There's a wonderful story about Milarepa, the Tibetan Buddhist saint who as a young man went out into the world to experience life and returned home to find his house filled with demons. He was angry and afraid at first and wanted to fight them or flee. Instead, he did the unexpected.
First he took a deep breath and bowed. Half of the demons disappeared. Then he opened his heart and mind, expanded his field of awareness and out of his mouth came a song that sent away all but one of the demons. The last demon, snarling fiercely, opened his mouth to consume Milarepa, but Milarepa placed his head in the demon's mouth. The demon disappeared.
What's wonderful about this story is the way Milarepa dispelled the demons. He "inspired" himself with a deep, calming breath and expanded into the higher perspectives of peaceful non-resistance.
We can do the same. If we are quiet and wait patiently, magnificent insights will come to us too. We have only to expand our view, as ancient people did in watching the constellations move around the nighttime sky. One day, someone built a wheel and civilization moved forward.
How do we move into the higher mind, which sees farther and more truly than our ordinary eyes?
Here's how it works for me. When I take a deep breath, widen my awareness and wait patiently, my still, small voice beckons me into the peaceful serenity of my heart. I am drawn by these joyful feelings into a luminous field of love behind my closed eyes, and I sit silently, gratefully, in these currents of energy until Earth meets Heaven in me.
In this stillness of being, I seek not to know why there was an earthquake and tsunami in the Indian Ocean. I open my heart and envision light illuminating that part of the world, calming and purifying earth, sea and sky. In being a channel of blessings, I too am healed.
Some people consider meditative prayer to be wishful thinking, yet it is the single most effective way to bring about healing and peace. More than anything else, the love and light flowing from us will bring each suffering person the understanding, peace and healing so badly needed and propel us all into the age of enlightenment wheeling toward us now.
The amazing research of Dr Masaru Emoto on water crystals (hado.net) perfectly illustrates the ability of loving prayer to transmute diseased water into molecular patterns of exquisite beauty and harmony. Meditation has the same alchemical effect, according to 600 studies cited by physicist John Hegelin (permanentpeace.org). These studies show that the peaceful energies pulsing outward during meditation build a global brain wave coherence that reduces aggression and heals the quantum field of consciousness.
So why are our lessons still so painful? My still, small voice explains that pain, suffering and loss are in no way part of the natural order. Rather, our resistance to the love flowing through all things creates an energetic snarl of pain and loss.
As we open our hearts and minds, our empathy moves us into the quantum field of love, where we become one humanity. This is the path of oneness taken by all the great mystics and why the Hindu swami Muktananda said, "Earth, moon, stars and sun revolve inside me." Rumi, the Sufi poet of Islam, urged us to immerse ourselves in the glittering cosmic sea of spirit until our toes begin to say Allah.
The Hebrew prophet Elijah found oneness and divine guidance in the still, small voice within and so did the Christian prophet Jesus. In "The Life of St. Issa," an ancient manuscript translated by a traveler in a Tibetan monastery in the 1880s, Jesus points us to the voice of the heart and God's infinite healing and peace.
The universal laws of love will protect us if we live in harmony with our planet and keep our eyes on the big picture: a wheel inside a wheel turning us inward to an enlightened new age where we are one people, one mind, one soul dispelling its demons and coming to know Itself.

And what’s happening now in the US is very scary because the people in charge that are obviously pulling the strings of the politicians, bribing them… and it’s so obvious, especially seen from here, to see the decline of the culture in just about every respect, whether it’s economic, ecological, peace vs. war… It’s locked up. It’s a closed shop. “

What is Ascension? Is It Real? If So, Am I Gonna Make It?

