has
introduced HB669, also banning aspartame's sale and use in Hawaii.
I realize a permanent FDA Commissioner has not yet been selected by the Obama Administration, but when one is appointed, I will
send a similar letter to him/her to again request this action in order to protect the American public from further harm from a
chemical that the FDA has known for 43 years is metabolized as methanol, formaldehyde, aspartic acid, phenylalanine, and the proven
carcinogen, diketopiperazine.
This regulatory failure of epic proportions entirely resulted from the actions of Donald Rumsfeld when he was with the original
patent holder for aspartame. There is sufficient evidence to warrant such a rescinding, a situation not unlike that in 1969 when
President Richard Nixon similarly ordered the FDA to take away the approval for another group of carcinogens, cyclamates, which
occurred very quickly.
Our concern must be the overarching concerns of preventing further neurodengenerative and carcinogenic damage to hundreds of millions
of Americans, who have no other government entity to trust and depend on than the United State Food and drug Administration!
I believe that President Obama, Congressman Bart Stupak, and Congresswoman Rosa Delauro all want to see the rebuilding of an FDA
that merits the restored trust of the American people. I certainly want to see this come about, and I hope you do as well.
Rescinding aspartame's FDA approval would be a major credible first step in the right direction.

It is a new year, we have a new administration and the time is now to rein in genetically engineered foods and products once and
for all. Recent news has underscored the urgent need to take action! For example, the USDA recent admitted that genetic
contamination of organic and non-ge crops was 'inevitable,' the New York Times reported that biotech corporations are
'thwarting research,' and that Monsanto is line to receive millions of dollars in tax credits this year while family
farmers declare bankruptcy in staggering numbers.
You can make a difference. Join the Organic Consumers Association and contact your Congresspersons today and urge them to:
1) Require mandatory labeling of all GE plants and animals,
2) Place a moratorium on all efforts to deregulate or approve new genetically engineered plants or animals, and...
3) Protect non-GE and organic farmers by assigning liability for injury caused by genetically engineered organisms.

"Once upon a time a man appeared in a village and announced to the villagers that he would buy monkeys for
$10 each. The villagers, seeing that there were many monkeys around, went out to the forest and started catching
them. The man bought thousands at $10 and, as supply started to diminish, the villagers stopped their effort. He next
announced that he would now buy monkeys at $20 each. This renewed the efforts of the villagers and they started catching
monkeys again. Soon the supply diminished even further and people started going back to their farms. The offer increased
to $25 each and the supply of monkeys became so scarce it was an effort to even find a monkey, let alone catch it! The
man now announced that he would buy monkeys at $50 each! However, since he had to go to the city on some business, his
assistant would buy on his behalf. In the absence of the man, the assistant told the villagers: "Look at all these monkeys
in the big cage that the man has already collected. I will sell them to you at $35 and when the man returns from the city,
you can sell them to him for $50 each." The villagers rounded up all their savings and bought all the monkeys for 700
billion dollars. They never saw the man or his assistant again, only lots and lots of monkeys! Now you have a better
understanding of how the WALL STREET BAILOUT PLAN WILL WORK !!!! It doesn't get much clearer than this..."