Is “all this Ascension stuff” for real, or is it just the imbecile fantasy of people deeply divorced from reality? Here is what the media never tells you, at least not all at once.
We all know that the Earth is experiencing global warming and other changes, whether the petroleum giants like it or not. Just read the headlines.
What we may NOT know is the following:
SUN: The Sun’s magnetic field is over 230 percent stronger now than it was at the beginning of the 1900s, and its overall energetic activity has sizably increased, creating a frenzy of activity that continues to embarrass NASA’s official predictions.
VENUS: Venus is now glowing in the dark, as is Jupiter’s moon Io.
EARTH: In the last 30 years, Earth’s icecaps have thinned out by as much as 40 percent. Quite inexplicably, just since 1997 the structure of the Earth's gravity field has shifted from being slightly more egg-shaped, or elongated at the poles, to more pumpkin-shaped, or flattened at the poles. MARS: The icecaps of Mars noticeably melted just within one year, causing 50-percent changes in surface features. Atmospheric density had risen by 200 percent above previous observations as of 1997.
JUPITER: Jupiter has become so highly energized that it is now surrounded by a visibly glowing donut tube of energy in the path of the moon Io. The size of Jupiter’s magnetic field has more than doubled since 1992.
SATURN: Saturn’s polar regions have been noticeably brightening, and its magnetic field strength increasing.
URANUS: According to NASA’s Voyager II space probe, Uranus and Neptune both appear to have had recent magnetic pole shifts – 60 degrees for Uranus and 50 for Neptune.
NEPTUNE: Neptune has become 40 percent brighter in infrared since 1996, and is fully 100-percent brighter in certain areas. Also, Neptune’s moon Triton has had a “very large percentage increase” in atmospheric pressure and temperature, comparable to a 22-degree Fahrenheit increase on Earth.
PLUTO: As of September 2002, Pluto has experienced a 300-percent increase in its atmospheric pressure in the last 14 years, while also becoming noticeably darker in color.

The whole key to mass media control is to ensure that these facts are never seen all at the same time. It becomes “all too weird” once we add in the ever-increasingly stressful socio-political events on Earth, such as a “perpetual war against terrorism,” with the smirking Bush as Wild-West-Messiah-In-Chief playing “Bring ‘em On for Armageddon,” along with the fulfillment of many other ancient prophecies, including those of the Judeo-Christian Bible.
Here at DivineCosmos.com, we have freely published a compelling scientific case for there being a Convergence, Shift of the Ages, dimensional shift or Ascension now underway. When this solar-system-wide process is complete, estimated to be within the timeframe of 2010-2013, we can expect an “Omega Point” event that is literally “beyond our wildest dreams.” The changes in the Solar System are only the more obvious and physical result of these changes, where the energy of consciousness itself is being upgraded, causing mass evolution to occur.
But, alas. Undeniable Solar System changes aside, isn’t this all just too good to be true, on this Bush-whacked planet?
Why not? Wouldn’t something like this be a nice surprise, to say the least? What other explanation fits for the whole Solar System going through this metamorphosis, while similarly huge events are happening at an accelerating rate in Earth society? How about including the fact that almost every established body of historical spiritual teaching, from all cultures, has some form of prediction about this event that is now coming true?

My inner work these last several months has taken on a remarkably different approach. While I still rely on past technologies (ie. Matrix Energetics, Rebirthing, Quantum Dynamics, Spiritual Purification as daily practice) I am also discovering via the loving support of a new teacher, Dr. Mark Dunn a different way to address what I feel--which is a lot of what is going on in the world. Dr. Dunn recognizes how very much the world has changed-- so very much in the last few years that the increased velocity of the earth’s vibration is making us change the way we process information.
The movement in the world is toward WHOLISM. What does this mean? This means that we have opportunity to address the totality of who we are and the sum total of our realities. This means owning the karma that we have come in with and healing it by joining it with the perfection of who we were and are created to be.
Much of the work I have done in the last many decades has been to address what I was conscious of and the many subconscious patterns that I became aware of. I did this by releasing them and replacing them with higher frequencies. I also worked with my emotional states, changing them from lower to higher frequency states. What I was doing was in effect making a lot of my creations and experiences wrong. I feel like many of us, perhaps, have been doing this.
When many of us think of the karma that has created form on this planet and in our lives, we frequently fall into judgment of that karma--of those patterns. We make it wrong, go into fear and hasten ourselves into avoidance, denial, etc.
We must allow that we have, thru agreement, brought forth that information to experience, express and resolve...for much of it represents misunderstanding with regard to our relationship to Source and Life. Much of what we carry in our stories that we seem addicted to reliving and telling over and over again is belief in separation, conflict and struggle.
Allowing that everything we have created is an expression of this agreement--is an out picture of this karma, we can then call into service our Perfection from whence we came, of who we are and reunite all of our parts into Wholeness… into Union.
With this new way of processing, we are creating new engrams, not only for ourselves, but for the whole of Life and Humanity. An engram according to thefreedictionary.com is a postulated biochemical change (presumably in neural tissue) that represents a memory.
As we do this work to move ourselves back into the whole beings we were created to be, we are remembering the totality of who we are and we are creating a template for Humanity to follow suite. If we can recall this connection of Unity and all of Life being One Huge Living Being then maybe this will allow us to stop these ridiculous actions of war, crime and punishment to ourselves and each other--this believing in another and perpetuating separation.
Dr. Mark Dunn was highly instrumental in developing Matrix Energetics with Dr. Richard Bartlett, innovator of Matrix Energetics seminars. They worked together side by side developing, studying and growing the morphic field of Matrix Energetics that thousands of us are getting to play, work and live in.

I highly recommend working with him. There are not very many teachers who are willing to work at the levels he works. He has great courage, fortitude and strength in working his own process and supporting others in the depths of the experiences of the human condition.

1. You will receive a body. You may like it or hate it, but it's yours to keep for the entire period.
2. You will learn lessons. You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called, "life."
3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth is a process of trial, error, and experimentation. The "failed" experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately "work."
4. Lessons are repeated until they are learned. A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can go on to the next lesson.
5. Learning lessons does not end. There's no part of life that doesn't contain its lessons. If you're alive, that means there are still lessons to be learned.
6. "There" is no better a place than "here." When your "there" has become a "here", you will simply obtain another "there" that will again look better than "here."
7. Other people are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
8. What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is up to you. The choice is yours.
9. Your answers lie within you. The answers to life's questions lie within you. All you need to do is look, listen, and trust.
10. You will forget all this.

What would happen if you and your family were exposed to a killer virus, like the recently discovered flu virus that can kill in a few hours -- that no vaccine can stop?
American Indians were faced with the same terrible dilemma immediately following the first European invasions over five hundred years ago. Spiritual elders and herbal doctors were not equipped to treat the unknown diseases and millions died as a result.

We advise that you make the following tincture formula and keep it on hand at all times. When problems do occur, there may not be time enough to make it.
Ingredients 1 part fresh chopped garlic cloves (anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-parasitical) 1 part fresh chopped white onions, or the hottest onions available (similar properties to garlic) 1 part fresh grated ginger root (increases circulation to the extremities) 1 part fresh grated horseradish root (increases blood flow to the head) 1 part fresh chopped Cayenne peppers, Jalapenos, Serranos, Habeneros, African bird peppers....any combination of the hottest peppers available.
Preparation:
Fill a glass jar 3/4 of the way full with equal parts of the above fresh chopped and grated herbs. Then fill to the top with raw unfiltered, unbleached, non-distilled apple cider vinegar.
Close and shake vigorously and then top off the vinegar if necessary. Begin this formula on the NEW moon and strain and bottle on the FULL moon, (approximately 14 days). Filter the mixture through a clean piece of cotton, bottle and label.
Make sure that when you are making this tonic that you shake it every time you walk by it, a minimum of once per day. Remember that all the herbs and vegetables should be fresh (and organic if possible), and to use dried herbs only in an emergency.
Usage:
Strain liquids from solids through muslin cloth or strainer into a 8oz. Glass. Note: the solid ingredients retain almost the same potency as the liquid ingredients; therefore, these solids can be puréed to use with other ingredients like honey and lemon to make a salad dressing or to marinate meats of all sorts. For example mixing to taste with Peanut oil makes a great sauce to roast chicken. This formula will not spoil unless mixed with new ingredients.
Dosage: 1/2 to 1 ounce, two or more times daily, gargle and swallow. My patients swear it is not only the cure for the common cold but every other disease of mankind. Note:
Store your tincture in a dark place as light will deteriorate it. You can put the jar in a paper bag for the brewing and shaking process. “Tinctures last indefinitely, while herbs can lose potency within a year. Also, tinctures enter your system in seconds, as compared with dry herbs in capsules which have to be digested first.” Advised Schultz.
This tonic is extremely powerful, because all the ingredients are fresh. Its power should not be underestimated. This formula is a modern day plague tonic and when added to an incurable routine I have seen it cure the most chronic conditions and stubborn diseases. It stimulates maximum blood circulation, while putting the best detoxifying herbs into the blood. This formula is not just for the sniffles, it has helped to turn around the deadliest diseases.

And my FAVORITE...... The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best friends, if they're okay, then it's you.
